石氏曰：“流星入在角，兵吏有見者。色赤，以兵繫；色黃，以土功繫；色白，以義繫；色黑，凶死；色青，以憂黜。”《黃帝》曰：“流星入角，宮中有事，貴人多死：一曰臣謀主而戮死，不出一年。”郗萌曰：“流星色赤，如缶，入兩角間而止，有來言兵事者；星前赤後黑，軍敗將死；以四方知所從來者。”又曰：“流星色黃，若白；入角亢間，有貴客來見君廟者。”《荊州占》曰：“流星色白，入兩角間，有諸侯客來者，諸侯有口令。”

Shi Shen said: A shooting star entering the Horn mansion indicates that officials in charge of military affairs will have their actions exposed. If the star is red, it signifies that military matters will lead to imprisonment; if yellow, it indicates imprisonment due to construction projects; if white, it suggests imprisonment due to matters of righteousness; if black, it foretells a violent death; if green, it indicates being demoted due to worries. The Yellow Emperor's Divination says: A shooting star entering the Horn mansion indicates that there will be incidents within the palace, and many noblemen will die; another interpretation is that ministers will plot against the king and be executed, not exceeding one year. Xi Meng said: A red shooting star, shaped like a jar, flying between the left and right horns and stopping there indicates that someone will report military affairs; if the front of the star is red and the back is black, it signifies the defeat of the army and the death of generals; according to the direction from which the star comes, one can determine the source of military calamity. It also says: A yellow or white shooting star flying between the Horn and Neck mansions indicates that important guests will come to pay homage at the king's ancestral temple. The Jingzhou Divination says: A white shooting star flying between the two horns indicates that envoys from dukes will arrive, and the dukes will have additional verbal orders.

石氏曰：“流星從他宿入角，有鄰邦之使者。”又曰：“流星入角間，關梁不通；有軍，邊境不通。”甘氏曰：“流星出兩角間，天子大使出。”郗萌曰：“流星色黃，出右角而東，極望人主有出遊者也。”又曰：“使星出入天門間，宮移疾。”《荊州占》曰：“流星色青，出左角而東，軍憂而兵敗績；黑而光，出在角，邦多疾病；若死亡。”石氏曰：“臣欲弒其主，而戮死。”郗萌曰：“流星抵角，角不動而散，散而復合；不出其年，其國宮中有大事，貴人多死者。”又曰：“流星比於右角，流而東，軍無戰功，二國終相和也。”

Shi Shen said: If a shooting star comes from another mansion and enters the Horn mansion, there will be envoys from a neighboring state arriving. He also said: If a shooting star flies out from between the two horns, the pass and bridge will be blocked; if there are troops, the roads at the border will also be blocked. Gan De said: If a shooting star flies out from between the two horns, the imperial envoy will travel. Xi Meng said: If a shooting star is yellow, and flies out from the right horn towards the east, continuing until the limit of one's sight, the sovereign will have an outing. He also said: If the star of the envoy moves in and out between the heavenly gate, the moving of palaces will be urgent. The "Jingzhou Divination" said: If a shooting star is green, and flies out from the left horn towards the east, there will be worries in the military, and the battle will be lost; if it is black but luminous, appearing in the Horn mansion, the state will have many diseases or deaths. Shi Shen said: This indicates that a minister wants to kill his sovereign, but will be executed. Xi Meng said: If a shooting star collides with the Horn mansion, the Horn mansion remains still while the shooting star disperses; after dispersing, it reassembles; within the same year, the country's palace will have a major incident, and many noblemen will die. He also said: If a shooting star flows closely beside the right horn towards the east, the army will not achieve military success, and the two countries will eventually make peace.

石氏曰：“流星入亢，主宗廟事，有使者受命天廟；色赤，言兵；黃、言土；白、義；青、言憂；黑、言死。”《海中占》曰：“流星入亢中，倖臣有自殺者，期一者。”郗萌曰：“流星色黃，若白；入角亢間，有貴客來見君廟者。”又曰：“流星色黑，出亢；憂臣以口舌中事自殺，期一月，若一年。”石氏曰：“流星出亢，使臣出；以五色占之，國多兵也。”

Shi Shen said: A shooting star entering the mansion of Kangle is an omen concerning ancestral temples, with envoys receiving appointments in the heavenly temple. If the star is red, it indicates military affairs; if yellow, it signifies earthworks; if white, it suggests matters of justice; if blue, it foretells calamity; if black, it portends death and mourning. The "Sea Divination" said: A shooting star flying into the mansion of Kangle indicates that a favored minister will commit suicide; the prediction is for one year (the original text "qi yi zhe" should be "qi yi nian"). Xi Meng said: If a shooting star is yellow or white and flies between the mansions of Jiao and Kangle, there will be the arrival of a distinguished guest to pay homage to the king's ancestral temple. It also said: If a shooting star is black and flies out from the mansion of Kangle, there will be calamity due to a minister's suicide caused by verbal disputes; the prediction is for one month or one year. Shi Shen said: A shooting star flying out from the mansion of Kangle indicates that envoys will be sent out; further divination by the five colors also indicates many military affairs within the country.

《黃帝》曰：“流星入氐，兵起；若國有大水。”石氏曰：“流星入氐，國相疾。流星出亢入氐中，人相食，有病從帶以下。”甘氏曰：“流星入氐，主有疾；一曰國亡。”石氏曰：“流星抵氐，國多淫女。”

The Yellow Emperor's Divination says: A falling star entering the Root mansion indicates the need to raise an army or the occurrence of a great flood. Shi Shen says: A falling star entering the Root mansion indicates the minister of state will be ill. A falling star flying out from the Neck mansion and entering the Root mansion indicates that the ruler will eat people and there will be an outbreak of diseases below the waist. Gan De says: A falling star entering the Root mansion indicates the ruler will be ill; another account says the country will perish. Shi Shen says: A falling star conflicting with the Root mansion indicates many licentious women in the country.

