Heritage Ambassador Agreement

This Heritage Ambassador Agreement (this "Agreement") supplements the Kanglibo Guoxue User Agreement (the "User Agreement") and is entered into between 立波人工智能文化科技有限公司 (Libo Artificial Intelligence Limited) ("we") and you regarding obtaining Heritage Ambassador status, benefits, transfers, and settlement. Matters not covered here are governed by the User Agreement and Privacy Policy.

Before you apply to become, top-up to unlock, already hold Heritage Ambassador status, or use related benefits (invitation rewards / Heritage Points, membership-duration transfer, withdrawals), we will ask you via checkbox, pop-up, or on-page confirmation to read and agree to this Agreement—especially bolded clauses on eligibility, transfer, settlement, refunds, taxes, and breach. If you disagree, do not activate or use Heritage Ambassador benefits.

1. Definition and Eligibility

  1. Heritage Ambassador is an honor status attached to "Supreme Membership", not a separate timed membership tier. It does not time independently and takes effect only while you hold valid Supreme Membership duration (see Section 2).
  2. Eligibility standard: When you have cumulatively activated Supreme Membership for 36 membership months (i.e., 3 years), you automatically obtain Heritage Ambassador eligibility.
  3. Cumulative scope: "Cumulative" counts only Supreme months obtained by purchase (including grants we actively make), including expired Supreme duration; Supreme duration obtained via membership-duration transfer as a recipient, and Supreme duration granted by migration of Mingyi Sidao legacy users, are not counted.
  4. Once obtained, long-term retention: Eligibility is retained long-term and does not automatically lapse when Supreme expires (actual benefit activation still requires Section 2), and is cleared only under Section 7.
  5. Star levels: Eligibility may distinguish star levels by cumulative Heritage Points, valid invites, membership status, or other published metrics. The product may show ordinary user, one-star, and two-star ambassadors; names, thresholds, and benefits are as prominently published on share/invite pages.

2. Activation, Suspension, and Restoration

  1. Activation prerequisite: Actual activation of Heritage Ambassador benefits requires that you currently hold valid Supreme Membership duration.
  2. Suspension: If Supreme expires and you no longer hold valid Supreme duration, Heritage Ambassador benefits are suspended; invitation rewards (Heritage Points), membership-duration transfer, and similar exclusive benefits are unavailable during suspension.
  3. Restoration: After you renew or repurchase Supreme and again hold valid Supreme duration, benefits automatically restore; eligibility itself is not lost during suspension.

3. Top-up Upgrade

  1. If you are a Supreme member but cumulative Supreme months are under 36, you may top up the difference in one payment to obtain Heritage Ambassador eligibility immediately.
  2. Difference calculation (summary): Amount due = (36 − your cumulative Supreme months) × Supreme monthly unit price, capped at the three-year pack price; if the amount due reaches or exceeds the three-year pack price, it is treated as direct purchase of the three-year pack, and we grant 36 membership months (3 years) of Supreme, not merely the shortfall months.
  3. Actual quote prevails: Unit price, pack price, and final amount are as shown in Membership Center / purchase pages. Supreme duration granted via top-up also counts toward cumulative Supreme months.

4. Exclusive Benefits

While Heritage Ambassador benefits are active (Section 2), you may enjoy:

  1. All Supreme benefits: Same value-added benefits as Supreme (higher AI quotas, monthly gifted Eight-Dimension Compatibility / Professional Auspicious Timing, paid compatibility and timing discounts, advanced unlocks, unlimited archives / classical reading, etc.), as shown in Membership Center.
  2. Invitation rewards (Heritage Points): Inviting friends for a qualified signup or membership purchase may earn Heritage Points withdrawable under the rules; see Section 6.
  3. Membership-duration transfer: Transfer your valid Supreme duration to friends; see Section 5.

5. Membership-Duration Transfer Rules

  1. Eligibility: Transfers may be initiated only while Heritage Ambassador benefits are active; non-ambassadors or suspended status cannot transfer.
  2. Transferable amount: From your currently held valid Supreme duration, transferable by month or year (1 year = 12 months).
  3. Metering: Transfers use 1 month = 30 days to keep outbound and inbound conserved; this metering is independent of the calendar-month membership timing in User Agreement Section 6.
  4. Deduct on create: When you create a transfer link, the corresponding duration is deducted from your Supreme balance and reduces transferable amount.
  5. Claim and expiry: If a link is not claimed within 7 days, it expires and duration returns to you; before claim you may revoke, returning duration to you.
  6. Recipient and invite relation: After a friend logs in and claims, they receive the corresponding Supreme months. Received duration does not count toward the recipient's cumulative Supreme months and alone does not grant Heritage Ambassador eligibility. For transfer records, attribution, and service, claiming may establish an invite/referral relation between recipient and transferor; if the recipient already has another binding, existing binding and page prompts prevail.
  7. Irreversible; no resale: Once claimed, transfer is complete and irrevocable. You must not use transfers for resale, fake orders, or cash-out schemes.

