Xi Meng says that if the Malefic of violence stays at the western side of the chain of stars, there will be terrible cannibalistic events; if it stays at the eastern side, the five grains will not mature properly; if it stays at the northern side, trees will bear more fruit; if it stays at the southern side, all states will fight each other. Wu Xian says that if the Malefic of violence guards the chain of stars, all states will be connected and bound together. The Shi school says that if the Malefic of violence guards the chain of stars, the ruler will not have peace, and there will be starving people. The Wen Yao Gou says that if the Malefic of violence guards the chain of stars, the favored ministers will seize power, military actions will arise, and the king will be anxious. The Gan school says that if the Malefic of violence invades and guards the chain of stars, the whole world will be in turmoil, mountains will collapse, and earthquakes will occur; the ruler will not have peace, people will flee, and states will fall. This situation is expected to occur within two years.

《黃帝占》曰：“熒惑入織女，兵起，十年乃解北方。又占曰：熒惑入織女，人主政一家族之；一曰政一國族之。”郗萌曰：“熒惑入東橋，二十日兵起。”《玉曆》曰：“熒惑入織女，天下有女喪，產乳多死；一曰絲綿布帛大貴。”《黃帝占》曰：“熒惑犯守織女，天下有女憂，有兵起急，不出其年。”《海中占》曰：“熒惑入犯守織女，有大兵起，十年乃罷，若貴女有憂。”

Another version says it may lead to the extermination of an entire nation's clan. Xi Meng says: When the Malefic of violence enters the East Bridge, military conflicts will arise twenty days later. The Jade Calendar says: When the Malefic of violence enters the region of Weaving Maid, there will be mourning for women across the land, and many women will die during childbirth. Another version says that the price of silk and cloth will rise sharply. The Yellow Emperor's Divination also says: When the Malefic of violence invades and stays in the region of Weaving Maid, women across the land will suffer, and urgent military conflicts will arise, but the prediction will not be fulfilled in the same year. The Sea Divination says: When the Malefic of violence enters, invades, and stays in the region of Weaving Maid, there will be major military conflicts, which will last for ten years or until the worries of noble women are resolved.

The Gan school says: When the Malefic of violence enters the Heavenly Market, currency becomes chaotic, and the people suffer; another interpretation says that the monetary system collapses. The Sea Divination says: When the Malefic of violence enters the Heavenly Market, the emperor loses his court, occurring within six months. Xi Meng says: When the Malefic of violence enters the Heavenly Market, this is called 'receiving grain,' and grain prices rise. Another divination says: When the Malefic of violence enters the Heavenly Market, the general-in-chief will have misfortune; another interpretation says that the officials of the five ministries will have worries; yet another says that an amnesty will be carried out.

《荊州占》曰：“熒惑入天市之中，大飢。”《玉曆》曰：“熒惑入天市中，為將相凶，人民有憂。”郗萌曰：“熒惑當天市門而止，糴貴再倍；若入市門中，糴五倍；更入廷則守之，糴貴十倍；人民大飢。”又占曰：“熒惑居天市，民訟。”石氏曰：“熒惑起，角芒長，色如雞血，三十日舍天市，臣謀其主。”

The book Zhongjun Zhan says: When the Malefic of violence enters the celestial market, the whole country will suffer great famine. The book Yu Li says: When the Malefic of violence enters the celestial market, there will be misfortune for generals and ministers, and the common people will be in distress. Xi Meng says: When the Malefic of violence stops directly in front of the gate of the celestial market, grain prices will double; if it enters the gate of the celestial market, grain prices will rise fivefold; if it enters the hall of the celestial market and stays there, grain prices will increase tenfold, and the people will be extremely hungry. Another divination says: When the Malefic of violence stays in the celestial market, the people will have continuous disputes. The Shi school says: When the Malefic of violence rises, its star芒 is long and sharp, with a color like chicken blood, and if it stays in the celestial market for thirty days, ministers will plot against their sovereign.

Liu Xiang's Commentary on the Hongfan says: If the Malefic of violence occupies the Heavenly Market, there must be the execution of unfaithful ministers. Xi Meng says: If the Malefic of violence occupies the Heavenly Market enclosure or enters it, it indicates the collapse of laws and order and the occurrence of disturbances; or the migration of famous markets and the occurrence of fires; or the existence of people who force sales and purchases and illegally establish markets; all these responsibilities fall upon the ministers. The玄冥 Divination says: If the Malefic of violence occupies the Heavenly Market enclosure or enters it, it indicates chaos throughout the land, the execution of renowned persons, and the sovereign's worries, with the event occurring within a year. Xi Meng also says: If the Malefic of violence enters or occupies the Heavenly Market, there must be the killing of a minister. Xi Meng further says: If the Malefic of violence enters or occupies the Heavenly Market, it indicates the alteration of currency; another interpretation is the change of the currency system.

石氏曰：“熒惑犯帝座，有逆亂事。”《玄冥占》曰：“熒惑犯帝座，為臣謀主，天下亂，兵大起急，不出年。”石氏曰：“熒惑犯天廷，兵大起，有自立主者；若有徒王，期百八十日，若一年。”

The star at the position of the Imperial Seat is located within the Heavenly Market Enclosure, representing the throne of the heavenly emperor, symbolizing the ruler. The Shi school says that the Malefic of violence invading the Imperial Seat indicates rebellion and turmoil. The "Xuanming Divination" states that the Malefic of violence invading the Imperial Seat signifies ministers plotting against the sovereign, chaos throughout the realm, and urgent military conflicts, but the prophecy does not come true in the same year. The Shi school also says that the Malefic of violence invading the Heavenly Court leads to major military actions, with someone establishing themselves as a sovereign; or a sovereign being exiled, with the fulfillment occurring within 180 days or one year.

《聖洽符》曰：“熒惑守候星，天下飢，兵草起，國有憂，期二年。”《海中占》曰：“熒惑犯守候星，陰陽不和，五穀傷，人大飢，有兵起。”

A star is observed in the northeast of the Imperial Seat, which oversees the examination of yin and yang and the observation of climatic changes, serving as the emperor's eyes and ears. The "Saintly Harmony Symbol" states: When the Malefic of violence guards the star, there will be famine across the land, chaotic warfare erupts, and there is worry within the state, which will occur within two years. The "Sea Divination" says: When the Malefic of violence invades and guards the star, yin and yang become unbalanced, crops are damaged, people suffer from great hunger, and military conflicts arise.

