流年禍福，必從當生禍福為準，以立命宮為定，方判吉凶，且如一般行限、一般流年。星辰到而禍福並不同者何也，必須先看身命限度、當生有無吉凶星守照，方可言之，如立命子、行限寅，當生難守於大限、流年，難星亦到甚者死，輕者病。

The fortune and misfortune of a given year must be judged based on the original fortune and misfortune of one's birth chart, with the established position of the命宫 as the fixed reference point, and only then can we determine whether it is auspicious or inauspicious. For example, if two people are experiencing the same period of life and encounter the same year, with the stars in the same positions, their fortune and misfortune may be very different. Why is this so? We must first examine whether there are auspicious or inauspicious stars originally governing the person's birth chart, as well as the position of the命宫 and the limits, before we can make any judgment. For instance, if a person's命宫 is in the Zi position and the life period is in the寅 position, and the original "difficult star" is already stationed at the life period position, then when the difficult star of the current year also arrives, the consequences may be severe, leading to death, or at least illness.

如有天官符、地官符干涉田財命限則有官刑，輕重一般斷之，有喪門、白虎守命限，則有孝服。如當生無難星到，流年有難星到命限者有禍，或者當生有一恩照則吉，餘仿此。切不可一例以火羅計孛為凶星，以木氣金水土為善星。

If "Heavenly Guanfu" and "Earthly Guanfu" are involved in fields such as property, wealth, the native's命宫 (life palace) and limit palace, there will be legal disputes and punishments, with the severity judged accordingly. If "Sangmen" and "Baihu" are guarding the native's life and limit palaces, there will be matters concerning mourning and wearing mourning clothes. If the native's original chart does not have difficult stars, but difficult stars from the current year appear in the native's life and limit palaces, there will still be misfortune; if the native has another "Enxing" (favorable star) shining upon them, it will be auspicious. Other cases can be inferred in the same way. One must not indiscriminately regard Mars, LuoHou, JiDu, and ShuiBo as evil stars, and regard Jupiter, ZiQi, Venus, Mercury, and Saturn as good stars — the concepts of favorable and difficult stars depend on the individual.

又如立命於子，木氣為難、火羅為恩，若火羅照命限，未可以為凶，乃恩星也，必得意。遇紅鸞天喜有喜，並陽刃、亡劫、空亡、太歲亦不降福。如逢流孛、難星到，火羅亦到，是他星反激起火羅之怒，不能降福矣。

For example, if the native's destiny is established in the Water Palace, with water being strong and dominant, the Jupiter and Purple Star would instead become the "Difficult Star," while the Mars and LuoHou would become the "Kindness Star." At this time, if the Mars and LuoHou illuminate the native's命宫 and limit宫, they should not be judged as凶, since they are the Kindness Star and will certainly bring satisfaction. If they also meet with the "Hongluan" and "Heavenly Joy," there will be joyful events. However, if they are accompanied by the "Yang Blade," "Wangshen," "Jiesha," "Kongwang," and "TaiSu," the Kindness Star will not bring blessings. Another example is when the flowing year's Water and孛 are combined with the Difficult Star, and the Mars and LuoHou also arrive. In this case, the other stars will instead provoke the anger of the Mars and LuoHou, and blessings will not be bestowed.

又如木氣是流年，難星到命限，或是對合必主不寧，亦須看當生星得地否。更看流年限到何度，如是限到難度當生難星明健必主重險，如限到恩度當生難柔弱流年難星來而禍輕矣。更可詳細分別病訟孝服等事，如逢歲破、大耗、亡劫、天地官符必訟，若流年喪門、白虎、天哭、弔客輕則外孝、重則親喪，如擎遊、病符、死符、披頭、血刃有病重，輕生死，依當生限度上定之。

For example, if Jupiter and Purple Qi are the difficult stars of this year, and they appear in the native's命宫 or limit宫, or come from the opposite palace to form a conjunction, it will certainly lead to unrest. However, one must also consider whether the native's original stars are in a favorable position. Furthermore, one should examine where the current year's limit falls in the zodiac degrees: if the limit falls in the degree of the difficult star, and the native's difficult star is strong and bright, it will certainly bring major dangers. If the limit falls in the degree of a favorable star, and the native's difficult star is already weak, then even though the current year's difficult star appears, the misfortune will be minor. Additionally, one can further distinguish between categories such as illness, lawsuits, and mourning: if the native encounters "Years' Break," "Great Loss," "Wangshen," "Jiesha," or the heavenly and earthly "Guanfu," there will certainly be legal disputes. If the current year encounters "Sangmen," "Baitu," "Tianku," or "Diaoke," then there will be mourning for relatives, and in severe cases, the death of a close relative. If the native encounters "Qingtian," "Youyi," "Bingfu," "Sifu," "Pitou," or "Xue ren," there will be illness, and in severe cases, it may involve life and death, while in minor cases, it may be just a small ailment—these matters must be determined based on the native's own degree.

但是凶難守照命宮則禍輕，臨照限宮則禍重，吉凶亦然。所緊要者太歲有太歲守命限、一年平安而有喜事，有太歲守命限而一年凶災迭出，或孝服重重，止從納音生克與命宮限度有情無情沖守，有偏有正，正則必禍，偏則無妨。

Whenever malevolent stars or difficult stars guard or illuminate the命宫, the calamity is lighter; if they illuminate the limit宫, the calamity is heavier. The same principle applies to auspicious stars. The most critical factor is the Tai Su: if the Tai Su guards or illuminates both the命宫 and the limit宫, some people may have a peaceful year with good fortune, while others may suffer continuous misfortunes and heavy mourning. The difference lies in the relationship between theNayin sound element and the命主 in terms of generation and destruction, as well as whether the Tai Su is in harmony or discord with the命宫 and the limit宫, and whether it is in conflict or in alignment. It is also divided into two types of falling positions: 'biased' and 'direct'. If the Tai Su is directly aligned, calamity is certain; if it is biased, there will be no harm.