石氏曰：“流星入房，不出其年，主國有大喪。”甘氏曰：“流星蛇曲入房，臣殺主代王，輔臣亡；王者以赦除災，年中銷。”郗萌曰：“流星入房，王者忠臣輔弼者亡，人主以赦除咎，期二年。流星出左服，若右服，君使之諸侯，以馬為幣。”石氏曰：“流星在房，國貴人多死。流星抵房，遠鄉貢異獸班頭馬，其國君亡。”《海中占》曰：“流星絕鉤鈐，主有奔馬則敗。”

Shi Shen said: A shooting star entering the Room Mansion indicates a great mourning in the country of the ruler within the same year. Gan De said: If a shooting star curves like a snake and flies into the Room Mansion, it signifies that a minister will kill the ruler and take his place, and the prime minister will die; if the king uses a general pardon to eliminate the calamity, it can be resolved within the year. Xi Meng said: If a shooting star enters the Room Mansion, the loyal minister and assistant of the ruler will die; if the ruler uses a general pardon to eliminate the misfortune, the effect will be seen within two years. If a shooting star flies out from the left or right attendant stars, it indicates that the ruler will send envoys to the feudal states with horses as gifts. Shi Shen said: If a shooting star stops in the Room Mansion, there will be many deaths among the noblemen in the country; if a shooting star collides with the Room Mansion, distant countries will present strange beasts and horses with spotted heads, and the ruler of that country will die. The "Sea Divination" said: If a shooting star cuts across the Hook and Bell stars, it indicates that horses will panic and run wildly, leading to failure of affairs.

石氏曰：“流星犯心，大人憂，臣欲伐主，兵大起宮中，不出一年，遠二年。”郗萌曰：“流星犯乘明堂星，皆為大人憂，為內亂，欲伐君，近期十月，遠期三年；犯乘守太子星，太子憂；犯乘守庶子星，庶子有憂。”《荊州占》曰：“流星犯乘明堂，若不死，則去。”《黃帝》曰：“流星入心，不出其年，國有大喪，一曰弒主，期不出三年。”又曰：“使星出房，大如雞，色赤如血，入心，人主遇賊，其出心也，行道遠人主，賊人於千里之外。”

Shi Shen said: A shooting star invading the Heart Mansion indicates that a great person will have worries, ministers will want to attack the sovereign, and there will be great military strife within the palace, which will happen within one year, or up to two years if it is further away. Xi Meng said: If a shooting star invades or suppresses the Bright Hall star, it indicates that a great person will have worries, there will be internal disorder, and someone will want to attack the sovereign. If it happens soon, it will occur within ten months, but if it is further away, it will take up to three years. If it invades, suppresses, or stays at the Prince's star, the prince will have worries. If it invades, suppresses, or stays at the庶子 star, the庶子 will have worries. The "Jingzhou Divination" says: If a shooting star invades or suppresses the Bright Hall star, the person involved will not die, but will be exiled. The "Yellow Emperor Divination" says: If a shooting star enters the Heart Mansion, there will be a great mourning in the country within the same year; another interpretation says it indicates the assassination of the sovereign, and the occurrence will not be beyond three years. It also says: If the planet moves from the Room Mansion and flies out, appearing as large as a chicken, with a red color like blood, and then enters the Heart Mansion, it indicates the sovereign will be attacked by an assassin. If it flies out from the Heart Mansion and moves away from the sovereign, then the assassin is located more than a thousand li away.

郗萌曰：“流星入心，不出其年，臣弒其主，不成，戮死。”又：“流星入心，不出其年，大臣相賊。”巫咸曰：“流星入心，有使來者；赤色，言兵；黃、言土；白，言義；青，言憂；黑，言凶。出心，大臣出使，以五色占之。”石氏曰：“流星出入心，遠國使來；星大，大國使；星小，小國使。”又：“流星起心南行，越君死。”郗萌曰：“流星起心，至北斗，趙君死。流星抵心，不出一年，國有大喪。使星入天子宮，留十月，有來聘。”

Xi Meng said: A shooting star entering the Heart Mansion will not occur in the same year; ministers will kill their sovereign, but the matter will not succeed and the perpetrators will be executed. He also said: A shooting star entering the Heart Mansion will not occur in the same year; ministers will mutually destroy each other. Wu Xian said: A shooting star entering the Heart Mansion indicates the arrival of envoys; if the color is red, it signifies military affairs; if yellow, it signifies earthworks; if white, it signifies matters of righteousness; if green, it signifies worries; if black, it signifies misfortune. If the shooting star flies out from the Heart Mansion, it indicates ministers going on a mission, and the same five-color interpretation applies. Shi Shen said: A shooting star entering and exiting the Heart Mansion indicates that a distant state will send envoys; a large star signifies an envoy from a great state; a small star signifies an envoy from a small state. He also said: A shooting star originating from the Heart Mansion and flying south indicates that the ruler of a distant state will die. Xi Meng said: A shooting星 originating from the Heart Mansion and flying directly to the Big Dipper indicates that the king of Zhao will die. A shooting star colliding with the Heart Mansion will not occur within a year, and there will be a great mourning in the country. The star of envoys entering the sovereign's palace enclosure and staying for ten months indicates that a foreign state will come to pay homage.

《聖洽符》曰：“流星入尾，妃后有憂，若有黜者：一曰賊人女當有暴貴者。”又：“流星入尾，前青而後白，人主死；從酉至黃昏，期六十日；將軍行，從夕至人定，期九十日，將軍行。”石氏曰：“流星入尾，色青黑，故臣有敗身者；流星出尾，色青黑，臣有逃者。”

The Shengqia Fu says: A shooting star entering the Tail Mansion indicates that the queen or empress will have worries or may be deposed; another interpretation suggests that a woman from the rival family will suddenly rise to prominence. It also says: If a shooting star enters the Tail Mansion, and its front is blue while its end is white, the king will die; if it appears between the hour of You and dusk, the period will be sixty days, and the general will travel; if it appears between nightfall and the time of human quietness, the period will be ninety days, and the general will travel. Shi Shen says: A shooting star entering the Tail Mansion, with a dark blue color, indicates that an old minister will suffer disgrace and ruin; a shooting star emerging from the Tail Mansion with a dark blue color indicates that a minister will flee.

