Yuede (月德, Monthly Virtue) is taken from the direction the Three Harmonies illuminate, the day where sun and moon meet—Ren, Jia, Bing and Gui being its positions. Like Tiande it is an auspicious star that turns ill into good: when a chart carrying malign forces meets these two Virtues, the harm is lessened. It brings ease without punishment; a woman who has it often becomes a nobleman's wife, and even amid hardship she keeps her place.