更於當生星辰上沖並吉凶以斷之，便從太歲上數起。一太歲、二天空、三喪門、四勾神、五官符、六死符、七歲破、八暴敗、九白虎、十天德、十一吊客、十二病符，從命限所臨之地，流年星辰吉凶以定禍福。

You also need to examine the auspicious or inauspicious effects of the current year's conflicting stars in relation to the native's original stars in order to make a judgment. The method is to count sequentially from the palace where the Tai Su (sovereign star) is located: the first is 'Tai Su', the second is 'Tian Kong' (Heavenly Void), the third is 'Sang Men' (Mourning-and-Condolence spirit), the fourth is 'Gou Shen' (Hook Spirit), the fifth is 'Guan Fu' (Official Symbol), the sixth is 'Si Fu' (Death Symbol), the seventh is 'Sui Po' (Year Breaker), the eighth is 'Bao Bai' (Sudden Collapse), the ninth is 'Bai Hu' (White Tiger), the tenth is 'Tian De' (Heavenly Virtue), the eleventh is 'Diao Ke' (Guest Spirit), and the twelfth is 'Bing Fu' (Disease Symbol). Counting in this way, 'Sang Men' is two palaces before the Tai Su, 'Sui Po' is directly opposite the Tai Su, and 'Diao Ke' is two palaces after the Tai Su. Then check where the native's birth palace and life period palace fall among these twelve spirits, and combine this with the auspicious or inauspicious effects of the current year's stars to determine the fortune or misfortune.

火羅頭見計孛上主尾見木氣同時皆主末關之事，全在太歲神煞上取用。流年論者乃諸家之論，非果老之義也。姑並存之。亡神即天官符，年符即地官符，星煞躔在正垣為正也。躔在偏垣為偏也，故正者怕太歲沖填，而偏者無妨。

Mars and Luohou appear at the beginning of the limit, Jidu and Shui Bo press upon the middle part of the limit, while Jupiter and Zi Qi appear at the end. All these occurring together should be considered as matters related to the final part of the limit. The key to using them lies entirely in the Tai Sui and various spiritual and malevolent influences. The above explanation regarding the flow of the year is based on the views of different schools, not the original meaning of the Zhang Guolao school. It is temporarily preserved for reference. 'Wangshen' is the same as 'Tian Guanfu', and 'Nianfu' is the same as 'Di Guanfu'. When a star or malevolent influence is located in its native mansion, it is called 'Zheng'; when it is located in a biased mansion, it is called 'Pian'. Therefore, if a star is in 'Zheng', it is feared that Tai Sui will conflict with it or fill it up; if it is in 'Pian', there is no problem.

命為本、限為末，定一世之榮枯，星移度煞移宮決流年之休咎，太歲乃諸神之統領，月將為眾煞之樞機，月建並煞臨身無吉曜必遭橫攪。太歲趕煞入局遇惡曜定入泉鄉。喪門、白虎哭聲騰，血刃、官符公訟起，擎天游奕照身命，則陡頓生災，豹尾、黃幡臨限程則纏綿有病，大耗並計孛火羅於帝座，家破人離。

The destiny palace is the root, while the annual and lifetime influences are the branches; only by combining both can one determine the fortune and misfortune of a lifetime. The movement of stars and the shifting of malevolent spirits determine the fortune and misfortune of a year. The current year's sovereign is the leader of all deities, while the monthly general (the position the sun occupies each month) is the key to all malevolent forces. If a malevolent star accompanies the monthly builder to the body palace, and there is no auspicious star to save, one will certainly face unexpected disturbances. If the sovereign drives malevolent stars into the chart and collides with evil stars, then it is destined for a tragic end. When the mourning-and-condolence spirit and the white tiger appear, wailing sounds arise; when blood blade and official symbol appear, lawsuits arise. If the upholding heavens and wandering spirits illuminate the body and destiny, calamity suddenly occurs. If the leopard tail and yellow banner (initiated from the triple harmony burial and storage positions and their opposing positions) appear in the life period, illness persists. If the great loss combines with Ji Du, water and fire, and the planet of confusion over the throne, it indicates the destruction of family and separation of people.

紅鸞遇木金氣水於限程則財豐祿厚，催官星至須知恩命之榮，食祿星臨乃見文書之喜，添人進口。天喜便遇吉星足祿多財，三煞不臨財位，紅鸞乃非吉曜，天喜亦是凶神，須看交併何如，方定災祥奚，若遇吉則為吉斷，逢凶須作凶看，天蠱為血光之神，白虎乃重喪之煞，紅鸞照命有喜可消膿血之災。

The Hongluan spirit (Red鸾) is calculated by counting backward from the卯 (Mao) position of the earthly branches based on one's birth year. When it encounters the Wood star, Metal star, Purple Qi star, or Water star in the limit period, it indicates wealth and abundant blessings. If the official promotion star arrives, there will be honor and favor from above. If the food and salary star is present, there will be joy from official documents and the arrival of a new child. The Heavenly Joy (Tianxi) (which is the opposite position of Hongluan) also brings wealth and abundance if it meets auspicious stars. However, it is important that the three evils (san sha) do not appear in the wealth and fortune sector. In fact, the Hongluan spirit itself is not purely auspicious, and Heavenly Joy is originally aInauspicious Spirit (malevolent spirit). Their effects depend on which stars they meet and are accompanied by. If they meet auspicious stars, they are considered auspicious; if they meet malevolent stars, they are considered inauspicious. The Tiangu spirit is associated with bloodshed, and the White Tiger is associated with serious mourning. However, the presence of Hongluan in the chart brings joy and celebration, which can mitigate disasters related to wounds and blood.

大煞臨身無病必招刑憲之禍，木氣須為吉曜，土命之人則以為災，水孛本是凶星，木命之人反能招福。水孛主腎部疾嗽失脫破財，火羅主心腹血光是非致訟，欲知陰人齟齬，金孛照命值官符，如逢高貴提攜木氣臨身逢天喜，財逢劫煞須防盜賊之侵。

The Great Sha falling into the body palace will bring trouble with legal matters even if no illness occurs. The Jupiter and Purple Star are usually considered auspicious, but they can become disasters for those with earth destiny (as wood overcomes earth). The Water and孛 (a comet) are usually considered凶 stars, but they can bring good fortune for those with wood destiny (as water nourishes wood) — thus, auspicious and inauspicious are determined by the person. The Water and孛 indicate kidney disease, coughing, and loss of wealth. The Mars and Luo Hou indicate heart and abdomen diseases, blood-related accidents, and legal troubles. To know if there will be conflicts with female relatives, look at the Venus and Water and孛 shining on the destiny and encountering the Guanfu (official symbol). To know if one will receive help from a nobleman, look at the Jupiter and Purple Star shining on the body and encountering the Heavenly Joy. If the wealth palace encounters the Jiesha (which is calculated from the triple harmony of the birth year, one step before the long life), one must beware of thieves.