甘氏曰：“熒惑犯守宦者，左右輔臣有誅，若戮死，期不出年。”

Four stars of the eunuchs are located southwest of the Imperial Seat, indicating attendants who serve the monarch in personal matters. The Gan school says: If the Malefic of violence (Mars) invades and occupies the stars of the eunuchs, there will be a minister or close attendant to the monarch who is executed or killed. This omen will not be fulfilled in the same year.

郗萌曰：“熒惑守市斗，糴石五百，守斗中，糴石千。石氏曰：“熒惑守斗，斗斛之事，倉吏不平。”

The five stars of the Dipper are located within the Heavenly Market Enclosure, symbolizing a measure for grain, indicating the gathering of many things and the standard measuring tool. Xi Meng said: When the Malefic of violence (Fenghuo) stays within the Dipper star in the Heavenly Market Enclosure, the price of grain rises to five hundred per stone; if it stays within the Dipper star, the price rises to one thousand per stone. The Shi school said: When the Malefic of violence stays with the Dipper star, it indicates problems with the measuring instruments for grain, and the officials in charge of the granary are unfair in their measurements.

石氏曰：“熒惑犯守宗正，左右群臣多死；若更政令，人主有憂。”

The two stars of the Grand Master are located to the southeast of the Imperial Seat, representing officials in the royal family who oversee matters concerning the imperial clan. The Shi school says: if the Malefic of violence invades and occupies the position of the Grand Master, many ministers close to the monarch will die; or there will be changes in the policies, and the monarch will face worries.

石氏曰：“熒惑犯宗人，親族貴人有憂，若有死者；一曰人親宗有離絕者。”

The four stars of the clan are located east of the Grand Master of the Imperial Clan, governing the rituals and genealogical relationships within the imperial family. The Shi school says: if the Malefic of violence invades the clan stars, there will be calamity or death among the noble relatives of the imperial family; another interpretation is that there is a disruption in relations and a breakdown of affection among the branches of the clan.

甘氏曰：“熒惑犯宗星，宗室之臣有分離者。”《玄冥占》曰：“熒惑觸抵宗星，宗中倖臣有誅者，期二年。”

The two stars of the ancestral house are located to the east of the waiting star, indicating the image of the royal family, and presiding over matters of worship in the ancestral temple. The Gan school says: when the malefic of violence invades the star of the ancestral house, there will be disunity among the ministers of the royal family. The "Xuanming Divination" states: when the malefic of violence collides with the star of the ancestral house, the favored ministers within the royal family will be executed, and the predicted time is two years.

陳卓曰：“熒惑犯東西咸，當去不去，賊臣有謀，不出一年。”石氏曰：“熒惑守東西咸，先樂後憂。”又占曰：“熒惑守咸星，女主憂誅，若貴女有戮死，期二年。”郗萌曰：“熒惑守東西咸，大戰。”《荊州占》曰：“熒惑守東西咸，憂兵。”石氏曰：“熒惑犯東西咸者，為有臣不從令，有陰謀。”

East and West Xian each consist of four stars, positioned above the Room Mansion, serving as gates to prevent licentiousness and maintain internal palace restrictions. Chen Zhuo said: If the Malefic of Violence invades East and West Xian, and does not depart when it should, there will be conspiracies by wicked ministers, with the outcome occurring within a year. The Shi school said: If the Malefic of Violence resides at East and West Xian, there will first be joy followed by sorrow. Another divination says: If the Malefic of Violence resides at Xian stars, the female ruler will be anxious and face execution, or a prominent woman will be killed, with the outcome occurring within two years. Xi Meng said: If the Malefic of Violence resides at East and West Xian, there will be a great battle. The Jingzhou Divination says: If the Malefic of Violence resides at East and West Xian, there will be concern over military affairs. The Shi school also said: If the Malefic of Violence invades East and West Xian, it indicates that ministers will not obey the government's orders and will secretly plot something.

石氏曰：“熒惑守天江，必有立王；一曰賊起水中。”（案韋昭《洞記》曰：漢靈帝中平三年，熒惑守天江，江夏兵遇南陽，反殺太守，岑頡太尉張廷克也。）巫咸曰：“熒惑犯守天江，天下有水，若入之，大水齊城郭，人民飢亡，去其鄉。”（案《宋書天文志》曰：晉穆帝昇平三年七月乙酉，熒惑犯天江，四年五月，天下大水。）

Four stars in the Tianjiang are located north of the Tail mansion, governing the water of the Wealth star and mother star, representing heavenly rivers, specifically waiting for water-related events. The Shi school says: when the Malefic of violence guards the Tianjiang, there will certainly be a newly established king; another interpretation is that there will be bandits rising on the water. The original book's note follows Wei Zhao's "Dong Ji" which says: in the third year of Emperor Ling of Han's Zhongping era, the Malefic of violence guarded the Tianjiang, and the army of Jiangxia encountered an incident in Nanyang, turning around to kill the governor. Cen Jie and the Grand Minister Zhang Ting were both killed because of this. Wu Xian says: when the Malefic of violence invades and guards the Tianjiang, the whole country will suffer from water disasters; if it enters the Tianjiang, there will be a great flood reaching the level of city walls, leading to famine and people fleeing their homeland. The original book's note follows the "Astronomical Records" of the "Song Book" which says: in the seventh month of the third year of Emperor Mu of Jin's Shengping era, the Malefic of violence invaded the Tianjiang, and by May of the fourth year of Shengping, there was a great flood throughout the country.

Xi Meng says: When the Malefic of violence invades the Jian stars, many infants die young, and ministers conspire together. The "Huangdi Zhan" states: When the Malefic of violence enters the Jian stars, there will be escape of ministers. The Gan school says: When the Malefic of violence enters the Jian stars, the river currents swell; if it exits from there, the passes and bridges become blocked. Xi Meng says: When the Malefic of violence enters the Jian stars, the sovereign has other plans and military affairs cease; if it exits from the Jian stars, the armies will fight. The Shi school says: When the Malefic of violence enters the Jian stars and stays for more than twenty days, the feudal lords plot rebellion, and the event will occur after one hundred and twelve days.

