Once a chart is cast you can ask about it directly. The assistant answers from the stems, branches, palaces and shensha of the chart in front of you rather than in generalities. Rules and sources

The library holds over two hundred classical texts across thirteen categories, presented passage by passage with the original beside a modern translation. The originals are in the public domain; the translations were prepared here as a reading aid and do not replace the original. Each charting page sets out the rule behind every step, so a result can be traced to the passage it rests on.