巫咸曰：“流星入箕，宮人有來者，及有獻女者。”（甘伯曰：期一年。）《百二十占》曰：“流星入箕，客有來者。”巫咸曰：“流星出箕，宮人有出者。”（甘伯曰：期一年。）《百二十占》曰：“流星出箕，大臣有棄捐者。”

Wu Xian said: A shooting star entering the Winnowing Basket mansion indicates the arrival of a palace attendant and also the presentation of a woman (the original commentary cites Gan Bo as saying: the event occurs after one year). The "One Hundred and Twenty Divinations" say: A shooting star entering the Winnowing Basket mansion indicates the arrival of guests. Wu Xian said: A shooting star emerging from the Winnowing Basket mansion indicates the departure of a palace attendant (the original commentary cites Gan Bo as saying: the event occurs after one year). The "One Hundred and Twenty Divinations" say: A shooting star emerging from the Winnowing Basket mansion indicates that a high official will be discarded and not used.

《感精符》曰：“流星入南斗，有使來入國者；色赤，兵；黃，土；白，義；青，憂；黑，死。”《海中占》曰：“流星入南斗，當有鄰國使來，不出百八十日。”《二十八宿山經》云：“有流星入斗散絕；穀貴，四年之中，異姓為主，人民勞。”石氏曰：“流星出南斗，大臣有出使者，以五色占之。”郗萌曰：“流星從南斗走北斗，其國有赦令；期在正月、二月中。”

The "Gan Jing Fu" says: A shooting star entering the Southern Dipper indicates that envoys will come to the country; if it is red, it signifies military affairs; if yellow, it indicates earthworks; if white, it relates to justice; if green, it signifies worries and troubles; if black, it indicates death. The "Hai Zhong Zhan" says: A shooting star entering the Southern Dipper indicates that envoys from a neighboring country will arrive, within 180 days. The "Ershiba Xu Shan Jing" says: If a shooting star flies into the Southern Dipper and then disperses and ceases, it indicates that grain prices will rise, and within four years there will be a ruler of a different surname, with the people suffering hardship. Shi Shen says: If a shooting star flies out from the Southern Dipper, there will be envoys among the ministers, and the meaning should be interpreted according to the five colors. Xi Meng says: If a shooting star rushes from the Southern Dipper to the Northern Dipper, the country will issue an amnesty, and this will occur in the first or second lunar month.

《荊州占》曰：“流星干牽牛，大將出，期八十日。”《文曜鉤》曰：“流星入牽牛，當有鄰國使者來，不出百八十日。”郗萌曰：“流星入牽牛，客有四足蟲為幣來者；色青，道病；色黑，道死，不至。”《荊州占》曰：“流星色赤，入天鼓，將受命於主；出天鼓，將出；如星所之，以占四方。”《百二十占》曰：“流星出牽牛，遠使出也；期百八十日，遠一年。”

The book Jingzhou Zhan says: A shooting star that enters the Ox Mansion indicates that a general will go to war, and the event will occur within eighty days. The book Wenyao Gou says: A shooting star entering the Ox Mansion indicates that envoys from a neighboring state will arrive, and this will happen within one hundred and eighty days. Xi Meng says: A shooting star entering the Ox Mansion indicates that guests will arrive with four-legged animals as gifts; if the star appears blue, the envoys will fall ill on the way; if the star appears black, the envoys will die on the road and will not arrive. Jingzhou Zhan says: A red shooting star flying into Tian Gu star indicates that a general will receive a commission from the sovereign; if the star flies out from Tian Gu, it indicates that the general will go to war; according to the direction the star moves, the military affairs of the four directions can be predicted. The book Bai Er Shi Zhan says: A shooting star flying out from the Ox Mansion indicates that envoys on a long journey will depart; the event will occur within one hundred and eighty days, and if it is far, it will take a year.

《宋天文志》曰：“晉安帝隆安五年二月甲寅，流星色赤，眾多西行，經牽牛、虛、危、天津、閣道，貫太微、紫宮；占曰：‘星者，庶民類，眾多西行，民將西流之象。經行天子廷，主弱臣強，諸侯兵不制。’五年三月，孫恩攻高雅之。五月，侵吳郡；內史袁嵩出戰，為賊所殺。六月，孫恩至京口，高雅之擊破之，恩進軍蒲州，於是內外戒嚴，營陣七守，柵斷淮口。十月，司馬元顯大治水軍，將以伐桓玄。元興元年，孫恩在臨海，人眾餓死散亡，恩亦投水死，吳郡吳興，戶口減半，又流奔而西者，不可計。十月，桓玄遣將擊劉軌，破走之，二年，玄纂位，遷帝尋陽。”

The "Book of the Later Han · Records of Astronomy" states: In the fifth year of Long'an during the reign of Emperor Jianwen of the Jin Dynasty, on the second month, on the day of Jiayin, there appeared a red meteor shower flying westward, passing through the constellations Qian Niu, Xu, Wei, Tianjin, and Ge Dao, and continuing through the Taiwei Enclosure and the Purple Micro Palace. The divination text says: Stars symbolize common people; a multitude of stars flying westward indicates that the common people will soon migrate westward and suffer calamity. When the stars pass through the court of the Son of Heaven, it signifies that the ruler is weak and the ministers are strong, and the armies of the feudal lords are not under control. In this same month of the third year, Sun En attacked Gao YaZhi; in the fifth month, he invaded Wu Prefecture, and the governor Yu SONG fought against the rebels and was killed by them. In the sixth month, Sun En reached Jingkou, where Gao YaZhi defeated him, and Sun En turned to attack Puzhou, leading to the tightening of military defenses, with wooden barriers set up at the Huai River mouth. In the tenth month, Sima Yuanxiang greatly reorganized his naval forces, preparing to attack Huan Xuan. In the first year of Yuanxing, Sun En retreated to Linhai, and his followers died of starvation and scattered, while Sun En himself drowned in the river. In Wu Prefecture and Wuxing, the population was reduced by half, and many people fled westward, the number being incalculable. In the tenth month of that year, Huan Xuan sent his generals to attack Liu Gui, defeating and driving him away. In the second year of Yuanxing, Huan Xuan usurped the throne and moved Emperor Jianwen to Xinyang.

石氏曰：“流星入須女，天子有納美女者；若出須女，女御有使者；干須女，貴女下獄；期百八二日。”《文曜鉤》曰：“流星抵須女，女主有逆謀於君，有戮死者，期不出一年，遠二年。”

Shi Shen said: A shooting star entering Nu Xu, the Queen's Mansion, indicates that the king should marry a beautiful woman; if the shooting star flies out from Nu Xu, there will be a female official serving as an envoy among the palace ladies; if the shooting star violates Nu Xu, noblewomen will be imprisoned, and the period for this to occur is one hundred and eighty days. The Wen Yao Gou states: A shooting star colliding with Nu Xu indicates that the female ruler has rebellious intentions towards the king, and someone will be executed for this, with the period not exceeding one year, and if it is further away, then two years.