田值官符未免戶爭之撓，擎天莫臨妻子之位，骨肉相刑官符怕到兄弟之宮，訟庭爭理，死符、病符當命限切忌浮災。大煞、劫煞臨田財須防暗損，凶攢煞聚九死一生之年。煞值星扶二滿三平之歲，馬到遷移逢紫氣千里稱心，祿臨主限照金星四時進喜，血刃傷財破蕩，六害克子防妻，咸池並限鬧林中，三煞沖身泉路口。

The field of property and land is afflicted by "Guanfu," which inevitably brings disputes over land and household registration; "Qing Tian" should not be placed in the position of wife, concubine, or children, otherwise there will be conflicts among family members; "Guanfu" also brings trouble if it falls into the brother's position, leading to disputes that may reach the court; "Si Fu" and "Bing Fu" in the destiny and limit palace require vigilance against unexpected calamities. "Da Sha" and "Jie Sha" in the fields of property and wealth warn of hidden losses. When many evils gather and various malevolent stars appear together, it is a year of great danger; even if malevolent stars are present but assisted by auspicious stars, the year will only have two parts of fulfillment and three parts of smoothness. When "Yi Ma" reaches the palace of migration and meets the Purple Qi, traveling thousands of miles will bring satisfaction; if "Lu" is in the limit palace with the Golden Star shining upon it, there will be joy in all four seasons. "Xue Ren" indicates financial loss and ruin, "Liu Hai" indicates harm to children and wife; when "Xian Chi" (from the triple harmony and bathing position of the birth year) enters the limit, it signifies affairs of a romantic nature amidst flowers and trees; if "San Sha" confronts the palace of the body, it is like standing at the crossroads of the afterlife.

弔客主門庭之孝，血刃主瘡疾之災，黃幡怕與火羅並、囚中致死。豹尾只宜木金救險處生祥，凶星得用進權名，惡煞攻身防險厄棄人間事，歲君趕煞並限入喪門，從地下游歲君攢凶並，命臨三煞所喜者左助右救，所忌者後逼前空，更加闌干之凶。必定斷幽冥之禍。

"The 'Soul of the Departed' indicates there is mourning and filial piety at home; 'Blood Blade' signifies calamity from wounds and sores. 'Yellow Banner' is most feared when it is together with the Mars and Rahu, leading to death while in captivity. 'Leopard's Tail' is only suitable when accompanied by Jupiter and Venus, allowing auspiciousness to emerge from danger. If malevolent stars can be used by me, they can bring power and fame; however, if evil spirits attack the body, one must be cautious of dangers, even possibly losing one's life. The Tai Su (Great Year) drives away malevolent stars and sends them into the limit, falling into 'Mourning-and-Condolence Spirit,' meaning the person will go to the underworld. If the Tai Su again gathers all the凶凶 (evil forces) together, and the命宫 (destiny palace) is under the 'Three Evils,' what is welcomed is having support on the left and rescue on the right, while what is feared is being pressed from behind and facing 'Kongwang' (Empty Wasteland). If 'Langan' (Barbed Fence) is added, it will certainly result in calamity in the underworld."

驟加官職天喜照限福星臨，橫進資財官祿臨身凶曜退，勾絞四時多撓交爭不明，劫亡日日為災迍邅莫免，更忌星躔留退尤防煞反，攻神攢凶須作夢中人，聚惡乃為泉下客，有救則吉、無救則凶，若參較乎災祥，宜酌量乎輕重，僅見斯文秘之為寶。

Suddenly receiving promotion and advancement is due to the 'Heavenly Joy' shining on the limit palace along with the blessing star appearing; unexpected income and wealth come from the official star being present and malevolent stars retreating. The 'Gou' and 'Jiao' two evils (arising from the first three and last three branches of the birth year's earthly stem) trouble continuously throughout the four seasons, causing disputes and confusion. The 'Jiesha' and 'Wangshen' bring daily disasters, leading to difficulties and obstacles that are hard to avoid. More dangerous is when stars remain and move backward, especially needing vigilance against malevolent stars turning back to attack; attacking spirits gathering all the evils together make a person become a ghost in a dream; when evil stars gather, one becomes a guest in the afterlife. In summary, if there is a way to save, it is auspicious; if not, it is inauspicious. If one wishes to examine calamities and auspiciousness, one must consider the severity. This text is rare and should be cherished as a treasure.

命身：第一命宮要推尋，第二身宮要清切，值難忌囚總非良，殿駕貴勳為貴格。命度歌：命度真要訣，先看太陽何度入，命宮三十六有奇，闊狹淺深隨度立。身度歌：身度真要訣，命宮更緩身猶急，二十七日一周天，行度有乎遲與疾。

When discussing the destiny and body palace, the first thing is to determine the destiny palace, and the second is to clearly understand the body palace. If the destiny and body palace encounter the "difficult stars," "taboo stars," or "captured stars," it is generally not a good sign. Only when they can ascend to a higher position, sit on the throne of the great year, be accompanied by a nobleman and receive honor and rank, can it be considered a noble destiny. When discussing the destiny degree, the key is to first determine where the sun enters in terms of degrees. The destiny palace covers more than thirty-six degrees of the sky, and the width, depth, and depth of the palace boundaries are determined by the degree. When discussing the body degree, the key is that the body palace is more urgent than the destiny palace. The destiny palace moves slowly, while the body palace moves quickly, because the body palace follows the moon, which takes about twenty-seven days to orbit the sky once. The movement of the body palace itself has times of slow and fast movement, which must be calculated together.

限度歌：限度真要訣，當看當生中氣節，限宮遲速有真機，休泥古人貌宮十。吉曜歌：吉曜真要訣，如子遇母有成立，囚星有用不為囚，祿主有傷何所益。害曜歌：害曜真要訣，主若逢之如遇賊，四正縱橫不見他，不是官人也富實。

On limits: The true key to understanding limits lies in observing the middle qi and solar terms at birth; the speed of the limit palace's progression has its own true mechanism, and one should not rigidly follow the old saying of "the facial palace as ten degrees." On auspicious stars: The true key to auspicious stars is their relationship with the native, like a son meeting his mother, receiving maternal qi nourishment to stand firm; if a "captured star" is put to use, it should not be regarded as a captured star anymore; once the master of fortune is injured, even if there are other good qualities, they are of no benefit. On harmful stars: The true key to harmful stars is that when the native encounters them, it is like encountering a bandit; conversely, if looking in all four cardinal positions and not seeing harmful stars, this person may not hold an official position but is still a prosperous family.

