Charting guides: Da Liu Ren Chart Calculator, Jin Kou Jue Chart

The lesson says: The three transmissions, Shen, You, and Xu, are all wealth for Ding fire, which is generally favorable; but unfortunately, this metal is used to generate the water of Hai and Zi in the house, and the water turns into official ghosts to overcome the day stem. Both person and house have become ghosts. Upon careful examination, Shen is the place of illness, You is the place of death, and Xu is the place of burial, precisely falling into the three places of illness, death, and burial.

Shen, You, and Xu all belong to the western metal element, which is the wealth for Ding fire, and this is indeed favorable. However, this metal generates the water in the residential branch's Zi and Hai, which turns into official ghosts to overcome the day stem. What was originally good has now become bad. Moreover, Ding fire is in a state of illness in Shen, death in You, and burial in Xu, so the danger of wealth is even more severe. When the official element is present in the day branch, if one uses wealth to bribe the nobleman, one can obtain an official position through donation, and this is favorable for promotion. When Shen, You, and Xu follow each other in sequence, it is called "flowing gold," like riding a horse on a frost-covered bridge, so one must be cautious in all matters.

Overall interpretation: Re-examining the lesson with the three transmissions connected in sequence, it indicates an easy progress and difficulty in retreat. Matters should be cautious of a possible resurgence, and illness should be wary of a potential recurrence. The deity at the day's branch becomes the official ghost, meaning that any troubles will certainly originate from the family residence.

Heavenly conditions: indicate clear weather. Family affairs: wealth is flourishing and generating official status, there will be good news of obtaining official titles through donations and taxes. Achieving official rank: both fame and profit are gained, and whatever is sought will be obtained. Seeking wealth: if the divination is done in spring or summer, there will certainly be some gain. Seeking the help of a nobleman: if the divination is done at night, one can receive the assistance of a nobleman. Marriage: if the divination is done during the day, it is very auspicious. Pregnancy and childbirth: there is good news of giving birth to a daughter, but there is fear that the delivery will be difficult. Disease: if the day stem and day branch enclose the three transmissions, there is a risk of bloating and blockage of the passages; divination in autumn or winter is even more unfavorable. Seeking opportunities: all matters are auspicious. Traveling: traveling by land is possible, but traveling by water may be dangerous due to wind and waves. A traveler: there will be a letter arriving first, and the person will arrive on the same day. A person fleeing: they will not go far, and it is advisable to pursue them quickly. Warfare: the enemy army will generate the main army, and it is possible to capture the enemy's supplies.

The "Bifa Fu" says: "When the Heavenly Empress combines with Liu He, marriage does not require a matchmaker." If the Heavenly Empress and Liu He appear together in a divination for marriage, it is unnecessary to use a matchmaker. "Those who plan things often act clumsily and fall into a trap." If one's plans are clumsy, they will be trapped. "Complete wealth but a sick body cannot bear the burden." Although wealth is complete, if the person is sick, they cannot bear the burden. The "Zhinan" records: In July, using the巳 general added to the辰 to divinate about being arrested and interrogated, the judgment says: The initiating transmission's imperial decree sits on Kongwang. The Teng Snake and White Tiger are both at theTomb Spirit positions over卯 and酉, which is called "the gate of the tomb opens," inevitably leading to continuous deaths. The three transmissions also have the Heavenly General accompanied by劫杀. The diseases, death, tomb, and decline of the丁 fire all appear, with no way to save or relieve. Later, indeed, three people were beaten to death by the court.

On the Wuzi day, first arrangement: the stem is on the巳 position.

The lesson says: If divining in the daytime, the middle transmission has the Jia wood rising and riding on the White Tiger; if divining at night, the final transmission has the Yin wood which is both the Post-horse and riding on the Azure Dragon. The three transmissions successively overcome the day stem. Fortunately, the initiating transmission's Si fire has become sealed, so as long as one does not speak much, there will be no obstacles.

