What it means
The Heaven Plate Zhi Fu (值符) falls on the palace where the Earth Plate holds the Three Wonders Yi, Bing, Ding (乙、丙、丁).
When Xiang Zuo (相佐) is in the palace, the matter is auspicious—generally favorable, especially for documents. In battle, deploying troops and soldiers serving with effort are both favorable.
Today it usually means outside help: a noble person or capable ally quietly assisting, bringing unexpected good news and a fortunate outcome.
