A small market in a remote corner brings little profit, not worth rejoicing over; two generations accumulating benevolence and virtue, benefiting from the remaining grace of ancestors; to speak frankly without regard for oneself is a good deed, but once it becomes reckless and disorderly, it brings disaster. The words "The loyal minister persists, not for his own sake" come from the "Sixth Line of the Second" in the "Zhou Yi" (I Ching). This man values small gains as insignificant, relies on the blessings of ancestral virtue, and should speak with moderation; exceeding limits invites misfortune.

This forest signifies occupying a high position with a broad view, an opportune moment to act, and gaining wealth by traveling south, which is very auspicious.
He who limps while removing the burden from his shoulder acts out of hesitation and difficulty; a city made of gold, a moat of iron, and gates of copper are used. Building barriers for self-defense, residing in one's native land brings no calamity. This forest's master temporarily halts his actions, relying on firm defense for safety. To hold fast is auspicious; to move is ominous.
The river Jiang branches into two tributaries,沱 and汜, and the heart longs to rely on the gentleman; Bo Zhong are both in the market, unwilling to even glance back at me; the married niece and the younger sister both harbor resentment and regret. The poem "Jiang You Si" from the "Book of Songs · Zhao Nan" laments the grievances of a concubine being discarded. This forest represents vigorous vitality and the arrival of yang energy, receiving high rewards and official titles, which is very auspicious.
In the hunting grounds of Yunmeng Lake, all things flourish abundantly; rhinoceros horns, elephant tusks, and tortoiseshell are plentiful, making the people of Chu wealthy. Riding a zhu horse and a qing horse, he went south across the Taihang Mountains to trade. On the way, he encountered a dragon and fierce tigers, which devoured him, and he was buried to the north of the Wei River. "Wei Yang" refers to the poem "Wei Yang" from the Book of Songs, Qin Wind. There is a good hoe but one must also catch the proper season for farming, just as Houji, Qi, and Gaoyao each met wise rulers. The loyal and virtuous are able to realize their aspirations, and Weizi was also released from imprisonment. The Book of Mencius, Gongsun Chou I, says, "Even though one has a good hoe, it is better to wait for the right time." As for there being a tiger in the market, it is merely a falsehood, an example of the saying "three people saying a tiger makes it a tiger," found in the Strategies of the Warring States. This lord meets the right time and position, the virtuous can express their aspirations, the imprisoned are released, and rumors are not trustworthy, which is auspicious.
Wine is called "Huan Bo," meaning "the joyous companion," capable of removing worries and bringing joy; good fortune and auspicious blessings come together, coming to the host to seek union, allowing me to gain something. The commentary says that the character "来" (come) in one version is written as "未" (not yet). This indicates that the host enjoys feasting and merriment, dispelling worries, with good fortune and virtue arriving at the door, and what is sought is obtained, which is auspicious.

The choice between right and wrong lies entirely between public and private interests.

The prime minister orders the preparation of chariots, and Qin Second Emperor Hu Hai loses his place of safety. The commentary says that this passage is originally from the hexagram Dàyǒu. Bao Si led to the fall of the Zhou dynasty, as recorded in the "Records of the Grand Historian: The Annals of the Zhou Dynasty." The phrase "the yellow fire is auspicious" comes from the "Zhou Changes" (I Ching), section six-two of the Li trigram.