甘氏曰：“熒惑舍建星，有置主。”郗萌曰：“熒惑舍建星，馬大貴。”《荊州占》曰：“熒惑舍星建星，人民起蠶桑以作婦，各安其土，天下大樂。”《黃帝占》曰：“熒惑色青，守建星北，天下有辱王，西去，天下有女主治者。”又占曰：“熒惑守建星三十日，天下有水。”

The Gan school said: When the Malefic of violence stays in the star of establishment, another ruler will be established. Xi Meng said: When the Malefic of violence stays in the star of establishment, the price of horses will rise sharply. The Jiangzhou Divination says: When the Malefic of violence stays in the star of establishment, the people will extensively engage in sericulture and silk rearing, women will each fulfill their duties, all people will live in peace in their native lands, and the whole world will be very joyful. The Yellow Emperor's Divination says: If the Malefic of violence appears green and stays to the north of the star of establishment, there will be a king who suffers humiliation; if it moves westward, there will be a female ruler who takes control of the state. Another divination says: If the Malefic of violence stays in the star of establishment for thirty days, there will be water disasters throughout the land.

石氏曰：“熒惑守建星三十日，色赤，大旱，赤地千里，民流滿道；星色青黑，則有女君憂。”郗萌曰：“熒惑守建星，宰相坐之。”又占曰：“熒惑守旗，附三十日，兵起。”又占曰：“熒惑守建星，地氣洩，貴人多死。”《荊州占》曰：“熒惑守建星，歲水，民飢，有自賣者。”《玄冥占》曰：“熒惑守建星，諸侯有謀，若大臣有戮死者，期百八十日。”

The Shi school says: When the Malefic of violence stays at the Build Star for thirty days, its color is red and dark, causing great drought across the land, with no grass growing even within a thousand li, and homeless people filling the roads; if the star's color is dark green and black, there will be calamity involving a female ruler. Xi Meng says: When the Malefic of violence stays at the Build Star, it will be the chancellor who bears the calamity. Another divination says: When the Malefic of violence stays at a star of the Heaven Flag type, and remains attached without leaving for thirty days, military actions will arise. Another divination says: When the Malefic of violence stays at the Build Star, the earth's energy escapes outward, and many noblemen will die. The Jingzhou Divination says: When the Malefic of violence stays at the Build Star, there will be flooding and disaster that year, leading to famine among the people, with people selling themselves to survive. The Xuanming Divination says: When the Malefic of violence stays at the Build Star, the feudal lords will secretly plot, or there will be deaths of ministers, and the predicted time is one hundred and eighty days.

甘氏曰：“熒惑犯天弁，若守之，則囚徒起兵；一曰五穀不成，糴大貴，人民飢。”

The nine stars of Tian Bian are located north of Jian Star, and they are officials in charge of markets, overseeing the arrangement of market stalls and trade. The Gan school says that if the Malefic of violence invades Tian Bian or stays near it, there will be prisoners rising up in rebellion; another interpretation is that there will be poor harvests of grain, leading to high prices and widespread hunger among the people.

巫咸曰：“熒惑犯河鼓，大將死；犯左右將，左右將死。”《黃帝占》曰：“熒惑守河鼓，軍食絕。”《文曜鉤》曰：“熒惑守河鼓三十日，大將出必有戰，守左將、左將憂；守右將、右將憂；去疾；軍罷疾；去遲，軍罷遲；期不出年。”郗萌曰：“熒惑居河鼓中，若守之日，因數出入其間百日，兵大起。”

The three stars of He Gu are located north of Qian Niu. The central star is the Grand General, while the two stars on either side are the Left General and the Right General. They resemble a heavenly military drum, symbolizing military drums and commands. Wu Xian said: If the Malefic of violence invades He Gu, the Grand General will die; if it invades the Left General and Right General stars, the Left General and Right General will die. The Yellow Emperor's Divination says: If the Malefic of violence guards He Gu, the army will run out of food. The Wen Yao Gou says: If the Malefic of violence stays at He Gu for thirty days, the Grand General will surely lead an army into battle; if it stays at the Left General star, the Left General will have worries; if it stays at the Right General star, the Right General will have worries; if the Malefic of violence departs quickly, the army will disband quickly; if it departs slowly, the army will disband slowly; the prophecy will not be fulfilled in the same year. Xi Meng said: If the Malefic of violence remains within He Gu or stays there, and then repeatedly enters and exits among these stars for a hundred days, great military conflicts will arise.

石氏曰：“熒惑犯離珠，宮中有事，若亂宮者；若宮人有罪黜者。”《海中占》曰：“熒惑犯離珠宮，人有憂；若兵起宮中，若有誅，期二年。”《黃帝占》曰：“熒惑守離珠，有憂；行徐，憂甚，行疾，無故。”

The planet Mars is in the northern part of the constellation Wuxu, resembling a jewel worn by a woman, indicating matters related to the palace ladies' attire and possessions. The Shi school says: When Mars invades the Wuxu star cluster, there may be incidents within the palace, or someone may disrupt the inner court; or some palace attendants may be punished and dismissed. The Sea of Divination says: When Mars invades the Wuxu palace, people may suffer misfortune; or there may be a military disturbance in the palace, or someone may be executed. This event is expected to occur within two years. The Yellow Emperor's Divination says: When Mars guards the Wuxu star cluster, there will be worries and troubles; if Mars moves slowly, the troubles will be severe; if it moves quickly, no incident will occur.

郗萌曰：“熒惑入匏瓜中，主人攻，一邑殘之；星出匏瓜，天下有遊兵，不戰。”甘氏曰：“熒惑犯守匏瓜二十日，狗群譁，雞夜鳴，天下盡驚，若有兵，期百八十日，若一年。”《聖洽符》曰：“熒惑犯守匏瓜，天下有憂，若有遊兵，名果貴；一曰魚鹽貴，價十倍，不出期年。”

The five stars of the gourd (Pao Gua) are located to the north of the fire star (Li Zhu), indicating matters related to the palace's hidden fruits and secret plots. Xi Meng said: When the malefic of violence enters the gourd stars, the ruler's side will launch an attack, causing a city to be destroyed. When the malefic of violence leaves the gourd stars, there will be wandering soldiers across the land, but no actual battle. The Gan school said: If the malefic of violence invades and stays in the gourd stars for twenty days, dogs will bark loudly and chickens will crow at night, causing alarm throughout the land. There may be military affairs, which will occur within one hundred and eighty days or one year. The "Saintly Harmony Symbol" said: When the malefic of violence invades and stays in the gourd stars, there will be troubles throughout the land, or there will be wandering soldiers. Rare fruits will become expensive. Another interpretation says fish and salt will become costly, rising tenfold, but this will not be verified within a year.