《文曜鉤》曰：“流星入虛，人主大憂，臣下相賊，拔邑若國亡，期三年。”石氏曰：“流星入虛；色青，哭泣事；色黃白，有來受賜者。”郗萌曰：“奔星以乙丑日流入須女、虛、危之間，為民流。”占曰：“流星色赤；若蒼黑，入虛危，有拔邑。又流星數從虛危中出者，貴人往求醫藥。”石氏曰：“流星出虛，臣有出使者。”

The Wenyao Gou says: A shooting star entering the Xu mansion indicates the ruler will suffer great calamity, ministers will attack each other, cities will be captured, or the country will perish, and this will occur within three years. Shi Shen says: A shooting star entering the Xu mansion, if it appears blue, indicates mourning and death; if it appears yellow or white, someone will come to receive rewards. Xi Meng says: A rushing star enters the Xu, Wei, and Wei mansions on the day of Yichou, indicating the people will flee. The divination text says: A shooting star appearing red or dark blue and entering the Xu or Wei mansions indicates cities will be captured; it also says that if a shooting star repeatedly emerges from the Xu and Wei mansions, the nobleman will go to see a doctor. Shi Shen says: A shooting star emerging from the Xu mansion indicates there will be envoys among the ministers.

石氏曰：“流星入危，小人乘君子位。”甘氏曰：“流星入危，天下不安，期一年。”巫咸曰：“流星入危，天下不安，其國有憂，下欲謀上；期百八十日，遠一年。”《百二十占》曰：“流星入危，蓋房之事，出危，發屋之事；色赤，火發；色黑，水發；色青，憂發，色黃，以好發。”

Shi Shen said: A shooting star entering the constellation of Rooftop Mansion indicates that small people will occupy the position of the virtuous. Gan De said: A shooting star entering the constellation of Rooftop Mansion indicates that the world will be in disorder, and the event will occur within a year. Wu Xian said: A shooting star entering the constellation of Rooftop Mansion indicates that the world will be in disorder, and the country will have troubles; those in lower positions will plot against those in higher positions; the event will occur within 180 days, or possibly a year. The "One Hundred and Twenty Divination" says: A shooting star entering the constellation of Rooftop Mansion indicates that there will be matters concerning building or repairing houses; if the shooting star flies out from the constellation of Rooftop Mansion, it indicates that there will be matters concerning demolishing houses. If the star appears red, the matter is caused by fire; if black, by water; if green, by worries; if yellow, by joy and pleasures.

石氏曰：“流星入危中，若從危出；不出一年，大水，萬民飢，賣畜生財物，不能自食。”郗萌曰：“流星入危，色赤，以人為幣；之危右，以兵為幣；之危左，色青，以圭為幣，白，以四足蟲為幣；黃，以貝為幣。”石氏曰：“流星抵危，色赤，為兵，期一年；黃，土功；白，喪，期一年；黑，死；有分國。”又云：“流星成對，抵危，中國與北狄交兵。”

Shi Shen said: A shooting star flying into the constellation Wēi Sù or flying out from it will cause a great flood within a year, leading to widespread famine, and people will sell all their livestock and property but still be unable to sustain themselves. Xi Meng said: If a shooting star enters the constellation Wēi Sù and appears red, it signifies tribute in the form of human beings; if it flies towards the right side of Wēi Sù, it signifies tribute in the form of weapons; if it flies towards the left side of Wēi Sù and appears green, it signifies tribute in the form of jade bi; if it appears white, it signifies tribute in the form of four-legged animals; if it appears yellow, it signifies tribute in the form of shells. Shi Shen also said: If a shooting star collides with the constellation Wēi Sù, a red color signifies military affairs, with an expected occurrence within a year; a yellow color signifies earth and wood construction projects; a white color signifies mourning, with an expected occurrence within a year; a black color signifies death and the division of the land. He also said: If two shooting stars collide with the constellation Wēi Sù, the Central Plains will engage in warfare with the northern Di people.

《帝覽嬉》曰：“流星入營室，其君淫泆，宮中有憂；若有變事。”郗萌曰：“奔星以冬至前後三日入營室中，國有急事。”石氏曰：“流星入營室，有使者來。赤、言兵；黃，土；白，義；青，客凶；黑、客死。”《黃帝占》曰：“流星，一曰奔星，出營室，人主去其國；若有內亂，兵起宮中，王者有憂。”

The "Imperial Inspection of Pleasures" says: A falling star entering the Encampment mansion indicates that the ruler in that country is indulging in luxury and excess, there will be worries in the palace, or there may be an unexpected event. Xi Meng says: A rushing star entering the Encampment mansion within three days before or after the winter solstice signifies urgent matters in the country. Shi Shen says: A falling star entering the Encampment mansion indicates the arrival of envoys; if it is red, it signifies military affairs; if yellow, it signifies earthworks; if white, it signifies matters of justice; if green, it indicates that a visitor will have misfortune; if black, it indicates that a visitor will die. The "Yellow Emperor's Divination" says: A falling star (also called a rushing star) emerging from the Encampment mansion indicates that the ruler will leave his country; or there will be internal strife, military disaster arising from the palace, and the ruler will have worries.

郗萌曰：“流星出營室，有使，以五色占之。”石氏曰：“流星同上。”《北官候》曰：“大奔星，色赤，流抵營室，有凶；其國貴人有死者。上旬見，為老年；來月上旬死；中旬見，為中年，來月中旬死；下旬見，為盛壯，來月下旬死。”

Xi Meng said: A shooting star emerging from Ying Shi indicates that there will be a messenger traveling, and the interpretation depends on the five colors. Shi Shen's view is the same as above. The Northern Officials' Manual states: A large rushing star with a red color, flying towards and colliding with Ying Shi, indicates an ominous event; among the noblemen of that country, there will be deaths. If it appears in the first half of the month, the death will occur among the elderly, and they will die in the first half of the next month; if it appears in the middle half of the month, the death will occur among the middle-aged, and they will die in the middle half of the next month; if it appears in the last half of the month, the death will occur among the young adults, and they will die in the last half of the next month.