值難歌：值難真要訣，身命遇之真抑鬱，十二宮中總非良，此其所以為難值。祿馬：貴者祿馬有相得，富者財星入財帛，貧窮主疾坐天涯，凶賤煞星居疾厄。四餘七政：四星七政各居臨，細與諸公說端的，元守星辰與流年，加合之中細推測。

Discussing difficulties: The true key to difficulties is that when a difficult star falls into the body palace or the life palace, one becomes depressed and unable to thrive; a difficult star in any of the twelve palaces is not good, which is why it is called "difficulty." Discussing禄 andThe Post-horse: The wealthy and prominent are those where "禄" and "驿马" support each other; the rich have the wealth star in the wealth palace; the poor have the life star and the illness star far away in distant places; the dangerous and lowly are those where malefic stars occupy the illness palace. Discussing the four additional stars and seven political stars: The four additional stars, Luo, Ji, Qi, and Bo, and the sun, moon, and five planets each have their own positions and influences, which need to be explained in detail; the stars originally guarding the native's palace and the stars coming from the current year must be carefully analyzed through their mutual influence and conjunction.

金垣火殿：金居辰酉為入垣，渾入火星必焚滅，火星最怕水同行，喜躔室觜兼尾翼。水殿木殿：水又最怕土同行，最喜參箕與軫壁，木星亥寅好斗奎，若遇金星必摧折。土得位：土得辰戌丑未宮，木星若見難培植。

The Golden Enclosure and the Fiery Hall: When the planet of metal is in the positions of Chen or You, it is considered to be in a favorable position within the enclosure. However, if the planet of fire is mixed in, the metal will be burned and melted by the fire. The planet of fire is most afraid of the planet of water accompanying it and controlling it, and it prefers to be located in the mansions of Shi, Zi, Wei, and Yi. The Water Hall and the Wood Hall: The planet of water is most afraid of the planet of earth accompanying it (earth controls water), and it prefers to be located in the mansions of Can, Ji, Chen, and Bi. The planet of wood is considered to be in a favorable position when it is in the positions of Hai or Yin. It prefers to be located in the mansions of Dou and Kui. If the planet of metal is present, it will certainly be damaged (metal controls wood). Earth in its proper position: The planet of earth is considered to be in its proper position only when it is in the mansions of Chen, Xu, Chou, or Wei. If the planet of wood appears (wood controls earth), it will be difficult for earth to grow and flourish.

日朔羅、月望計：太陽朔日怕羅?，不惟人禍日猶蝕，月望逢計又可知，獨愛酉張心危畢。氣孛命、羅計命：氣星入命道家流，孛星守命多機密，羅計若在命中居，為人慷慨真英傑。

On the day of the new moon, the sun is most afraid of RuoHou; not only does it bring trouble in human affairs, but the sun itself is also eclipsed. On the full moon day, the moon fears JiDu; the reason is the same (ancient people explained solar and lunar eclipses through the conjunction of RuoHou and JiDu). The sun and moon particularly favor the You palace and the constellations Zhang, Xin, Wei, and Bi. Those with ZiQi in their destiny tend to be inclined towards Daoism; those with YueBo in their destiny are deep-minded and often have secrets. If RuoHou and JiDu are in the destiny palace, a person is generous and spirited, truly an outstanding individual. Note: The original text is missing one character after '怕罗', which is retained as is. According to the heading '日朔罗', the missing character refers to the star RuoHou.

木氣午酉：木逢紫氣本來凶，若居午酉又難同，行限逢之人必吉，此是餘奴救主翁。金火夜生：金星為用火同躔，未可言凶一例看，晝裡生人貧且夭，夜生福壽必雙全。令星宜制：四季司權號令星，若還受克始為亨，且如木旺逢金克，可許榮華福更深。

Jupiter and Purple Qi both in the hour of Wu and You: Jupiter meeting Purple Qi is usually凶 (a凶 star, as Purple Qi is the residual energy of wood, and similar stars are considered harmful to each other). However, if they are in the hour of Wu or You, the situation is different. If one meets them during their limit period, it will definitely bring good fortune—this is how the four additional stars, these 'servant stars', save the main star. Gold and fire born at night: Gold star is the useful star, but fire star is in the same position as it (fire controls gold), so it cannot be generally judged as凶. It depends on day or night: those born in the day will be poor and short-lived, while those born at night will have both good fortune and longevity. The dominant star should be controlled: the star that is in charge during the four seasons should be controlled to be smooth. For example, if wood is strong and meets metal to control it, it can bring honor and greater fortune.

金水忌冬：水生冬月與金同，子盛母衰反不忠，人命若逢申酉限，金星垣廟盡皆凶。望同忌晝：中弦之月十分明，垣廟皆言是吉神，限行至此皆無福，月正揚輝怕晝生。晝星忌夜夜星晝見：晝見星辰夜見時，限逢福作五分推，陰星垣廟如逢晝，命限相逢大不宜。

Gold and water born in the month of winter are considered unfavorable: water is naturally strong in winter, and when it is in the same palace as the metal star, it becomes the son of metal, which is strong while the mother is weak. The son becomes too strong and harms the mother, which is considered unfilial. If such a person reaches the limits of Shen and You (metal), even if the metal star is in its proper place and temple, it is still considered凶 (unfavorable). The waxing and full moon months are unfavorable for those born in the day: from the waxing moon to the full moon, the moon is very bright. Even if the stars are in their proper place and temple, they are considered auspicious deities, but when the limit reaches this period, there is no fortune. The moon is at its brightest during this time, and it is most unfavorable for those born in the day. Day stars are unfavorable when they meet night, and night stars are unfavorable when they meet day: if a star that should be active during the day appears at night, when it meets the limit, the fortune is only counted as half. Even if the yin star is in its proper place and temple, if it meets a person born in the day, it is very inauspicious for the person's palace and limit.

宜夜：火羅金月是陰星，遇夜生人最有情，若為官福並身命，三臺八座有聲名。宜晝：水木土日計屬陽，更加氣孛一例詳，晝生垣廟臨身命，限裡相逢福愈昌。剛柔相濟：火羅計孛果為剛，紫木純柔也不祥，若得剛柔相濟遇，為權為福定非常。

Stars suitable for those born at night: Mars, Rahu, Venus, and the Moon belong to the Yin category. These stars are especially favorable for those born at night; if they rule the official career宫 or the fortune virtue宫 and appear in the body or life宫, they indicate a high status and reputation akin to the Three Palaces and Eight Seats. Stars suitable for those born during the day: Mercury, Jupiter, Saturn, the Sun, and Ji Du belong to the Yang category, and Zi Qi and Yue Bo are treated similarly. For those born during the day, if these stars are in their proper position and appear in the body or life宫, and they meet again in the destiny period, their fortune becomes even more prosperous. A balance of strength and softness: Fire, Rahu, Ji Du, and Yue Bo are inherently strong, while Zi Qi and Jupiter are purely soft and not auspicious. If there is a harmonious combination of strong and soft elements, it leads to power and fortune, achieving extraordinary success.