《海中占》曰：“熒惑犯天津，關道絕，不通；有兵起，若關吏有憂。”郗萌曰：“熒惑犯天津五日，國相出走。”又占曰：“熒惑入漢中，大亂，大旱，大殘；以其所近舍四方，中央死而不葬，易世立王。”郗萌曰：“熒惑入漢中，為將相貴人有渡江事，一曰貴人溺死。”

The nine stars of Tianjin span across the Milky Way, serving as a celestial ferry crossing, governing the four great rivers and the movement of boats and carriages. The book "Sea Divination" states: When the Malefic of Violence invades Tianjin, border passes and roads will be cut off and become impassable; there will be military conflicts, or officials guarding the passes will face worries. Xi Meng says: When the Malefic of Violence invades Tianjin for five days, the ministers of the state will flee. Another divination says: When the Malefic of Violence enters the Milky Way, there will be great chaos, severe drought, and widespread destruction; according to the direction where it stops, it is divided among the four directions. If it is in the center, people will die but not be buried, and there will be a change of dynasty and a new king will be established. Xi Meng says: When the Malefic of Violence enters the Milky Way, it indicates that generals, ministers, and noblemen will have a crossing of the river; another interpretation is that the nobleman will drown and die.

又占曰：“熒惑色青，若蒼，二十日，舍天津中，必有亡海、失江；天下備道路，修橋樑。”又占曰：“熒惑赤芒而守天津三十日，關梁不通，不可以渡，人主有憂；若諸侯兵起，有亡國，期一年，遲二年。”石氏曰：“熒惑守天津，兵船大貴。”《聖洽符》曰：“熒惑入天津，去復還守之，津道不通，諸侯起兵，天下亂，期三年。”

Another divination statement says: If the planet of violence appears red or pale and stays for twenty days in the Tianjin region, there will certainly be the loss of maritime routes and the loss of river defenses; the whole country will need to repair roads and bridges. Another divination statement says: If the planet of violence, accompanied by red starlight, stays for thirty days in Tianjin, the passes and bridges will be blocked and impassable, making crossing the water impossible; the ruler will have worries; or the princes will raise armies, leading to the downfall of the state, with the event occurring within a year, or delayed by two years. The Shi school says: When the planet of violence stays in Tianjin, the price of warships will rise. 石氏曰：“熒惑犯螣蛇，魚鹽貴。”甘氏曰：“熒惑守螣蛇，天子前驅凶，若奸臣有謀，前驅為害。”《海中占》曰：“熒惑入守螣蛇，天子憂前驅為害；若因水為敗，期不出年。”

The twenty-two stars of Tengshe are located to the north of Yingshi, and they are the spirits of water creatures, governing strange occurrences in water and also overseeing the vanguard and protection of the Son of Heaven. The Shi school says: when the Malefic of violence (Fenghuo) invades Tengshe, the price of fish and salt will rise. The Gan school says: when the Malefic of violence guards Tengshe, the vanguard and protection of the Son of Heaven will face danger, or there will be plots by wicked ministers in secret, and the vanguard soldiers may become the source of calamity. The "Sea Divination" says: when the Malefic of violence enters and guards Tengshe, the Son of Heaven will worry about the vanguard and protection becoming a disaster; or there will be damage caused by water disasters, and the prediction will not be accurate for that year.

巫咸曰：“熒惑入王良，人主墮墜，以車為敗，馬多死，關道不通。”郗萌曰：“熒惑入王良，車騎貴。又占曰：熒惑入天橋，赦。”又占曰：“熒惑舍王良，地動。”石氏曰：“熒惑三十日舍王良，將亡，一曰將士皆亡，車騎行。”

Wang Liang's five stars are located to the north of the Kuixiu mansion, representing the royal charioteer, and they oversee matters related to carriages and bridges. Wu Xian said: If the Malefic of Violence enters Wang Liang, the sovereign will fall from his chariot and suffer injury, the chariot will cause failure in affairs, many horses will die, and the passes and roads will be blocked. Xi Meng said: If the Malefic of Violence enters Wang Liang, carriage and horse prices will rise. Another divination says: If the Malefic of Violence enters Tianqiao, there will be an imperial pardon. Another divination says: If the Malefic of Violence stays in Wang Liang, an earthquake will occur. The Shi school said: If the Malefic of Violence stays in Wang Liang for thirty days, generals will perish; another view is that soldiers will all perish, and chariots and cavalry will be deployed accordingly.

《文曜鉤》曰：“熒惑守王良，津橋不可渡，並諸侯不通；守之三十日，大兵起，車騎行，期二年。”《春秋緯》曰：“熒惑守王良，兵馬起。”郗萌曰：“熒惑守王良，天下大水，道不通。”郗萌曰：“熒惑守天馬，天子馬多死者。”《齊伯占》曰：“熒惑守王良，天下有兵，諸侯相攻，強臣謀主，期不出年。”

The Wenyao Gou says: The Malefic of violence guards Wangliang, causing rivers and bridges to be impassable, and even blocking communication between princes; when this situation lasts for thirty days, large armies will rise, chariots will be mobilized, and the events will occur within two years. The Chunqiu Wei says: The Malefic of violence guards Wangliang, causing armies to be mobilized. Xi Meng says: The Malefic of violence guards Wangliang, resulting in great floods across the land and roads being blocked. Xi Meng also says: The Malefic of violence guards Wangliang along with the Star of movement, leading to many deaths among the horses kept by the Son of Heaven. The Qi Bo Zhan says: The Malefic of violence guards Wangliang, indicating military conflicts across the land, princes attacking each other, and ambitious ministers plotting against the sovereign, with the fulfillment of these omens not occurring in the same year.

巫咸曰：“熒惑守閣道，閣道中有伏兵，臣有謀主者；若宮中兵起，期百八十日，若一年。”《荊州占》曰：“熒惑守閣道，中有伏兵，人主當藏房中，或備女兵。”石氏曰：“熒惑犯守閣道而絕漢者，為九州異政，各主其王，天下有兵，期二年。”

The six stars of Ge Dao are in front of Wang Liang, representing the secret passage from the Purple Palace to other palaces, indicating the route for the imperial carriage to tour. Wu Xian said: If the Malefic of Violence guards Ge Dao, there are hidden troops within Ge Dao, suggesting ministers plotting against the sovereign; or there will be a coup within the palace, occurring either in 180 days or one year. The Jiangzhou Divination says: If the Malefic of Violence guards Ge Dao, there are hidden soldiers within, and the sovereign should hide in the inner chamber or prepare female soldiers for defense. The Shi school says: If the Malefic of Violence invades and guards Ge Dao, cutting across the Milky Way, it indicates that the nine provinces will each establish their own kings, and there will be military conflicts, occurring within two years.