Shi Shen also said: A shooting star entering and exiting the East Wall indicates that officials in charge of literary works and records will have worries. He also said: A shooting star flying into the East Wall indicates there will be matters concerning the worship of ancestral temples. Xi Meng said: The ministering star departing from the West Wall and entering the East Wall indicates that the sovereign will appoint old ministers. The original book's marginal note said: The constellation Yingshi is also called the West Wall. Shi Shen said: A shooting star colliding with the East Wall indicates that a high-ranking official will be sent on a mission to the four barbarian regions.

郗萌曰：“流星入奎，有破軍死將。”《甄曜度》曰：“流星入奎，有溝瀆之事，若有使來之國者；使出之他國，不出百八十日，當以沖日為期。”劉壘曰：“流星流入奎，有溝瀆之事於國內；出奎，有溝瀆之事於國外。”

Xi Meng said: A falling star entering the Legs mansion indicates military defeat and the death of generals. The "Zhen Yaodu" said: A falling star entering the Legs mansion indicates water and earth works such as digging canals, or the arrival of envoys from the country; if the envoys are sent to another country, within 180 days, the occurrence should be expected on the day that conflicts with it. Liu Lei said: A falling star flying into the Legs mansion indicates water and earth works taking place within the country; if the falling star flies out of the Legs mansion, the water and earth works take place outside the country.

《宋書天文志》曰：“晉成帝咸康三年六月辛未，有流星大如二斗魁，色青赤，耀地，出奎中沒婁北；占曰：‘為民飢，五穀不藏。’是月，大旱。”又：“宋文帝元嘉七年十二月丙戍，有流星頭如甕，尾長二十餘丈，大如數十斛船，色赤，有光耀人面，從天船西行，比奎北大星，南過至東壁止。其年索虜寇青州，殺刺史，掠居民。遣徵南大將軍檀道濟討伐，經宿乃敗。”

The "Book of the Later Han · Records of Astronomy" records that in the third year of Xiankang of Emperor Cheng of Jin, in June, on the day Xinwei, there was a meteor as large as two doukui, with a color of blue mixed with red, shining on the ground, emerging from the middle of the Kuí mansion and disappearing to the north of the Lóu mansion. The divination text says: this indicates that the common people will suffer from famine, and the five grains will not be harvested or stored. That month there was indeed a severe drought. It also records that in the seventh year of Yuanjia of Emperor Wen of Song, in December, on the day Bingxu, there was a meteor whose head was as large as a jar, with a tail over twenty feet long, and the whole body as large as a boat of several tens of hu. Its color was red, and its light was bright enough to be seen on people's faces. It flew westward from the Tianchuan star, passing by the big star to the north of the Kuí mansion, then moving southward until it stopped at the eastern Wall mansion. That year, the Xīlǔ (Northern Wei) invaded Qingzhou, killing the governor and plundering the residents; the court sent General of the Southern Expedition Tan Daoji to attack them, but he suffered a defeat within a single night.

石氏曰：“流星入婁，有聚眾之事於國內；一曰白衣之會，大人為亂，期三年。”《百二十占》曰：“流星入婁，有聚眾之事。”《流星占》曰：“流星抵婁，貴賤相謀。”

Shi Shen said: A shooting star entering Lou Xu indicates there will be an incident of gathering people within the country; another interpretation suggests there will be a funeral gathering wearing mourning clothes, and a great person will cause chaos, which should occur within three years. The "One Hundred and Twenty Divination" says: A shooting star entering Lou Xu indicates an incident of gathering people. The "Divination of Shooting Stars" says: A shooting star conflicting with Lou Xu indicates that the noble and the humble will plot against each other.

《聖洽符》曰：“流星入胃，有穀粟之稅入；若出之，則有出粟。”石氏曰：“流星入胃，保倉之事入於其國內；流星出胃，保倉之事出於其國外。”

The Shengqie Fu says: A shooting star entering the Stomach mansion indicates the collection of grain and millet taxes; if the shooting star exits from the Stomach mansion, there will be the redistribution of grain. Shi Shen says: A shooting star entering the Stomach mansion indicates the management of granaries within the country; a shooting star exiting the Stomach mansion indicates the management of granaries abroad. The Stomach mansion is naturally associated with the storage of grain and rice, so it specifically relates to the inflow and outflow of grain supplies.

《文曜鉤》曰：“流星入昴，四夷交兵，白衣之會；若貴人有急下獄，期三年；若出昴，士眾滿野；若他國有使至；期百八十日，遠一年。”石氏曰：“流星入昴，貴人有繫囚者。”

The Wen Yao Gou says: A shooting star entering the Hairy Head mansion indicates that the four directions of the夷狄 will fight each other, and there will also be mourning gatherings; or a Nobleman will be suddenly imprisoned, and this will come to pass in three years. If the shooting star flies out from the Hairy Head mansion, it indicates that soldiers will be spread across the fields, or envoys from another state will arrive, and this will come to pass in one hundred and eighty days, or even a year. Shi Shen says: A shooting star entering the Hairy Head mansion indicates that among the Noblemen, some will be imprisoned.

《論語讖》曰：“堯率舜等遊於首山，觀於河，有五老遊於河渚，五老曰：‘《河圖》將來，告帝期’；二老曰：‘《河圖》將來，告帝謀’；五老曰：‘《河圖》將來，告帝書’；龍銜玉苞，金泥玉檢，封盛書；五老飛為流星，上入昴。”《甄曜度》曰：“流星出昴，胡兵起，士眾滿野；若邊國有死王，期一年，遠二年。”韓楊曰：“流星成對抵昴，中國與四夷交兵。”

The *Commentary on the Analects* says: Emperor Yao led Yuanshun and others to tour Shou Mountain, and arrived at the Yellow River to view the surroundings. They saw five elders playing on an island in the river. The five elders said: The *Yellow River Chart* is about to descend, informing Emperor Yao of the period of heavenly mandate; two of them said: The *Yellow River Chart* is about to descend, informing Emperor Yao of matters concerning planning; the five elders again said: The *Yellow River Chart* is about to descend, informing Emperor Yao of the book. Then a dragon emerged, carrying a jade box sealed with golden mud and stamped with a jade seal, containing the scroll of the *Yellow River Chart*; the five elders then immediately transformed into meteors, flying upward into the mansion of Hairy Head. The *Zhen Yao Du* says: Meteors flying out from the mansion of Hairy Head indicate that the Hu people will rise in arms, with soldiers spread across the plains; or that a king in a distant land will die, with the event occurring within a year, or at the latest two years. Han Yang said: Meteors appearing in pairs colliding with the mansion of Hairy Head indicate that the Central Plains will engage in warfare with the four surrounding barbarian tribes.