火羅夾金命夭：火羅夾命福滔天，縱犯凶星福亦堅，金命生人還不足，必然夭死在童年。雄星宜守財帛：火羅計孛四雄星，加臨財帛福猶深，若也財星更明白，其家必定置千金。計孛忌守田宅：計孛名為紙筆星，如居田宅最堪嗔，破家蕩產令人笑，命好除非自立成。

Fire Star and Rahu Converge on the命宫, causing death for Metal destiny: When the Fire Star and Rahu are joined together in the命宫, the native is originally blessed with great fortune. Even if other凶stars are involved, the fortune remains strong. However, those with a Metal destiny cannot withstand this, because Fire overcomes Metal, leading to an early death in childhood. The Four Martial Stars are suitable for the Wealth Palace: The four martial stars, Fire Star, Rahu, Ji, and Bo, when they appear in the Wealth Palace, bring deep fortune. If the Wealth Star itself is bright and clear, the family will certainly accumulate great wealth. Ji and Bo should not be in the House of Land and Property: Ji and Bo, known as the "paper and brush stars," when they are in the House of Land and Property, cause much trouble, leading to the ruin of the family, disgrace, and public mockery. For such a destiny to be good, the person must rely entirely on their own efforts to build from scratch.

得度得時失位失時：星辰得時最為良，惡曜相逢也不妨，得地不須為弱論，失時何必在高強。諸煞克命：克命忌囚暗耗刑，更兼破劫刃鋒星，逢空有吉皆無禍，太歲相沖又不寧。凶空吉吉空凶：凶星行限要空亡，吉曜空亡又不祥，吉曜空亡還減福，凶星空了卻無妨。

The stars should be in a favorable position and time; if they are in command at that time, it is best, even if they meet bad stars, it is not a problem. Once they are in a good position, there is no need to consider their weakness. If they are in an unfavorable time, even if they are in a strong position, it is of no use. As for the stars that harm the destiny, there are several types such as 'taboo', 'captivity', 'darkness', 'exhaustion', and 'punishment', plus 'fragmentation', 'jiesha', 'yang blade', and 'sword edge' stars. However, if these stars fall into kongwang and have auspicious stars accompanying them, they will not cause harm. But when the Tai sui comes into conflict, it still brings unrest. Malevolent stars should fall into kongwang, while auspicious stars should not fall into kongwang. If auspicious stars fall into kongwang, it is inauspicious; if malevolent stars fall into kongwang, it is not a problem. This is the key to the dual use of kongwang.

奴犯主有制吉：土星行限原怕計，只要當生木同制，限行至此無大禍，他星亦可為前例。煞星克命限凶：克命之星真可畏，命宮切忌逢刑至，若還臨限又逢凶，惡死身亡須棄市。刃迭凶主凶甚：陽刃行限最為凶，莫使凶星在限中，限吉還須有刑剋，限凶終是禍重重。

A slave star offending the ruler but being restrained brings good fortune: When the Saturn star is in the limit, it naturally fears the Ji Du star (which is the remaining energy of earth, representing a slave offending the ruler and draining its strength). As long as the native's birth chart has the Jupiter star accompanying it to restrain Ji Du (Jupiter overcoming earth), then there will be no major calamity when this limit is reached; other stars can be analyzed in the same way. A malefic star overcoming the limit brings misfortune: A star that overcomes the native's limit is truly fearsome; the native's命宫 (life palace) must avoid being afflicted by it. If the limit and its fortune are unfavorable, it will lead to further misfortunes, one after another.

飛刃為害：飛刃星辰陽刃，刃星互換實堪傷，無破無空如逢此，縱有相生亦少亡。破碎限凶：破碎星辰不出宮，那堪行限在其中，若非官事並喪服，到此終須百事凶。鬼曜：鬼曜星辰坐命宮，那堪行限一般同，無破無空傷限命，可憐揮淚對西風。

Feiren causes harm: Feiren and Yang刃 (Yang刃 is derived from the heavenly stems, and Feiren is the one that comes into opposition to it) are two blades that exchange positions, which is really harmful. If this situation occurs in a chart without any breaking or Kongwang to resolve it, even if there are mutual generations elsewhere, the person is likely to die young. Broken fragments limit misfortune: The star of broken fragments usually stays in its native palace and does not move out, but when the limit moves into this palace, it will result in legal troubles or mourning, and arriving here will ultimately lead to all affairs being disastrous. Ghostly stars: A ghostly star that conquers the destiny is seated in the destiny palace, and when the limit moves to the same position again, without any breaking or Kongwang to resolve it, it will harm the limit and destiny, leaving only tears facing the west wind.

一寸金總訣：五星六曜逐宮移，日月得地要明知，忽然落陷無遲疾，沒處有星仔細推。日月金水：人生日月要分明，惡曜來侵禍不輕，金水若還來扶助，不教富貴也聰明。日子月午日虛月張：日在子兮月在午，移干就溼夭而貧，若還日虛月張位，何愁南北與東西。

The "One Inch Gold" general principle says: the five planets, along with the sun, moon, Luo star, Ji star, Qi, and Bo stars, move through the twelve palaces. Whether the sun and moon are in favorable positions must be clearly determined; once they fall into an unfavorable palace, there is no distinction between slow movement or rapid movement. The hidden places of the stars must be carefully examined. Regarding the sun and moon and the metal and water stars: the sun and moon that a person receives at birth should be bright and clear; if evil stars invade, the misfortune will be severe; if the metal and water stars come to assist, even if one does not achieve wealth and honor, one will still be intelligent. When the sun is in the Zi palace (water territory) and the moon is in the Wu palace (fire territory), or when the sun is in the Xu mansion and the moon is in the Zhang mansion, with each in its proper place, then there is no need to worry about directions north, south, east, or west.

日月羅計：日月同宮守四正，富貴雙全無比並，若還羅計又交臨，必主終身多疾病。日月夾拱：從來日月是尊星，限見無非福祿榮，夾拱吉星為吉局，惹凶引禍害須生。官福朝陽日月陷弱：官主朝陽定作貴，福星隨月福須攀，太陽落陷人終賤，身主逢刑處世難。

The Sun and Moon along with Luo Ji: When the Sun and Moon are in the same palace, and they are located in the four cardinal positions of Zi, Wu, Mao, and You, they indicate great wealth and honor, unparalleled in comparison. However, if Luo Hui and Ji Du also appear together, it will inevitably lead to constant illness throughout one's life. The Sun and Moon enclosing: The Sun and Moon are esteemed stars among all the stars. When they appear in a person's destiny, it is always a sign of fortune, honor, and prosperity. If they enclose auspicious stars, it forms a favorable configuration. But if they enclose inauspicious stars, it will instead bring misfortune. Official Fortune Facing the Sun and the Weakness of the Sun and Moon: If the star ruling the official position faces the Sun, it indicates high status and prominence. If the star ruling the fortune virtue position follows the Moon, it can also bring about fortune. Conversely, if the Sun is in a weak or fallen position, the person will ultimately be of low status. If the main star of the body is further afflicted by conflicts and punishments, the person's life will be even more difficult.