石氏曰：“熒惑守附路，太僕有罪，若有誅，一曰馬多死，道無乘馬者。”

A star named Fu Lu is located to the south of Ge Dao, serving as a side path of Ge Dao. It presages an auxiliary route for the royal carriage to travel. The Shi school says: if the Malefic of violence (Feng Huo) stays at Fu Lu, the Grand Steward in charge of carriages and horses will be punished or executed. Another interpretation suggests that a large number of horses will die, and there will be no riders on the roads.

郗萌曰：“熒惑入天大將軍，興軍者吉。”《荊州占》曰：“熒惑舍天大將軍，有陰謀。”石氏曰：“熒惑守天大將軍，軍吏不安，飢為敗。”巫咸曰：“熒惑守天大將軍三十日，天下有兵，大將出行，期一年。”《荊州占》曰：“熒惑守天大將軍，兵大起，將軍行。”石氏曰：“熒惑守犯天大將軍，為大將軍死，若誅。”

The Heavenly General consists of twelve stars located to the north of the Bond Mansion. The central bright star represents the great general in heaven, while the surrounding smaller stars symbolize officials and soldiers, indicating matters of military campaigns and military strength. Xi Meng says: When the Malefic of Violence enters the Heavenly General, the side that mobilizes troops will be auspicious. The "Jingzhou Divination" states: When the Malefic of Violence stops at the Heavenly General, there will be plots. The Shi school says: When the Malefic of Violence stays at the Heavenly General, military officials will not rest in peace, and due to lack of food and hunger, they will suffer defeat. Wu Xian says: When the Malefic of Violence stays at the Heavenly General for thirty days, there will be military affairs throughout the country, great generals will lead troops, and this will occur within a year. The "Jingzhou Divination" states: When the Malefic of Violence stays at the Heavenly General, military actions will greatly increase, and the general will travel. The Shi school says: When the Malefic of Violence stays and invades the Heavenly General, it indicates that the general will die or be executed.

石氏曰：“熒惑入大陵，國有大喪，大臣誅，若戮死者大半；皆不出年。”《荊州占》曰：“熒惑入大陵，女主宗室有誅者。”又占曰：“熒惑入大陵，天下盡喪，死人如丘山。”《玉曆》曰：“熒惑入守大陵，天子崩；若倖臣有死者，大人當；之期二年。”

The eight stars of Da Ling are located to the north of the Stomach mansion, presiding over tombs and mounds. Within the mansion, there are accumulated stars of corpses, specifically indicating deaths and funerals. The Shi school says: When the Malefic of violence enters Da Ling, there will be great mourning in the country, ministers will be executed, or many people will die by violence, with more than half dying; these prophecies did not come true in the same year. The "Jingzhou Divination" says: When the Malefic of violence enters Da Ling, the female sovereign and the royal family will have people executed. Another divination says: When the Malefic of violence enters Da Ling, the whole country will be filled with funerals, dead bodies piling up like hills and ridges. The "Jade Calendar" says: When the Malefic of violence enters and stays at Da Ling, the emperor will die; or a favored minister will die, and the disaster will be borne by the Nobleman, with the event occurring within two years.

巫咸曰：“熒惑入天船，諸侯有自立者，有兵起，若關津不通，人主憂。”郗萌曰：“熒惑守天船，不出三年，樓船大作，五穀大貴。”《玄冥占》曰：“熒惑守天船，天下有兵，若有喪，守之三十日，有亡國。”《聖洽符》曰：“熒惑入守天船，兵大起，舟楫用，有亡國，期不出年。”

The nine stars of Tian Chuan are located north of Da Ling, in the middle of the Milky Way, governing matters related to crossing water, overcoming dangers, and navigation. Wu Xian said: If the Malefic of violence enters Tian Chuan, there will be a prince who declares himself king, military conflicts arise, or key passes and river crossings become blocked, causing the ruler to worry. Xi Meng said: If the Malefic of violence guards Tian Chuan, within three years there will be a large construction of warships and a sharp rise in the prices of grain and other necessities. The "Xuan Ming Zhàn" said: If the Malefic of violence guards Tian Chuan, there will be military conflicts or mourning events; if it remains for thirty days, a country may fall. The "Sheng Qia Fu" said: If the Malefic of violence enters and guards Tian Chuan, large-scale military actions will occur, naval forces will be deployed, and a country may fall, but the prediction will not come true in the same year.

郗萌曰：“熒惑入捲舌，國有佞臣謀其君，以口舌為害，人主有憂。”石氏曰：“熒惑乘捲舌，天下多喪。”《春秋緯》曰：“熒惑守捲舌，天下多亂，謀國君，以口舌之害，起寇。”石氏曰：“熒守捲舌，有讒言亂主明口，口舌作。”《文曜鉤》曰：“熒惑入捲舌，若守之，天下大旱，有兵起；讒臣亂主，其國有憂，期不出年。”

The six stars of the rolling tongue are located north of the mansion ofHairy Head mansion, resembling a human's mouth and tongue. They specifically indicate the presence of slanderous ministers and calamities caused by rumors. Xi Meng said: When the Malefic of violence enters the rolling tongue, there are cunning ministers in the country plotting against their sovereign, using words to create discord and cause harm, leading the sovereign to worry. The Shi school said: When the Malefic of violence is above the rolling tongue, there will be many deaths throughout the country. The "Spring Orbit" said: When the Malefic of violence guards the rolling tongue, there will be many disturbances throughout the country, with people plotting against the sovereign, and chaos caused by words will bring in invaders. The Shi school said: When the Malefic of violence guards the rolling tongue, slanderous words will cloud the sovereign's clear vision, and disputes arising from words will emerge. The "Wenyao Gou" said: When the Malefic of violence enters the rolling tongue or guards it, there will be great drought throughout the country, and military actions will arise; cunning ministers will confuse the sovereign, and the country corresponding to that area will have worries, but the prophecy will not be fulfilled in the same year.