《荊州占》曰：“流星干犯畢，邊兵大戰。”《黃帝》曰：“流星入畢中而復不出；其星小，小赦；其星大，大赦。”《海中占》曰：“流星入畢，其君有大憂，先起兵者，兵破亡，若有逐相，以其入日占，期百八十日，遠一年。”

The *Jingzhou Divination* says: If a shooting star enters the Net mansion, there will be a great battle on the borders. The *Yellow Emperor Divination* says: If a shooting star flies into the Net mansion and does not fly out again; if the star is small, there will be a minor pardon; if the star is large, there will be a major pardon. The *Sea Divination* says: If a shooting star enters the Net mansion, the ruler of that state will have great worries; the side that initiates the military action will suffer defeat and destruction, or the prime minister will be expelled. According to the stem and branch of the day when the shooting star enters, the fulfillment of the prophecy will be one hundred and eighty days, or as far as a year.

郗萌曰：“奔星以己巳日流而之參濁，其國有流民。”（濁謂畢也）《西官候》曰：“流星入畢，貴人有囚繫者。”《百二十占》曰：“流星入畢，有兵革之謀；出畢，有畋獵之事。”石氏曰：“流星出畢。邊軍大戰，貴人多有繫囚者。”

Xi Meng said: A rushing star on the day of Jisi flies toward the 'dirty' part of San Xing mansion, indicating that the country has people who have fled. The original book's note says: The 'dirty' refers to Bi mansion. The Western Palace Observation says: A shooting star entering Bi mansion indicates that among the noblemen there are those who are imprisoned. The One Hundred and Twenty Divination says: A shooting star entering Bi mansion indicates plots for military action; if it flies out from Bi mansion, there will be hunting activities. Shi Shen said: If a shooting star flies out from Bi mansion, there will be a great battle on the border, and many noblemen will be imprisoned.

《荊州占》曰：“流星干犯觜，其國兵起，破亡。”石氏曰：“流星入觜，太子使也，外宿中來，則外也；四十丈至一百丈，將軍使；十丈至三十丈，小使者；皆不出一年。流星入觜中，有師旅之事於國內。”《荊州占》曰：“流星入觜中，大臣有倍其主者。”《玄冥占》曰：“流星入觜中，大臣叛主，大兵聚，車馬將急行，人主有憂；期百八十日，若一年。”《百二十占》曰：“流星出觜，有師旅之事於國外；一曰兵罷也。”

The book Jingzhou Zhan says: If a shooting star invades the Zi mansion, the country will have military actions, leading to destruction and downfall. Shi Shen says: If a shooting star enters the Zi mansion, it indicates the messenger of the crown prince; if it comes from another mansion, it signifies a messenger from outside. If the star is forty to one hundred zhang long, it is the messenger of a general; if it is ten to thirty zhang long, it is the messenger of a low-ranking official; these predictions will come true within one year. If a shooting star enters the Zi mansion, there will be military affairs within the country. The book Jingzhou Zhan also says: If a shooting star enters the Zi mansion, there will be ministers who betray their sovereign. The book Xuanming Zhan says: If a shooting star enters the Zi mansion, ministers will rebel against the sovereign, a large army will gather, and chariots and horses will be urgently mobilized, the sovereign will have worries; the fulfillment of the prediction will be one hundred and eighty days or one year. The book Bai'er Shi Zhan says: If a shooting star flies out from the Zi mansion, there will be military affairs abroad; another interpretation says that military affairs will come to an end.

《流星占》曰：“使星色赤，若蒼黑，於參傍行；人死於中央，縣令死。”《黃帝占》曰：“流星入參，不出其年，兵起，先起者破，一曰客軍破。”（案《績漢書天文志》曰：孝和永元年正月辛亥，有流星起參，長四丈，有光，色黃白。二月，流星起天棓，東北行三丈所滅，色青白。壬申夜，有流星起太微東蕃，長三丈。三月丙辰，流星起天津。壬戍，有流星起天將軍，東北行。參為邊兵，天棓為兵，太微天廷，天津為水，天將軍為兵，流星起之皆為兵。其年六月，遣車騎將軍竇憲等出朔方，日逐王等八十一部降，凡三十餘萬人，追單于至四海，是歲七月，又雨水，漂人民，是其應也。）

The *Starfall Divination* says: If a shooting star appears red or dark blue and flies near the Three Stars mansion, it indicates that someone will die in the central region, and the county magistrate will die. The *Yellow Emperor's Divination* says: If a shooting star enters the Three Stars mansion, war will break out within the same year, and the side that initiates the attack will suffer defeat; another interpretation says that the invading army will be defeated. The original commentary says: The *Continued Book of Han · Records of Celestial Phenomena* records that in the first month of the first year of the Yongyuan era of Emperor He of Han, a shooting star appeared from the Three Stars mansion, was four zhang long, had light, and was yellow and white in color. In the second month, a shooting star appeared from the Heavenly Pole, flew northeast for three zhang and then disappeared, with a light of blue and white color. On the night of Xinhai, a shooting star appeared from the eastern gate of the Heavenly Court, was three zhang long. On the third month of Bingchen, a shooting star appeared from the Tianjin. On Renxu, a shooting star appeared from the Heavenly General, and flew northeast. The Three Stars mansion governs border troops, the Heavenly Pole governs warfare, the Heavenly Court is the heavenly court, Tianjin governs water, and the Heavenly General governs warfare; when shooting stars originate from these stars, they indicate military affairs. In this year, in June, the court sent the Grand General of Carriages and Horses Dou Xian and others to attack the northern frontier, and the Dayu Wang and eighty-one other tribes surrendered, totaling over thirty thousand people, and pursued the chanyu to the four seas; in July of the same year, there was a great flood that submerged the people—these were all fulfillments of those shooting stars.