The day stem and its virtue and禄 are both initiating the transmission, yet they form a closed mouth, unable to hold on. As soon as there is movement, it meets the White Tiger in the middle transmission and the寅 wood official ghost in the final transmission, which is very dangerous. Moreover, the first transmission overcomes the middle, the middle overcomes the final, and the final overcomes the day stem, with each layer overcoming the next, how can one avoid being bullied by others? Ordinary people should beware of someone using private matters to attack them, while officials in court should be cautious of accusations from the advisory officials. If one can restrain oneself deeply and be cautious in all matters, then the closed mouth from the initiating transmission becomes a way of self-protection.巳 is originally a beautiful deity of virtue and禄, but once it is activated, it brings in the寅 wood official ghost. The classic text says, "a change from overcoming becomes a double-edged sword," exactly referring to this. However, the寅 wood in the final transmission turns back to help the巳 fire in the first transmission to nourish the day stem. This indicates that there must be someone secretly helping, gradually leading to prosperity and good fortune, which is called the transition from hardship to ease.

Total interpretation: AHidden Chant lesson with the official star,禄神, day virtue, andThe Post-horse all activated, is most favorable for seeking official positions. WithGou Chen supporting the seal andTeng Snake emerging prominently, it is suitable to pursue fame and fortune by moving forward. The final transmission supports the initial one, generating the day stem, so recommendations will naturally come. However, it is not suitable for the heavenly stem controlling the earthly branch to restrain寅 wood.

Heavenly circumstances: Wind is gentle and the sun is warm. Family affairs: TheFetal Spirit (fetus deity) is located in the day branch, indicating a possible pregnancy; if divined in July, there is a risk of miscarriage and sorrow from the loss of a wife. Achieving fame: Be cautious in speech and action to avoid mistakes. Seeking wealth: A癸 water is hidden on the day stem, and戊 and癸 are in harmony, so wealth can be obtained. Meeting officials: Not possible. Marriage: Can be successful. Childbirth: The joy of a son or twins, with a smooth delivery. Seeking strategies: Not to one's satisfaction. Illness: Either accumulation of food or cold injury, or dysentery with locked jaws; the deity of medicine is powerful and can be treated. Traveling: Unable to move. A traveler: Not yet arrived. Warfare: Each side defends its own territory, the defending army will defeat the invading army.

The *Bi Fa Fu* says: "White Tiger riding on the hidden official ghost brings great calamity," meaning that when the White Tiger is combined with the hidden official ghost, the disaster is severe; "the host and guest do not align, and punishment is above," indicating that when the heavenly stem and earthly branch are in mutual punishment, the host and guest are incompatible. The *San Che Yi Lian* states: if divining in the daytime and the White Tiger is seated in the position of growth, it is a fortunate outcome among misfortunes; if divining at night and the Azure Dragon takes the position of the day stem's official ghost, it is an unfortunate outcome among blessings.

On the Wuzi day, second arrangement, the stem is on the Chen position.

The lesson says: the tomb god, the earth dog, covers and presses down on the day stem, indicating the person is dull and obstructed; the active god Ding is located in the day branch, suggesting changes in the family home; the heavenly general Yuanwu, which governs thieves, is the initiating transmission, indicating thieves are secretly watching; it is called 'after' because the initiating transmission戌 is located after the four lessons.

Chen is the storage place for Wu earth and covers the day stem, causing the self to become confused and blocked. Hai is the Ding god of this ten-day period and is located on the day branch, indicating that the family dwelling will need to change. Yuanwu is a heavenly general associated with thieves and is the initiating transmission, so thieves are secretly watching. The reason for saying 'later movement' is because Xu is located later in the four lessons and is the initiating transmission. The three transmissions move from the storage place to the place of growth, indicating first confusion and then clarity. Shen is occupied by Baihu and also hides out as Jia wood as official ghosts, which is especially dangerous, exactly as described by 'Baihu riding hidden ghosts'. Moreover, Baihu is on Shen, called 'containing a knife', indicating especially severe calamity. Although Xu is riding Yuanwu, it can break open Chen's storage; even though You and Shen release the energy of the day stem, they can also control the official ghosts, so it is still possible to transform misfortune into good fortune.

Overall interpretation: The divination indicates that the matter involves hesitation and uncertainty, and one must first take a step back before proceeding forward. Although the progress is slow, there will be no mistakes. However, there may be obstacles in getting things done, and there is also a risk of theft. If this divination is done at night, it is likely to be plagued by a series of selfish and distracting thoughts.