石氏曰：“熒惑犯五車，大旱，若有喪；一曰犯庫星，兵起西北方，若西方；犯倉星，穀貴，若有水。”《黃帝占》曰：“熒惑入五車、大旱；一曰留不去，大旱。”《海中占》曰：“熒惑入五車，兵大起，車騎行，五穀不成，天下民飢，若軍絕糧。”巫咸曰：“熒惑入五車，天下亂，大兵起，其國大旱，人民飢亡；若有赦，期百八十日。”

Five chariots and five stars are located in the northeast of the Net mansion, representing the five types of military chariots of the Son of Heaven, and they also preside over the granaries for grain storage. Among them are the stars of the Heavenly Repository, Heavenly Granary, and Heavenly Prison. The Shi school says that if the Malefic of Violence invades the Five Chariots, there will be great droughts across the land or mourning events; another interpretation says that if it invades the Repository star, military conflicts will arise in the northwest or west; if it invades the Granary star, grain prices will soar, or there will be floods. The Yellow Emperor's Divination says that if the Malefic of Violence enters the Five Chariots, there will be great droughts; another interpretation says that if it remains there, it will cause great droughts. The Sea Divination says that if the Malefic of Violence enters the Five Chariots, there will be large-scale military conflicts, chariots will be mobilized, grain will not be ripe, and the people will suffer from hunger, or there will be shortages of food in the army. Wu Xian says that if the Malefic of Violence enters the Five Chariots, there will be turmoil across the land, large-scale military actions will arise, and the country corresponding to that region will suffer from great droughts, with people starving and fleeing; or there will be an amnesty, which will last for one hundred and eighty days.

郗萌曰：“熒惑入五車，大旱；以所近，占四方、中央。”又占曰：“熒惑入五車，赦，必先軍起，後有令。”又占曰：“熒惑以春入五車，赦。”韓楊曰：“熒惑出入五車，貴人溺死。”郗萌曰：“熒惑至五車，兵在外者有功，得地五百里。”

Xi Meng said: The Malefic of violence entering Wuxia will cause great drought across the land; according to the star it is near, it will predict the verification in the four directions and the center. Another divination says: When the Malefic of violence enters Wuxia, there will be an amnesty, but there must first be military action, and then the amnesty will be issued. Another divination says: When the Malefic of violence enters Wuxia in spring, there will be an amnesty. Han Yang said: When the Malefic of violence enters or leaves Wuxia, the Nobleman will drown and die. Xi Meng said: When the Malefic of violence reaches Wuxia, the army outside will achieve military merit and be able to expand territory by five hundred li.

《黃帝占》曰：“熒惑過畢口，直五車一月，兵連戰一歲；留二月，兵連戰二歲；留三月，兵連戰三歲；若其留土車，兵在外有小功，得地百五十日，留水車，當以水為難。”郗萌曰：“熒惑出五車東，東西留二十日以上，卿死之；去之復還，其國君死之；有大赦。”又占曰：“熒惑舍五車西南，萬民多死。”

The Yellow Emperor's Divination says: When the Malefic of violence passes over the mouth of the Net mansion, facing the Five Carriage Full for a month, there will be continuous warfare for a year; if it stays for two months, warfare will continue for two years; if it stays for three months, warfare will continue for three years; if it stays in the Earth carriage star, the army outside will have some minor achievements and gain land for a distance of one hundred and fifty days; if it stays in the Water carriage star, there will be suffering due to floods. Xi Meng says: When the Malefic of violence appears east of the Five Carriage, and stays for more than twenty days on either the east or west side, the ministers and high officials will die; after it departs and returns, the ruler of the country will die; and there will be a great amnesty. Another divination says: When the Malefic of violence stops in the southwest of the Five Carriage, many common people will die.

《黃帝占》曰：“熒惑守五車星，五穀大貴，人相食。”郗萌曰：“熒惑守五車，必易帝王；天下有以車之名官者，大敗；有車器之怪。”又占曰：“熒惑守五車，格、休留十日，有大喪。”又占曰：“熒惑守五車二十日，有喪；以入日占何國。”又占曰：“熒惑守五車，格、休、右軍大發；一曰大赦。”《黃帝占》曰：“熒惑入五車中，犯乘守天倉星，下轉，菽粟大貴。”又占曰：“熒惑入五車中，犯乘守天倉星，以食起兵。”《荊州占》曰：“熒惑入五車中，犯乘守天庫星，兵起，亂十年。”

The Yellow Emperor's Divination says: When the Malefic of violence occupies the Five Carriage stars, the prices of grain will rise sharply, leading to people eating people. Xi Meng says: When the Malefic of violence occupies the Five Carriage stars, there will certainly be a change of emperor; all official positions named with the character for carriage will suffer great defeat; and there will be strange occurrences concerning carriages and horses. Another divination says: When the Malefic of violence occupies the Five Carriage stars and stays for ten days in the Palace Star and Resting Star, there will be great mourning. Another divination says: When the Malefic of violence occupies the Five Carriage stars for twenty days, there will be mourning; the day branch on which it enters the mansion will indicate which country it affects. Another divination says: When the Malefic of violence occupies the Five Carriage stars and stays in the Palace Star and Resting Star, the right army will launch a major campaign; another account says there will be a great amnesty. The Yellow Emperor's Divination says: When the Malefic of violence enters the Five Carriage stars, it invades, dominates, and occupies the Heavenly Granary star, then moves downward, causing the price of beans and grains to rise sharply. Another divination says: When the Malefic of violence enters the Five Carriage stars, invades, dominates, and occupies the Heavenly Granary star, there will be military action due to grain issues. The Jingzhou Divination says: When the Malefic of violence enters the Five Carriage stars, invades, dominates, and occupies the Heavenly Storehouse star, military conflicts will arise, and turmoil will last for ten years.

《海中占》曰：“熒惑入入天關，左右必有置立關塞之事；一曰必有逆兵不順者。”石氏曰：“熒惑守天關，道路不通，多盜賊，弟攻兄，子攻父，臣攻君。”

A star in the position of Tian Guan appears south of the Five Carriages, representing the heavenly gate, and signifies the opening and closing of borders, fortresses, and roads. The book Hai Zhong Zhan states that when the Malefic of Violence enters Tian Guan, the ruler's side will surely have the establishment of fortresses and borders; another interpretation says there will certainly be rebellious troops who disobey orders. The Shi school says that when the Malefic of Violence guards Tian Guan, roads become blocked, bandits increase, younger brothers attack older brothers, sons attack fathers, and ministers attack the ruler.

郗萌曰：“熒惑守天關，大臣有不道者。”又占曰：“熒惑守天關二十日，若四十日，天下大赦。”又占曰：“熒惑守天關，必有一國之王不朝者，車有急行。”《荊州占》曰：“熒惑守天關，為有兵；關梁不通。”《玄冥占》曰：“熒惑守天關，若以七月、十月守之，二十日、若三十日，必有大赦，期不出年。”

The Han dynasty diviner Xi Meng said: When the Malefic of violence, "Fenghuo," stops and stays near the "Tian Guan" star, which is located between the Net mansion and the Turtle Beak mansion, and is the gateway through which the sun, moon, and five planets must pass, it indicates that there will be ministers in the court who act rebelliously and without moral conduct. Another divination says: If the Malefic of violence stays at Tian Guan for twenty days or forty days, the empire will soon issue a great amnesty. Another divination says: When the Malefic of violence stays at Tian Guan, there will certainly be a king of a state who does not come to pay homage, and there will be urgent travel by royal carriage. The "Jingzhou Divination" says: When the Malefic of violence stays at Tian Guan, there will be military affairs; passes and bridges will be blocked, and communication will be cut off. The "Xuanming Divination" says: When the Malefic of violence stays at Tian Guan, if it occurs in July or October and stays for twenty or thirty days, there will certainly be a great amnesty, but the time of the amnesty will not occur in the same year.