《聖洽符》曰：“流星入參中，不出其年，國有破軍。”《文耀鉤》曰：“流星入參，有兵起，客軍破；若出參，中國之米粟大賤，一曰先起兵者亡，後起兵者昌，期二年。”石氏曰：“流星入參，國內均衡石之事；色青黑，不出其年，兵起。”郗萌曰：“流星赤，之參正星，若之伐正星；出右，以兵為幣；之左，以人為幣，之右；以金帛為幣；一曰兵，一曰幣。”

The Shengqia Fu says: A falling star entering the Three Stars mansion will result in the collapse of the army within the country within the same year. The Wenyaou Gou says: A falling star entering the Three Stars mansion indicates the outbreak of military affairs and the defeat of the guest army; if the star flies out from the Three Stars mansion, the grain and rice in the central plains will become very cheap; another account says that the party that starts the war first will perish, while the one that starts later will flourish, and this will come to pass within two years. Shi Shen says: A falling star entering the Three Stars mansion indicates that there will be matters concerning the standardization of weights and measures within the country; if the star is dark blue, there will be military action within the same year. Xi Meng says: A falling star appears red, flying toward the main star of the Three Stars mansion or the main star of the Faval mansion; if it flies out from the right, it signifies the use of weapons as gifts; if it flies to the left, it signifies the use of people as gifts; if it flies to the right, it signifies the use of gold and silk as gifts; one account indicates military affairs, while another indicates tribute and gifts.

《文耀鉤》曰：“流星出參，象弓矢，兵大起。”郗萌曰：“流星色赤，從東方來，至伐而止，此來兵大敗吾軍也。奔星以己巳日流而之參濁之間，其國有流民。流星出南門，以刺參，不出十六年，有一國王兼有天下；南門，東井也。流星出參，國粟米賤。”石氏曰：“流星出參，有均衡石之事於國外。”《黃帝占》曰：“使星守參右，穀貴；參左，五穀賤。”

The Wen Yao Gou says: A shooting star flies out from the Three Stars mansion, appearing like a bow and arrow, indicating a great military campaign. Xi Meng says: A shooting star with a red color flies from the east, stops at the Faval Star, indicating that an invading army will suffer a great defeat. A rushing star appears on the Jisi day between the Three Stars mansion and the Net mansion, indicating that the country will have people fleeing. A shooting star flies out from the Southern Gate, directly aiming at the Three Stars mansion, and within sixteen years, there will be a king of a country who will conquer the world; the Southern Gate refers to the Well mansion. A shooting star flies out from the Three Stars mansion, indicating that the grain price in the country will be low. Shi Shen says: A shooting star flies out from the Three Stars mansion, indicating that there will be matters concerning the standardization of weights and measures in foreign countries. The Huangdi Zhan says: If the planet of officials is stationed on the right side of the Three Stars mansion, the grain price will be high; if it is stationed on the left side, the grain price will be low.

《荊州占》曰：“流星干犯東井，大臣謀其國，有兵，期百八十日也。”石氏曰：“流星入東井，其國君死。”甘氏曰：“流星入東井，有水令；從來者，其分國亡。”巫咸曰：“流星入東井，其國若以水亡；其分民飢，期三年。”郗萌曰：“流星入東井，水與城等。”

The book Zhongjiao Zhan says: A shooting star entering the Well mansion indicates that a high-ranking official is plotting against his country, and there will be military action, occurring within 180 days. Shi Shen says: A shooting star entering the Well mansion indicates that the king of that country will die. Gan De says: A shooting星 entering the Well mansion indicates policies related to water; if it comes from elsewhere, the country corresponding to its division will perish. Wu Xian says: A shooting star entering the Well mansion indicates that the country may perish due to flooding; the people in its division will suffer from famine, occurring within three years. Xi Meng says: A shooting star entering the Well mansion indicates that floods will rise as high as the city walls.

《百二十占》曰：“流星入東井，有水事於國中。”《黃帝占》曰：“流星出柳入東井，人主浮舟。”郗萌曰：“流星出入東井，所之國大水。”《百二十占》曰：“流星出東井，有水事於國外；一曰水有絕者。”

The "One Hundred and Twenty Divinations" say: A falling star entering the Well mansion indicates water-related events within the country. The "Yellow Emperor's Divination" says: A falling star flying out from the Willow mansion and entering the Well mansion indicates that the king should travel by boat. Xi Meng says: A falling star entering and leaving the Well mansion indicates that the country it goes to will experience great flooding. The "One Hundred and Twenty Divinations" also say: A falling star flying out from the Well mansion indicates water-related events outside the country; another interpretation is that the water source will be cut off. The Well mansion originally governs water balance, so falling stars in this mansion mostly relate to water events.

《感精符》曰：“流星犯輿鬼，中國與南蠻通，四夷來貢；一曰有宗廟祠祀事。”《百二十占》曰：“流星入輿鬼，有祠事於國內。”《五星總占》曰：“流星交抵輿鬼，中國與南蠻交兵。”郗萌曰：“奔流星抵輿鬼，貴人有戮死。”又曰：“奔星有光如火散，且行輿鬼，上大臣得賜，期六月。”

The "Gan Jing Fu" says: A shooting star invading the Ghost Mansion constellation indicates communication between the Central Plains and the southern barbarians, with the four surrounding tribes coming to present tribute; another interpretation suggests there will be matters concerning ancestral worship and sacrifices. The "Bai Er Shi Zhan" says: A shooting star entering the Ghost Mansion indicates domestic sacrificial affairs. The "Wu Xing Zong Zhan" says: Shooting stars crossing and colliding with the Ghost Mansion portend warfare between the Central Plains and the southern barbarians. Xi Meng says: A rushing shooting star colliding with the Ghost Mansion indicates that among the nobles, some will be executed. It also says: A rushing star with light, spreading like sparks, and passing over the Ghost Mansion indicates that ministers will receive rewards, and this will occur within six months.