太陰在陷：太陰生來在陷宮，僥倖吏輩又英雄，府縣廳前聽呼喚，上弦月皎福豐隆。諸星會惡朝天反吉：諸星會惡為交戰，人命逢之禍不輕，惟獨朝天居亥上，反為伏化吉星名。眾曜同宮強者為主：若有星辰在命多，必看星辰果若何，要知須是強星主，若是閒星莫羨他。

The person with the Taiyin star falling into a weak position: those born with Taiyin already in a weak palace may still manage to rise slightly in the bureaucratic ranks, but ultimately they will remain in the role of waiting for orders at the county or prefectural offices. If they are born during the time of a bright waning moon, their fortune will be more abundant. When many stars gather with evil influences and face heaven, it becomes a situation of conflict: if a person's destiny meets such a situation, they will face serious misfortunes. However, the亥 palace is called the "Facing Heaven" position, where evil stars are subdued and transformed, thus gaining the name of a fortunate star. When many stars are in the same palace, the one with the strongest influence should be the main one: if the person's destiny palace contains several stars, one must examine their quality. The most important is to take the strongest one as the main influence. If they are just minor and insignificant stars, there is no need to be envious of their number.

各宮一星命喜逢月：各各宮中只一星，對宮虛拱最為榮，命中極喜相逢月，得地當為世上英。惡曜犯月：惡曜如逢犯太陰，也應宿疾便來侵，不然毋道相刑剋，更恐調絃又失音。惡居妻位：妻宮若見惡星來，定主其妻見禍災，若是姻緣無克戰，也教琴瑟不和諧。

Each palace has one star, and the命宫 (destiny palace) especially benefits from encountering the Taiyin star: Each palace contains only one star, with the opposite palace left empty and distant, forming a harmonious mutual support, which is most honorable; the命宫 especially benefits from encountering the Taiyin star. If the Taiyin star is also in a favorable position, the person will be a talented individual in the world. Malevolent stars conflicting with the moon: If malevolent stars conflict with the Taiyin star, there will be chronic illnesses that are difficult to cure; otherwise, it indicates affliction from the mother's side, and more seriously, the strings of the zither are out of tune, making it impossible to play music again—harmony between husband and wife and between mother and child is lost. Malevolent stars in the wife's position: If the wife's palace encounters malevolent stars, it certainly indicates misfortune for the wife; even if there is no obvious conflict in relationships, it ultimately leads to discord between husband and wife.

羅星守命命在午遇羅：命看妻妾薄姻緣，只恐羅?是禍冤，午上獨居離火位，反為白首度流年。晝月臨兒夜日守子：男女宮中多竅妙，日生最怕太陰照，夜誕亦忌太陽臨，縱然有子無兒叫。限月娶妾金孛風月：男人行限見太陰，娶妻招妾每年尋，忽然金孛一齊入，詠月嘲風使萬金。

Heavenly Stems: Jia, Yi, Bing, Ding, Wu, Ji, Geng, Xin, Ren, Gui Earthly Branches: Zi, Chou, Yin, Mao, Chen, Si, Wu, Wei, Shen, You, Xu, Hai Trigrams: Qian (Heaven), Dui (Lake), Li (Fire), Zhen (Thunder), Xun (Wind), Kan (Water), Gen (Mountain), Kun (Earth) Rohini guards the destiny and the destiny falls in Wu, encountering Rohini: such a destiny should be examined in the area of wife and concubine, where marital connections are thin, and one might fear that Rohini is the root of misfortune and resentment. During the day, the Moon is over the children's palace, and at night, the Sun guards the children's palace: the palace of husband and wife (children's palace) has the most opportunities - those born during the day are most afraid of the Moon's influence, and those born at night also dislike the Sun's arrival, even if they have children, they may not have sons to support their parents. When encountering the Moon, it indicates taking a concubine; when encountering the Gold Star and the Moon孛 together, it signifies a pattern of romantic and extravagant spending.

四月卯時：四月生人帶卯時，斯人不壽報君知，若教父沒身隨後，三十年來父不隨。十月酉時：十月酉時月在卯，宜躔房宿始為奇，若還晝誕行巳限，夫妻不死也分離。羊刃惡星：刃星最怕惡星同，行限逢之定主凶，女命定因遭產厄，男人亦是惡亡終。自刃：陽刃最嫌自刃宮，戊午丙午最為凶，壬子癸丑相逢著，決定危亡不善終。五星空亡：惟有金空空則闇，火空則發土空陷，木空則折君須記，水空河海能枯竭。

When the Five Stars meet Kongwang: Only when the Metal Star falls into Kongwang does it become dim and dull; when the Fire Star falls into Kongwang, it becomes more prominent; when the Earth Star falls into Kongwang, it collapses; when the Wood Star falls into Kongwang, it breaks—remember this well. When the Water Star falls into Kongwang, rivers, lakes, and seas will all dry up.

父母早克：欲知父母少年亡，日月宮中仔細詳，那更三方逢惡曜，定知晝夜見存亡。父母惡死：細推父母死何凶，惡煞加臨日月宮，更添水火金同度，卒死危亡不善終。流落凶死：命主飛來煞位居，孛羅那更守遷移，此星若化刑囚暗，決配遭刑千里餘。

To determine if the parents die young, one should carefully examine the Sun and Moon宫 (offices). The Sun represents the father and the Moon represents the mother. If the Triple Harmony position also encounters malevolent stars, then the fate of the parents can be determined by whether the person was born during the day or night. If the parents die violently, one should carefully analyze the cause of their death. This is determined by malevolent stars affecting the day and moon offices. If water, fire, and metal stars are also present, it indicates a sudden and dangerous death, not a peaceful end. If the person's main star is located in a malevolent position, and the Moon孛 and Rahu are guarding the migration宫, and this main star is transformed into a state of punishment, imprisonment, or darkness, then the person will be sentenced to exile and suffer punishment far away.