6. Invitation Rewards and Heritage Points

  1. Heritage Points: Inviting friends to buy membership or joining share activities may earn Heritage Points on valid orders. Heritage Points are a type of points (User Agreement Section 7) and may be withdrawn under the rules. While ambassador benefits are active, you may enjoy higher reward rates than ordinary users; during suspension, ordinary-user or published rules may apply.
  2. Signup invitation reward (qualified signup): After a friend registers via your invite link, the signup reward is not granted immediately. Only when that friend has used the Service for more than 10 minutes in aggregate, or has submitted at least one AI Q&A request (either condition suffices), the signup is treated as a qualified signup, and you may then receive the default 100 Heritage Points signup reward. Each invitee is settled at most once. Amounts and qualification rules follow the share/invite pages.
  3. Rates and stars: Default rules: ordinary users 10% of valid invite orders as Heritage Points; one-star ambassadors 15%; two-star 30%. Default two-star reference threshold is 10,000 cumulative Heritage Points. Rates, thresholds, eligible orders, treatment of gift/discount/refunded orders, and whether valid Supreme is required are as prominently published and confirmed on share/invite pages at order or settlement time.
  4. Withdrawal: Heritage Points may be withdrawn; default threshold is 1,000 Heritage Points; default conversion is 10 Heritage Points = CNY 1. Specific rates, counting rules, thresholds, conversion, settlement cycles, fees, payout methods, and KYC/payee requirements are as published and confirmed on the share/invite page when you apply. Withdrawals may be affected by risk review, minimums, fees, tax handling, and payment-channel limits.
  5. Taxes: Withdrawals may involve individual income tax and other taxes. When applying, provide true, lawful, valid identity, payee account, invoices, or other tax documents; where withholding is required, we may withhold from the withdrawal amount, or suspend/refuse if materials are incomplete, identity cannot be verified, or compliance risk exists. You bear your own tax responsibilities.
  6. Clawback on related refunds: If after you earn Heritage Points the invitee's order is refunded, cancelled, charged back, written off, channel-clawed, or deemed invalid/violative, we may claw back (deduct) corresponding Heritage Points; if already withdrawn, we may recover the amount or offset against future Heritage Points / withdrawal quota.
  7. Validity and rule changes: Validity is as published on share/invite pages (if unpublished, remains valid while your account and the Service operate normally). Adjustments to rates, conversion, or thresholds do not retroactively affect Heritage Points already settled and confirmed before the change; material changes will be reasonably notified in advance and reconfirmed where legally required.
  8. Anti-abuse: Self-invites, fake trades, bulk registration, induced fraud, order splitting for cash-out, malicious refunds, technical attacks, and similar improper means to obtain Heritage Points or withdrawal quota are strictly prohibited. Upon discovery we may cancel related points, recover paid amounts, and restrict features, cancel ambassador status, or ban accounts as appropriate.

7. Retention, Clearance, and Loss of Eligibility

  1. Eligibility is retained long-term and does not automatically lapse when Supreme expires (activation still requires Section 2).
  2. Clearance: We may clear cumulative Supreme months or Heritage Ambassador eligibility only if: you request clearance or delete the account; related membership orders are refunded, cancelled, charged back, or invalid; you obtained eligibility by fraud, fake orders, resale, or technical attacks; judicial/administrative authorities or law require action; or other serious breaches expressly stated herein. We will not clear lawfully obtained and paid membership duration or eligibility solely for ordinary operational adjustments. Before and after clearance we will notify you reasonably; if you object, appeal via the contact methods herein and we will verify promptly.
  3. Loss for breach: If you breach this Agreement or the User Agreement (e.g., reselling duration, abusing Heritage Points, illegal activity), we may cancel Heritage Ambassador status and related benefits.

8. Fees, Settlement, and Refunds

  1. Heritage Ambassador paid items (top-up, three-year pack, etc.) are virtual goods. We will prominently disclose benefits, validity, refund limits, transfer rules, and related matters on the purchase confirmation page and ask you to confirm before payment. Benefits take effect and are delivered upon activation; except as required by law, minor-purchase handling, app-store rules, or verified accidental activation without use, they are non-refundable, non-cashable, and non-transferable to other accounts (except membership-duration transfers under Section 5).
  2. Heritage Points issuance and withdrawal follow share/invite page rules; points from violations may be withheld or clawed back. Gift Points are non-withdrawable and non-refundable; Recharge Points refunds follow User Agreement Sections 7 and 8.

9. Relation to Other Agreements

This Agreement supplements and forms an integral part of the User Agreement. For Heritage Ambassador matters, if this Agreement conflicts with the User Agreement or Privacy Policy, this Agreement prevails; otherwise the User Agreement and Privacy Policy apply.

10. Amendments

We may revise this Agreement due to legal or business changes and notify you via in-app announcement, page prompt, pop-up, or message. For material changes to reward rates, withdrawal thresholds, tax handling, membership-duration transfer, or eligibility clearance, we will give prominent notice and reconfirm where legally required; ordinary changes take effect after a reasonable period following publication. If you disagree, stop using Heritage Ambassador benefits; continued use or reconfirmation constitutes acceptance.