Heavenly conditions: cloudy but not raining. Family residence: be cautious of theft, there will be changes in the household, and there is a meaning of showing kindness but inviting resentment. Achievements: not to one's satisfaction. Seeking wealth: the other party may have wealth, but oneself is too lazy to obtain it. Seeking officials: not effective. Marriage: unfavorable. Pregnancy and childbirth: the joy of a female child, but difficult labor. Disease: illness caused by money matters and excessive eating; the conflict between Chen and Xu can open the storage, with the appearance of the son and daughter trigram, and it can be cured. Seeking strategies: all matters are obstructed. Traveling: the tomb god covers the day stem, and the brilliant star is sitting on the heavenly gate, so one cannot travel far. A person on the way: will arrive soon. Escape: cannot be caught, and one should also be cautious of being bitten back. Warfare: it is suitable to hold back and wait quietly. Burial: setting the direction of Yi mountain and Geng direction can enhance the prosperity of descendants.

The "Bifa Fu" says: "The Qiu Star passes through the Heavenly Gate, and the situation is fixed." When the Qiu Star crosses the Heavenly Gate, the obstruction becomes definite. "The White Tiger rides on the hidden ghost, bringing serious calamity." When the White Tiger is combined with the hidden ghost, the official ghost brings great misfortune. The "Zhipang Fu" says: the branches of Xu, You, and Shen connected in reverse order are called "Fanjia," indicating the implementation of a severe and punitive approach. The "Zhaodan Miaoji" says: when the day's hidden element overcomes the day's stem and the day's stem is in its墓 position, the person is dull and confused, with obstacles everywhere and frequent conflicts. The "Zuanyao" says: Hai is the wealth element. If the Ding God is on top of the day's branch, there will certainly be actions related to wife and wealth.

On the Wuzi day, third arrangement, the stem is on the卯 branch.

"Li De" refers to the Nobleman positioned on卯 or 酉, which are positions of yin and yang transition; the three transmissions 丑, 亥, and 酉 also belong to the intermediate transmission and extreme yin. The meaning of the divination says: both he and I will undergo hardship, ordinary people should beware of domestic unrest; if a government official encounters this situation, he may achieve success and fame, bringing glory to his ancestors.

TheWu Earth is being overcome by the卯 wood, and the子 water is being overcome by the戌 earth, indicating that both the other party and oneself will suffer from this misfortune. The卯 represents the gate, and since the子 and卯 are in mutual conflict, there is an indication of instability at the gate. However, the丑 earth is located above the卯 wood, with a nobleman (贵人) intervening and acting as the official star for the day stem. This is a sign of achieving fame and success, bringing glory to the ancestors. The Vermilion Bird (朱雀) transforms into the official ghost (官鬼) and is placed upon the day stem, suggesting that officials in government may face accusations and should avoid submitting petitions. The辰 represents new beginnings, while the戌 represents the old. Since the卯 and戌 are in harmony, the wood can overcome the earth, indicating that in all matters one should abandon the old and seek the new. The middle transmission is亥 water and the final transmission is酉 metal, so one should avoid indulgence in alcohol and lust.

Overall interpretation: There is a situation where the lower overcomes the upper, and all matters carry an image of suppression and blockage. The three transmissions show extreme yin, making the obstruction even heavier. Also, one should be cautious of disasters involving women and children. Higher-ranking officials are indicated to have promotion, while lower-ranking officials should beware of demotion or dismissal.

Heavenly conditions: Favorable for clear weather. Family home: The day stem and day branch are in harmony, indicating peace and harmony between people and the household, but one should avoid alcohol and lust. Career: The nobleman and official star are in conjunction, which is favorable for advancement in officialdom. Seeking wealth: One can obtain wealth within one's proper share. Seeking the nobleman: During the day, the nobleman will come to assist. Marriage: Unfavorable. Pregnancy and childbirth: The fetal energy leaks, making it difficult to raise the child. Disease: Caused by disputes and conflicts, leading to blockage and obstruction; treatment is effective, and it is also advisable to offer thanks to the earth deity. Seeking strategies: Matters are not under one's control. Travel: Travel by land is possible. A traveler: Will gradually reach the door. Fleeing: After some time, the act will naturally be exposed. Warfare: Gou Chen can control Black Tortoise, so it is advisable to take the initiative and win.