《帝覽嬉》曰：“熒惑逆行，守天關，車騎有急行，兵大起，士卒滿野，期九十日。”《雒書摘亡闢》曰：“熒惑逆行，守天關，東方兵起。”《荊州占》曰：“熒惑入天關留止守焉，不出百日，天下兵悉起，州州戰。”《海中占》曰：“熒惑守犯天關，道絕；天下相疑，有關梁之令。”郗萌曰：“熒惑行，不從天關，不出其年，有兵。”

The "Imperial Inspection of Delight" says: When the planet Mars moves backward andretrograde, and stays at the Heavenly Gate, it indicates that there will be urgent mobilization of chariots, cavalry, and military forces, with large-scale warfare emerging, soldiers filling the fields, and this situation will last about ninety days. The "Lu Book Excerpts on the Loss of the Forbidden" says: When Mars moves backward and stays at the Heavenly Gate, it signifies warfare arising in the East. The "Jingzhou Divination" says: When Mars enters the star region of the Heavenly Gate and remains there without moving, it will not be more than one hundred days before warfare erupts throughout the land, with states attacking each other. The "Sea Divination" says: When Mars both stays at and confronts the Heavenly Gate, it indicates that roads will be cut off; people will suspect each other, and the court will issue orders to block passes and bridges. Xi Meng says: If Mars does not pass through the Heavenly Gate during its movement, there will be warfare within the year.

《黃帝占》曰：“熒惑行南河戍中，若留止守南河戍為旱。”石氏曰：“熒惑行南河戍中，若留止者，為四方兵起，百姓疾病。”郗萌曰：“熒惑行南河戍中，若留止守南河戍，皆為兵。”又占曰：“熒惑經南河戍之南，行法峻暴，誅罰不當；經北河戍之北，以女子金錢、貪色、奢侈、失治道；近期三年，中期六年，遠期九年而災至。”

The Yellow Emperor's Divination says: When the Malefic of violence, 'Flame Demon,' enters the three stars of the southern river garrison, or remains stationed in the southern river garrison, it indicates great drought across the land. A scholar of astronomy from the State of Wei during the Warring States period, Shi Shen, said: When the Flame Demon enters the southern river garrison, or stays there, it indicates warfare breaking out in all directions, and many people suffering from illness. Xi Meng also said: When the Flame Demon enters the southern river garrison, or remains stationed there, it indicates warfare. Another divination passage says: When the Flame Demon passes by the southern river garrison from the south, it indicates harsh and cruel law enforcement, and inappropriate punishment and execution; when it passes by the northern river garrison from the north, it indicates the sovereign's indulgence in women, wealth, and luxury, leading to a life of extravagance and the loss of the way to govern the country. The disaster will arrive in three years if it is near, six years if it is moderate, and nine years if it is far. The southern river and northern river each consist of three stars, enclosing the Well mansion on both the north and south sides. The ancients called them 'southern garrison' and 'northern garrison,' which are the gateways in the heavens, as well as the boundary between China and the Hu lands.

《荊州占》曰：“熒惑中犯乘守南河戍，天下兵盡起。”《黃帝占》曰：“熒惑乘南河戍，若出南河，為中國兵。”又占曰：“熒惑舍南河戍二十日，若三十日，國有男喪。”《海中占》曰：“熒惑舍南闕下，飢。”《黃帝占》曰：“熒惑蝕南河戍西星，有兵；蝕南河戍東星，天下州戰。”巫咸曰：“熒惑過南河戍之西星，木果不實。”

The book Zhongjiao Zhuan says: When the planet Mars is directly opposite, invades, or dominates the southern river star Wei, it indicates that the army of the whole country will rise up. The book Huangdi Zhuan says: When Mars dominates the southern river star Wei, or emerges from the southern river, it indicates that there will be military conflict in the Central Plains states. Another divination passage says: When Mars stays at the southern river star Wei for twenty days or thirty days, it indicates that there will be the death of a male in the country. The book Hai Zhong Zhuan says: When Mars stays at the southern gate, it indicates famine. The book Huangdi Zhuan says: When Mars covers the western star of the southern river star Wei, it indicates there will be war; when it covers the eastern star of the southern river star Wei, it indicates that the states of the whole country will fight each other. Wu Xian says: When Mars passes over the western star of the southern river star Wei, it indicates that the fruits on trees will not bear fruit.

郗萌曰：“熒惑守南河戍間，大國君重不吉，子代。”又占曰：“熒惑守南河戍，女主憂，若多旱災。”石氏曰：“熒惑守南河，蠻夷兵起邊戍，有憂；若有旱災，人民飢。”《玉曆》曰：“熒惑守南河戊，以火為害；一曰邊寇入境。”《文曜鉤》曰：“熒惑逆行，犯守南河，有男主之喪；若犯乘守南戍，天下兵盡起；一曰家相擊；一曰州戰；一曰飢。”

Xi Meng said: The planet Mars stays between the two stars of the Southern River and the戍 star, indicating great misfortune for the ruler of a great state, and that his son will succeed him. Another divination says: When Mars stays at the Southern River and the戍 star, it indicates that a female ruler, such as a queen consort, will suffer calamity, or that droughts will occur frequently. Shi Shen said: When Mars stays at the Southern River, it indicates that barbarians will rise up in the border garrisons, causing worry at the borders; or that drought will occur, leading to famine among the people. The Jade Calendar says: When Mars stays at the Southern River and the戍 star (the original text says '戊', which is a homonym for '戍'), it indicates harm caused by fire; another interpretation says that bandits in the border areas will invade the country. The Wen Yao Gou says: When Mars retrogrades and confronts and stays at the Southern River, it indicates the death of a male ruler; if it confronts, surpasses, and stays at the Southern戍, it indicates that all the armies of the world will rise up; another interpretation says that families will attack each other; another says that states will fight each other; another says that famine will occur.