刀兵下死：計都不宜火星投，黨起奸雄事事謀，土孛傍居三限內，手持刀劍取人頭。遭刑法死：從來木氣莫同宮，貫索加臨不善終，三方拱合黨其惡，須帶麻繩死主凶。落水惡死：從來計孛號浮沉，大限相逢轉不禁，更若三方遇水土，漂流魚腹浪波深。

Dying by weapons: The presence of a fire star in the calculation should not be favorable, if two stars join together, they will promote the nature of a cunning villain, and the person will constantly plot and scheme. If the earth star and the moon孛 are nearby within the major and minor limits, this person will wield swords and take others' heads. Dying by legal punishment: The Jupiter and the purple qi have never been favorable to be in the same palace, if the "Guan Suo" star (which governs imprisonment) is added, the person will not have a good end; if the triple harmony directions also congregate and join forces to assist evil, the person must be hanged with a rope and die violently. Dying by drowning: The calculation and the moon孛 are usually called stars governing floating and sinking, meeting them in the major limit is already unbearable, if the triple harmony directions meet the water star and the earth star again, the person will drown in the waves and die in the belly of a fish.

又：巳申亥子是江湖，最嫌煞命主同途，計孛羅水三合照，定知溺水是嗚呼。劫掠陣亡：劫亡立命鬼星強，主宿仍前居煞方，不在途中遭劫掠，必然陣上主身亡。被雷打擊：孛前火後水居中，命若庭前燭遇風，忽然歷限居東北，損失人身雷擊終。

Another interpretation says: the sectors of巳, 申, 亥, and 子 belong to areas of rivers and lakes, which are most susceptible to evil stars traveling the same path as the native's destiny; if Jiéshā, Yuèbó, Luóhóu, and Water Star come from the Triple Harmony direction to illuminate, it is certain that the native will drown and die. Robbery and death in battle: when the position of Jiéshā and Wangshen is placed to harm the native, and the ghost star that harms me is strong, the native's destiny still resides in the evil direction, this person either dies from robbery on the way or certainly dies in battle. Being struck by lightning: when Yuèbó is in front, Fire Star is behind, and Water Star is in the middle, the native's destiny is like a candle in the courtyard meeting a strong wind; if the destiny path suddenly reaches the Northeast direction, the native will die from being struck by lightning.

又：更有一星人莫窮，火羅逆入命宮中，卯酉兩宮逢水孛，天雷霹靂必遭凶。雷轟天誅：卯人立命子之虛，羅計凶星丑卯居，縱有主星臨福德，雷轟掩耳怕天誅。蛇傷：身居的刃煞居強，火孛加臨為禍殃，限到煞宮雙女位，同宮水火主蛇傷。

Another saying: There is another astronomical phenomenon that ordinary people cannot fully understand—when the planet Mars and Rahuretrograde into the命宫, and the卯 and酉 two palaces also meet with water and moon孛, such a person will surely suffer from a calamity of heavenly thunder and lightning. Thunder and heavenly punishment: Those born in the卯 year have their命立 in theEmptiness mansion of theZi Palace palace. If Rahu and Ji Du, two凶 stars, are located in the丑 and卯 palaces respectively, even if the main star of the命 is located in theFortune Virtue palace, they still fear the sound of thunder, which is too loud to be heard, and will suffer from heavenly punishment. Snake injury: If the身宫 is located on the「的煞」or「阳刃」, and the煞 force is strong, with Mars and moon孛 adding to the trouble, and when the行限 reaches the煞 palace or the double female palace (巳 palace), and there is also a conflict between water and fire in the same palace, it indicates that the person will be injured by a snake.

犬咬：火孛飛來陽刃鄉，更兼計孛主膀胱，流年計煞侵臨限，惡犬長蛇暗裡傷。顛疾：火土氣孛莫相尋，疾厄宮中病患深，設若太陽同度位，顛狂心亂病沈吟。又：火土孛居亥位躔，命位低微壽不延，目下流星重作難，其人必定發羊顛。

Dog bite: The Mars and Moon孛 are flying to the place of the Yang Blade, and with the addition of Ji Du and Moon孛 governing the bladder area, the person will be injured by a vicious dog or a long snake in the dark. Madness: Mars, Earth Star, Purple Qi, and Moon孛 should not be entangled with each other; if they gather in the illness宫, the illness becomes severe. If the Sun is also in the same degree, it indicates madness, mental confusion, and long-term illness. Another interpretation: if Mars, Earth Star, and Moon孛 are all in theHai Palace, the person's destiny is already low and their lifespan is short; if the current year's stars further trouble them, they will definitely suffer from epilepsy.

風疾：風疾之人胡得然，皆因命裡水星躔，前途限遇刑囚忌，風疾躔身壽不延。風顛：火主心中素可知，不宜室女又逢箕，木並刑囚同居此，主疾風顛痛苦悲。癩疾：庸人病癩不醫方，氣孛飛來犯太陽，同度同躔三位立，也須命裡細推詳。

Wind sickness: Those who suffer from wind sickness do so because their destiny is influenced by the water star (water represents cold and dampness, which causes wind). Additionally, in their destined limit, they encounter several harmful influences such as "刑" (punishment), "囚" (imprisonment), and "忌" (taboo), which lead to the affliction of wind sickness, and their lifespan is difficult to extend. Wind madness: The fire star governs the heart, and this is well understood; however, it is not suitable for the fire star to be in the room of the twin daughters (the double female mansion, the巳 mansion) and also encountering the mansion of Ji Xu. If the wood star is also present along with "刑", "囚", and others in this location, it indicates suffering from wind madness, which brings great suffering and sorrow. Leprosy: Ordinary people who contract leprosy have no effective treatment, and the cause is due to the purple star and the moon's comet conflicting and attacking the sun. If all three are in the same degree and mansion, and also the three directions are aligned, then one must carefully examine their original destiny to determine the exact cause.

火瘡：木金最怕火羅剛，聚在強中必有殃，木入火油湯誤死，死時必患遍身瘡。癆疾：癆瘵咳嗽有原因，八煞宮逢水孛星，更加四孟亡神位，耳病疼聾不會聽。又：計都火孛兩相遭，重色輕身骨髓癆，那堪更遇流年煞，旦夕歸泉怎奈何。

Fire sores: The planet Jupiter and Venus are most afraid of Mars and Rahu, these two fierce stars. If they gather in a strong and powerful position, there will certainly be calamity. When wood enters fire, and oil soup boils, people may die due to this, and at the time of death, they will suffer from all over body sores. Tuberculosis: Coughing from tuberculosis has its own cause, which is when the "Eight Harmful Stars" are in a palace, and if it also meets the "Wangshen" in the four young months of寅,申, 巳, and 亥, there will be ear pain and even deafness. Another explanation says: When Jiudu and Mars, and Yuebo meet each other, the person will indulge in women and neglect his body, leading to tuberculosis that dries up the marrow. If it also meets the annual evil star, he will die within a day or two, helpless and without remedy.