The *Bifa Fu* says: "When both sides are injured, beware of mutual harm." When both parties are harmed, one should be cautious of mutual loss. The *Ke Jing* states: if the Heavenly Nobleman is positioned on the卯 or 酉, it is called the "Lesson of Virtue." This is because the卯 and 酉 are positions of yin and yang transition, and the Nobleman rises and changes from these points. If the yin spirit of the day branch is after the Heavenly Nobleman, it is called the "Disguised Rank" pattern, indicating that the virtuous person will be promoted while the petty person is demoted. If the yin spirit of the day branch is before the Heavenly Nobleman, it is called the "Wasted Time" pattern, indicating that the petty person will be promoted while the virtuous person is demoted.

On the Wuzi day, fourth arrangement, the stem is on the寅 position.

The lesson says: The day stem and the first transmission's寅 wood are both being watched by official ghosts; originally relying on the day branch's酉 metal and the final transmission's申 metal to remove misfortune, but the heavenly stems hidden above 申 and 酉 are actually 甲 and 乙 wood, which instead add strength to the official ghosts.

The wood of寅 is added to the day stem and serves as the initiating transmission, which corresponds to the official ghost of the day stem戊. If one hopes to rely on the metal of酉 in the day branch and the metal of申 in the final transmission to remove misfortune, they do not realize that the heavenly stems hidden in申 and酉 are 甲 and 乙, which actually strengthen the official ghost instead, making such reliance unreliable. Within the three transmissions, the wood of寅 and the metal of申 clash, with the final transmission overcoming the first. However, the metal of申 generates the water of亥, and the water of亥 generates the wood of寅, forming a cycle of mutual generation among the three transmissions. This generation flows from below upwards, making the power even greater. Officials encountering this pattern will surely have someone secretly recommending them. If the divination is done at night and the dragon is present, their future prospects will be particularly promising.

Overall interpretation: This is a complex situation known as "Yuan Tai," which signifies renewal. The day stem's heavenly stem is the day stem's clear ghost, and the hidden wood (Yi) emerging from the day branch is the day stem's hidden ghost. If common people encounter this pattern, they are certain to face continuous legal disputes that cannot be resolved in a short time.

Heavenly conditions: During the day, the divination indicates clear weather; at night, it indicates rain. For the household: it is favorable for officials but unfavorable for ordinary people, and there is a risk of trouble from servants or concubines. For official rank: the official star is on the day stem and enters the three transmissions, which is favorable for advancement in official career. For seeking wealth: the wealth is on the day branch and is supported, so one can expect some gain. For seeking officials: it is not favorable. For marriage: if both the wealth and official signs are present, marriage can be achieved. For pregnancy: the child is a girl, and there may be some harm. For seeking opportunities: small profits can be obtained. For illness: the wood official ghost is on the day stem, and the final transmission on the monkey is occupied by Dun Jia with the tiger, so one illness is removed but another is added. For traveling: the Azure Dragon is with the post-horse, indicating smooth travel. For a traveler: he will arrive soon. For capturing a fugitive: it is difficult to capture. For military conflict: the day stem and day branch mutually weaken each other, indicating exhausted strength and loss of resources.

The "Bifa Fu" states: "White Tiger riding on the hidden ghost brings serious calamity," meaning that when the White Tiger is combined with the hidden ghost, the official ghost brings great misfortune. The "Gujian" records a case where a divination was made at the time of卯 (Mao) for a prediction about promotion. It says: the lodgment palace of Wu is in巳 (Si), 午 (Wu) is the Azure Dragon, and the sun stem is one position away from the day stem, indicating promotion next year. Counting from the day branch 子 (Zi) to 午 (Wu) is seven positions, and counting from the twelfth month down to 午 (Wu) indicates it should happen in June of next year. The fire of 午 (Wu) nourishes the day stem's 寅 (Yin) wood, and 寅 (Yin) has 亥 (Hai), which contains 壬 (Ren), so it should occur on the day of Renyin (Renyin). For civil officials, look at the Azure Dragon; for military officials, look at Tai Chang. All divinations should be done according to this method.

On the Wuzi day, fifth arrangement, the stem is on the Chou branch.

"Dragon Struggle" refers to the conflict between yin and yang at the卯 and酉 positions. The lesson explains: if the divination is done in the daytime, the Azure Dragon is beneath with the Jia wood official ghost hidden; fortunately, there is a Nobleman pressing down on the墓 of Shen, which can subdue it; the initiating transmission of Si fire also forms a closed mouth, adapting to the situation; the White Tiger is then like being confined in a fence or cage.