《荊州占》曰：“流星干犯柳，周國當之，期九十日。”《聖洽符》曰：“流星入柳，名木有來者；若出，名木有出者。”《百二十占》曰：“流星抵柳，名山林有國受伐者。”

The book Zhongjiao Zhan says: A shooting star that enters the Liuxu constellation indicates calamity affecting the Zhou region, with the effect occurring within ninety days. The book Shengqie Fu says: A shooting star entering the Liuxu constellation signifies the arrival of valuable timber; if it exits, it signifies the departure of valuable timber. The book Bai'er Shi says: A shooting star conflicting with the Liuxu constellation indicates that famous mountains and forests will have timber cut down by the state.

郗萌曰：“流星干七星，國有兵，不出百八十日。”《黃帝占》曰：“流星入七星，客有以急使來者；若出之，王者有吉事出使；期百八二日，若一年。”《宋書天文志》曰：“流星大如斗，出柳北行，尾十餘丈，入紫宮沒，尾後餘光良久乃滅；占曰：‘天下凶，有兵喪，天子惡之。’武帝、文穆後，相繼崩。”

Xi Meng said: A falling star intruding upon the Seven Stars mansion indicates military affairs in the country, which will occur within 180 days. The Yellow Emperor's Divination states: If a falling star enters the Seven Stars mansion, there will be urgent envoys coming from guests; if it flies out from the middle, it signifies the king has auspicious events and sends envoys abroad; the period is 180 days or one year (the original text 'bai ba er ri' should be 'bai ba shi ri'). The Song Dynasty's Book of Astronomy records: There was a falling star as big as a basin, emerging from the Willow Mansion and flying northward, with a tail several zhang long, entering the Purple Micro Palace and disappearing, with the lingering light of the tail taking a long time to vanish. The divination says: There will be calamities in the world, with military disasters and funerals, and the Son of Heaven will worry and be distressed. Later, the Wu Emperor and the Wenmu Empress Consort died successively.

石氏曰：“流星入張，有使來納幣者；又云：諸侯有謀者，若有人君使人於諸侯；一曰天下有遷徙之民，期三年。”郗萌曰：“流星入張，諸侯有來賜吾君近臣者；出張，君賜諸侯臣。”石氏曰：“流星出張，諸侯有受賜者。”

Shi Shen said: A shooting star entering Zhang Xu indicates that envoys come to present gifts and offerings; another account says that among the feudal lords there are those who plot against the ruler, or the ruler sends envoys to the feudal lords; another interpretation is that there will be people migrating and fleeing throughout the land, which will occur in three years. Xi Meng said: A shooting star entering Zhang Xu indicates that among the feudal lords there are those who come to bestow gifts upon the ruler's close ministers; if the shooting star flies out from Zhang Xu, it signifies the ruler bestowing rewards upon the ministers of the feudal lords. Shi Shen said: A shooting star flying out from Zhang Xu indicates that among the feudal lords there are those who receive rewards.

《荊州占》曰：“流星干犯翼，國君大臣有憂，遠期百八十日。”《黃帝占》曰：“流星入翼，貴人有繫者。”石氏曰：“流星入翼，倍海國有來使者，以神鳥為貢；色黃，無故；青，道病死；黑，死不至。”《海中占》曰：“流星入翼，其國用兵，大臣有憂；若抵翼，天下尊諸侯，期百八十日。”（《玉曆》曰：一年。）石氏曰：“流星出翼，倍海國受賜。流星抵左翼，天下尊諸侯。”

The book Zhongzhou Zhuan says: A shooting star that invades the Wings Mansion indicates that the king and ministers will have worries and troubles, and the fulfillment of this omen will be in 180 days. The book Huangdi Zhuan says: A shooting star entering the Wings Mansion indicates that among the noblemen, some will be detained. Shi Shen says: A shooting star entering the Wings Mansion indicates that a country beyond the sea will send envoys, and the envoys will present rare birds as tribute. If the star has a yellow color, the journey will be safe and uneventful. If the star has a blue color, the envoy will die on the way. If the star has a black color, the envoy will die and will not arrive. The book Hai Zhong Zhuan says: A shooting star entering the Wings Mansion indicates that the country will go to war, and ministers will have worries. If the shooting star collides with the Wings Mansion, the whole world will honor the feudal lords, and the fulfillment of this omen will be in 180 days (the original book's note cites the Yu Li as saying: the fulfillment will be in one year). Shi Shen also says: A shooting star flying out from the Wings Mansion indicates that a country beyond the sea will receive rewards. If the shooting star collides with the left wing, the whole world will honor the feudal lords.

《宋書天文志》曰：“晉孝武太元六年十月乙卯，有奔星東南經翼軫，聲如雷。《星說》曰：‘光遊相連曰流，絕跡而去曰奔。’占：‘楚地有兵，軍破民流。’十二月，苻堅，荊州刺吏梁成，襄陽太守閻震，率眾伐竟陵，桓右虜擊，大破之，生擒震，斬首七千，生獲萬人。聲如雷，將帥怒之象也。七年九月，朱綽擊襄陽，拔將六百餘家而還。”

The "Song Shu · Tianwen Zhi" records that in the sixth year of Taoyuan during Emperor Xiaowu's reign of the Jin dynasty, on the tenth month, on the day of Yimao, a rushing star moved toward the southeast, passing over the Wings mansion and the Chariot mansion, with a sound like thunder. The "Xing Shuo" explains that light and flame moving and connecting together is called "liu," while light that does not leave a trace and passes by quickly is called "ben." The divination text says: there will be military conflicts in the state of Chu, with the army collapsing and the people fleeing. In this same year, in the twelfth month, Fu Jian's subordinate, the governor of Jingzhou, Liang Cheng, and the governor of Xiangyang, Yan Zhen, led their forces to attack Jingling. Huan Shique (originally written as "Huan Youlu") confronted them and defeated the enemy greatly, capturing Yan Zhen alive and killing seven thousand soldiers, capturing one ten thousand people. The sound of the star like thunder was a symbol of the generals' anger. In the ninth month of the seventh year of Taoyuan, Zhu Chuo attacked Xiangyang, capturing over six hundred families and returning.

《黃帝占》曰：“流星入軫，兵喪並起，國以車為幣，王者能以善令，則無咎，期三年。”石氏曰：“流星入軫，有來使者，一曰為貴人多係者；流星出軫，臣有出使者，以車為幣。”郗萌曰：“流星入長沙，天下逃亡無處者。”

The Yellow Emperor's Divination says: A falling star entering the Chariot mansion portends military calamity and funerals occurring together, and the state will use chariots as gifts.