喘嗽：金星屬肺喜臨西，羅火相逢必不宜，若遇八煞星入命，更添水孛喘無疑。虛?：土星屬胃主康強，與木同行內必傷，薄食嘔酸並腹悶，孛加虛腫氣光黃。黃疸：黃腫之人何處尋，土計孛同虎兔臨，七煞刃星兩宮立，大腹如車無兩襟。

Shortness of breath and coughing: The planet of metal corresponds to the lungs in the human body and is favorable when it is located in the western position of metal; if it meets with Rahu and the planet of fire, it is very unfavorable (as fire overcomes metal and harms the lungs); if it also meets with the 'eight evils', and water and the planet of moon are added, then coughing and shortness of breath are inevitable. Weakness and swelling: The planet of earth corresponds to the stomach in the human body and indicates a strong body; once it is accompanied by the planet of wood (as wood overcomes earth), internal damage will occur, leading to reduced appetite, vomiting with sour taste, and bloating in the abdomen; if the planet of moon is added, it becomes weakness and swelling, and the complexion turns yellow. 殘疾：身命逢凶更坐刑，火羅來往又傷身，莫言燒折金牛角，趕起狂牛觸殺人。六根不足：計羅居貌不全角，化作凶星更易明，孛羅三方如照著，六根不足是斯人。腰駝足跛：腰駝足跛那方尋，水到命宮孛計臨，更加八煞逢囚土，六庚產者疾來深。

Disability: When the body palace and life palace encounter malevolent stars and are located in a position of punishment, the presence of Mars and Rahu further沖 and illuminate, causing injury to the body. Do not merely say that the fire and Rahu burn the horn of the Bull Palace (You Palace); they may also provoke a wild bull that can kill a person. Incomplete senses: When Jiudu and Rahu are located in the appearance palace, and the degrees they occupy are incomplete, their transformation into malevolent stars makes the signs more evident. If the Moon孛 and Rahu also come from the Triple Harmony direction to illuminate, then the person with incomplete senses is exactly this one. 背屈口斜：氣計相逢不管他，見星刑戰酉宮加，疑是斯人何破相，身背腰駝口喎斜。雙盲：木為肝臟怕逢金，遇火須知洩氣深，日月忽臨天首尾，雙盲為別決難尋。耳聾：腎水從來怕浸淫，若加孛進禍尤深，旺中土計相刑剋，耳畔打鐘不聽音。

Double blindness: Wood corresponds to the liver in the body and is most afraid of being attacked by metal; encountering fire causes the wood energy to leak out more severely (the liver opens through the eyes, so damage to wood harms the eyes); if the Sun and Moon are suddenly occupied by Tian Shou Luo Hui and Tian Wei Ji Du, both eyes become blind, making it difficult to distinguish light and darkness. 唇缺：木計飛來卯酉宮，那堪二八又逢凶，更來辰巳上安命，唇缺如何驗此中。頸項癭瘤：八煞宮中遇孛羅，主星卑弱煞居高，無疑項背垂癭瘤，大若紅叢小紫桃。音啞：土計臨身少發聲，主星洩氣語難真，忽然木火來生鬼，決是終須啞吃人。

Neck tumors: if the palace where the eight evils reside meets the Moon孛 and Luo Hui, and the ruling star is weak while the evil stars are strong, then neck tumors are certain, large ones resembling a cluster of red flowers, small ones like a purple peach. Speech impediment: if Saturn and Ji Du are in the palace of the body, the person will be quiet and talk little; if the ruling star is weakened, speech becomes unclear; if suddenly Jupiter and Mars come to assist or overcome the evil star that harms me, then the person will ultimately be both mute and stuttering.

面斑：十二呼為相貌宮，氣羅不必此宮逢，化為刑暗些兒害，斑面分明是此儂。毒藥喪身：火羅土計夾身宮，晝夜推詳與命宮，主弱煞強行煞限，必遭毒藥喪泉身。木石壓傷：金木從來怕返盈，鬼星得地禍非輕，那堪討孛來關夾，木石傷殘致損身。

The twelfth palace, known as the Appearance Palace, is where the meeting of Purple Qi and Luo Hui is not favorable; they transform into the energies of "punishment" and "obscure," causing only slight harm, yet the person will have facial spots. Poison and death: if the planet Mars, Luo Hui, Saturn, and Ji Du are all surrounding the body palace, and the calculation must consider whether the person was born during the day or night, together with the birth palace; if the person's vitality is weak while the malevolent stars are strong, and the person enters a harmful area during their life period, they will certainly die from poison. Injury by wood and stone: metal and wood have always feared "returning to excess" (overfilled and thus damaged), and if the ghost star that overcomes me gains strength, the harm will be serious; and if the Moon孛 is also blocking at the gate, the person will be injured by wood and stone, leading to physical disability.

墜馬跌死：又嫌土木是三災，刑剋臨身實可哀，最怕流年來並夾，莫騎老馬入南來。自縊懸樑：寅申巳亥四溢鄉，安身立命實難詳，凶星聚限主逢煞，貫索加臨自縊傷。癰癤殘疾：計氣孛星臨命宮，羅居疾厄化為凶，若非風癲並癰癤，必是傷殘廢疾終。

Falling from a horse and dying: it is also feared that the planet Saturn and Jupiter bring threefold misfortune, and if they afflict the person, it is truly tragic; most dangerous is if the current year also brings a conjunction, so one must not ride an old horse to the south. 六根不足：火為相貌孛來侵，計氣三方又照臨，不足有餘知少剩，分明好就此中尋。路亡法終：水孛第九死他鄉，路死橫尸不可當，羅日交迎居子午，法場之位見身亡。婢妾專權：妻星陷弱六宮強，祿貴逢之作正房，須是火金同到此，家權都是側人當。

Servants take control: the wife star is in a weak and declining position, while the sixth palace (servant palace) is strong, and the 'salary' and 'honour' are also located there, allowing the concubine to take the place of the main wife; if Mars and Venus also arrive there, the authority of the whole family will be taken over by others.

小兒湯火：小兒幼歲甚災殃，金火飛來命裡藏，更添凶宿為水火，三五之中驚火湯。盜賊：第九宮中水火刑，羅居當位是賊名，三方對照須防忌，定然黑夜教人驚。畜類：身星命主落空亡，首尾同臨命太陽，陽刃若來迎克主，生來不識著衣裳。