Shen is the original position of the White Tiger, and it is supported by the Azure Dragon and Teng Snake above, then the initiating transmission brings the official ghost of Jia wood to attack the day stem, which is extremelyvicious. The nobleman is present on Chou, which is also the storage of Shen, thus its power is sufficient to subdue the White Tiger. The initiating transmission's Si fire can also overcome Shen, so even more so. The fierce nature of the White Tiger naturally dissipates within the fence and cage, daring not to display its fierce essence. In the lesson and transmissions, Zi and Chou combine, Si and Shen combine, the initiating transmission's Si and Shen combine, the final transmission's Chou and Zi combine, and the hidden spirit Chen and You combine. This is exactly what is called upper and lower harmony, triple Liu He, and all matters that are harmonious can be accomplished.

Total interpretation: The initiating transmission starts from the昴 star, indicating a lesson of a tiger's gaze, often accompanied by worries of stepping on a tiger's tail and being bitten. It is also known as "Dragon Struggle," often showing signs of vigilance in the morning and evening, and not being careless. However,巳 and申 have mutual blessings and good fortune, and the day stem, day branch, and three transmissions are harmonious, so many good things can be accomplished and misfortunes can be avoided.

Heavenly Conditions: It will not rain. Family Residence: People and the house are in harmony, actions proceed smoothly, and it is even more favorable during the day. Official Rank: Not prominent. Seeking Wealth: The wealth in the day branch is generated by the earth element of the morning hour and is in harmony with the nobleman, so wealth can be obtained. Seeking the Nobleman: During the day, one can receive assistance from the nobleman. Marriage: It can be successful; during the day, the woman is dignified, quiet, and beautiful. Pregnancy and Childbirth: There is joy in having a son, but production will be smooth only after the day and month when the heavenly stem and earthly branch are in opposition. Seeking Opportunities: All matters can be accomplished. Disease: It is just a minor illness, not serious. Traveling: Indecisive. A Person on the Way: Will not return for some time. Lost Items: One can find them in the west. Runaway: The person will return on their own. Warfare: Favorable during the day, unfavorable at night. Burial: The grave site has white ants gnawing at the bones.

The "Bi Fa Fu" says: "When the vehicles cross and combine, trade is beneficial." When two things intersect and combine, trade and exchanges are advantageous. The "Ke Jing" says: When the month general is at亥 (Hai), it is called "the noble one ascends the heavenly gate." The six spirits are hidden, the four evils vanish, and all plans are smooth and beneficial. This is especially true in the first months of the four quarters, because the four directions are the month generals at that time. The "Zhi Zhang Fu" says: When Chou (Chou) meets Tian Kong (Heavenly Void), it indicates a short person; when it meets Shen (Shen), it indicates a monk.

On the Wuzi day, sixth arrangement: the stem is on the child branch.

"Cycle" refers to the three transmissions all circulating within the four lessons without escaping; "赘婿" refers to the god of the day branch being added upon the day stem and being overcome by the day stem, like an in-law who has no autonomy. The meaning of the lesson states: the transmission cycles without end; the post-horse carries the white tiger and official ghost; wealth seems to fall from the sky; yet it is difficult to advance or retreat.

The three transmissions do not go beyond the four lessons, and this pattern is called "cyclic." Although it is auspicious, it does not bring actual good fortune, and although it is inauspicious, it does not bring actual misfortune. It is only suitable to maintain the existing situation and not to take any action. The water in the first transmission is supported by the Azure Dragon and the Teng Snake, and it is placed on the day stem as the initiating transmission. This is truly like wealth coming from heaven, without the need for effort to seek it. However, the final transmission, which is the wooden寅, is the Post-horse and is supported by the White Tiger, acting as the official ghost. Ordinary people should beware of illness and legal troubles. If they go forward to seek wealth, they will be led into the land of Kongwang; if they retreat to remain still, the three transmissions will return to the White Tiger and the official ghost. In this situation, whether they advance or retreat, they are really in a dilemma. The god in the day branch is placed on the day stem and is overcome by the earth stem Wu, which is called the "Son-in-Law Lesson." This represents abandoning oneself to obey others, being at the mercy of others, and not being able to act freely, leading to dissatisfaction in all matters.

General interpretation: This is known as "re-examination" and also called "incomplete." The person consulting the divination must have some aspects not fully considered, carrying the implication of something begun but not finished. If one can be willing to compromise and follow the majority, even in difficult circumstances, it is still possible to make some progress.

The *Bifa Fu* says: "Mutual suspicion brings harm in succession," meaning both sides are suspicious of each other, and the six harmful influences follow; "If there is no transmission, examine the first transmission and the time of divination." If the divination does not show a transmission, one should focus on the first transmission and the time of the divination. The *Zanyao* states: When the寅 (Yin) is placed at the end, it is a tiger ghost filling the role of the day stem's post-horse, leading to particularly swift misfortune; if one is involved in legal matters, the punishment will certainly come from afar. The *Ding'e* says: When the water is on the戊 (Wu) in the Wuzi day, it indicates a woman falling ill or someone demanding money. The *Xinjing* states: If yin and yang are not both present, it is called "Wuyin," meaning disorderly and improper. If the upper overcomes the lower, it is the husband's fault; if reversed, it is indeed the woman's unkindness.

On the Wuzi day, seventh arrangement, the stem is on the亥 position.

"High Cover" is a type of reverse chant in divination, characterized by the conflict between noon, zi, and wu. The meaning of the lesson states: the wealth god and the ding god are both above the self, and any movement results only in empty reputation; coming and going are both trapped in kongwang, so whether it is auspicious or inauspicious has no basis, and it is mediocre.

Wealth is placed on the day stem, and the Ding god is also present, which certainly indicates movement. However, this movement results only in a hollow reputation and does not lead to actual results. The reason is that the Wu is originally a旬空, but the Zi comes to cover it, so the movement goes back and forth within the empty space. Whether it is considered auspicious or inauspicious, there is no solid evidence. Even though there is movement, it brings no real benefit. The Si is the day's virtue and day's fortune, and also represents documents. When it is placed on the Hai, it is called 'virtue and fortune in the heaven gate', and in divination for the imperial examination, success is certain. The three transmissions are Zi and Wu, which are in opposition, indicating travel on the roads. The empty space meets opposition and becomes covert movement. There is another view: opposing the empty space turns it into reality. Now, the Zi is the day's establishment, which is not empty. Using the non-empty Zi to oppose the Wu, the Wu can then become real through opposition. This is the case where although it is empty, it is not empty in reality.

Reverse Chant divination indicates a situation where high banks turn into deep valleys and deep valleys become hills, showing a reversal of conditions. In all matters, there is no solid evidence, and one should only consider stillness after prolonged movement. If both ends of a matter result in emptiness, then it should no longer be regarded as movement.

Heavenly Conditions: Rain occurs at night. Family Residence: Although the divination encounters the Six Clashes, it is still suitable to ask about names and benefits; however, since the hour of Wu is Yangren, if divined during the day, the White Tiger is above it, inevitably leading to injuries. Achievements: It is favorable to hold an official post in the capital, but not suitable for being stationed outside. Seeking Wealth: Wealth is located above the day stem; by maintaining the existing situation, one can obtain wealth. Seeking Nobleman: Two noblemen cause delays and obstacles. Marriage: Divined at night, the Azure Dragon and Heavenly Empress both appear in the three transmissions, the only drawback being that they fall empty. Pregnancy: The fetal energy is firmly seated. Disease: A condition with alternating cold and heat; if the life qi clashes and controls, there is a chance of recovery. Seeking Plans: All matters can only be accomplished halfway. Travel: A吉祥 spirit is above the day stem, traveling by land is smooth and satisfactory. Warfare: The guest army defeats the host army; it is favorable to initiate the attack first and subdue the enemy.

The "Bifa Fu" says: "Coming and going both empty, how can there be movement?" If both ends are empty, then there is no movement to speak of. The "Zhiyao" says: Reverse Chant divination is suitable for movement rather than stillness; stillness leads to disturbance, indicating two matters happening at the same time. It is only suitable when the situation is prosperous and strong, and the matters concerned will come quickly. The "Ke Jing" says: Reverse Chant on a yang day indicates loss of day virtue and interruption of day fortune. The "Miyao" says: When the hours of Wu, Zi, and Wu meet, it is called "Gao Gai," which fears false documents and misfortune for superiors; in the first lunar month, Wu is considered death qi, and one should beware of illness in parents.