郗萌曰：“熒惑入北河戍，從西入六十日，有喪；從東入五十日，有兵。”《荊州占》曰：“熒惑入北河，守戍西，留上焉，不出，即天下兵悉起。”《荊州占》曰：“熒惑入北河戍，大臣有盜賊者。”郗萌曰：“熒惑北至北戍，去北戍三丈，當復發千人以上；去北戍二丈，復萬人以上；去北戍一丈，城閉，道無人行。”又占曰：“熒惑守北河戍，環繞之，主突厥主死。”

Xi Meng said: The planet Mars enters the northern river at the hour of Xu, entering from the west, there will be mourning within sixty days; entering from the east, there will be military affairs within fifty days. The "Jingzhou Divination" says: When Mars enters the northern river at the hour of Xu, it stays on the western side of the Xu star, lingering there unwilling to leave, then military forces across the land will all rise up. The "Jingzhou Divination" also says: When Mars enters the northern river at the hour of Xu, it indicates that among the ministers there will be those who engage in theft. Xi Meng said: When Mars moves northward to reach the northern Xu, if it is three zhang away from the northern Xu, there will be another conscription of more than one thousand people; if it is two zhang away, there will be another conscription of more than ten thousand people; if it is one zhang away, the city gates will be closed and there will be no pedestrians on the roads. Another divination says: When Mars guards the northern river at the hour of Xu, circling around it in a ring shape, it indicates the death of the leader of the Tujue.

《黃帝占》曰：“熒惑入若舍河戍，天下有覆獄移擊；二曰大臣誅。”郗萌曰：“熒惑舍北河戍三十日，有女喪。”《文曜鉤》曰：“熒惑守北河邊，兵大起，來侵境；若守之二十日，其國有憂。”郗萌曰：“熒惑守北戍間，大國女主重不吉。”又占曰：“熒惑失度，守陰門若陰陽，皆為諸侯奸。”《荊州占》曰：“熒惑守北河戍，有兵兵罷，無兵兵起；一曰水。”《玄冥占》曰：“熒惑守北河三十日不下，天下大水，人民飢，期不出年，若二年。”

The Yellow Emperor's Divination says: When the planet Mars enters or stays in the northern river and the earth sign, it indicates that there will be cases being retried and rejudged throughout the realm; another interpretation says that a high official will be executed. Xi Meng says: When Mars stays in the northern river and the earth sign for thirty days, it indicates the death of a woman. The Wen Yao Gou says: When Mars stays on the northern side of the river and the earth sign, there will be great military conflicts and enemies invading the borders; if it stays for twenty days, that country will face calamity. Xi Meng says: When Mars stays between the two stars of the northern river and the earth sign, it indicates great misfortune for the female ruler of a major state. Another divination says: When Mars moves out of its normal path and stays at the gate of darkness or at the position of yin and yang, it indicates that the feudal lords have treacherous intentions. The Jingzhou Divination says: When Mars stays in the northern river and the earth sign, military conflicts that originally existed will cease, and those that did not exist will arise; another interpretation says there will be a great flood. The Xuan Ming Divination says: When Mars stays in the northern river and the earth sign for thirty days without moving, it indicates a great flood across the land, famine among the people, and the event will occur within a year or two.

郗萌曰：“熒惑出北河戍北，若守北河戍，環繞之，邊境將帥有不請於上，而伐夷狄之君者，勝之。”巫咸曰：“熒惑守若舍北河戍之西者，人相食；蝕北戍之東星，五穀無實。”《黃帝占》曰：“熒惑留止守北河戍，不出百日，天下兵悉起。”又占曰：“熒惑守若蝕北戍之東星，有兵。”郗萌曰：“熒惑守輿鬼，逆行守北河，有女子喪。”又占曰：“熒惑舍兩河中，留二十日，關河不渡，諸侯不通。”

Xi Meng said: If the planet Mars appears to the north of the northern river and exits from there, or if it stays near the northern river or circles around it in a ring, it indicates that there will be a general who does not report to the court but independently launches an attack against the king of the barbarians and succeeds. Wu Xian said: If Mars stays or resides in the western star of the northern river, it indicates a great famine; if it obscures the eastern star of the northern river, it indicates that the five grains will not mature. The Yellow Emperor's divination text says: If Mars lingers and stays near the northern river, there will be a rebellion of armies across the land within a hundred days. Another divination text says: If Mars stays or obscures the eastern star of the northern river, there will be military affairs. Xi Meng also said: If Mars stays near the Ghost Mansion star and then retrogrades to stay near the northern river, it indicates the death of a woman. Another divination text says: If Mars resides between the northern and southern rivers and stays for twenty days, it indicates that the passes and rivers will be impassable and communication between the feudal lords will be cut off.

Sima Qian's Records of the Grand Historian, Book of Celestial Officials says: When Mars stays at the southern and northern rivers, it indicates a poor harvest of grain. Xi Meng says: When Mars stays between the two rivers for a hundred days, it indicates that the world will be divided in the middle, with no communication between the north and south. The Jingzhou Book of Divination says: When Mars stays between the two rivers, it indicates that the people's hearts will be scattered and discordant, and the roads will be blocked.

石氏曰：“熒惑久守天闕門，主絕祀，以入日占國。”郗萌曰：“熒惑守天闕門中三十日，有大喪。”又占曰：“熒惑守日月之門，國內亂，以其日占國。”又占曰：“熒惑入天高，先軍起，後有赦。”又占曰：“熒惑守衡星，大國女主有憂。”《黃帝占》曰：“熒惑入天高中，留二十日，小赦；三十日，大赦。”郗萌曰：“熒惑不行天門，天闕門為有喪。”又占曰：“熒惑逆行天高中，必在破軍死將，亡國去王。”

Shi Shen said: The planet Mars remains for a long time at the Tianque Gate, which is the gateway between the northern and southern rivers, through which the sun and moon and five stars pass. This indicates that the ruler has cut off the worship in the ancestral temple. To determine which country it refers to, one should calculate based on the stem and branch of the day when Mars enters the Tianque Gate. Xi Meng said: When Mars remains for thirty days within the Tianque Gate, it indicates a great mourning. Another divination says: When Mars stays at the gate of the sun and moon's entrance and exit, it indicates internal disorder in the country. To determine which country it refers to, one should calculate based on the stem and branch of that day. Another divination says: When Mars enters the Tian Gao Star, there will first be military action, followed by the issuance of an amnesty. Another divination says: When Mars stays at the Heng Star, it indicates that the female ruler of a great country will suffer misfortune. The Yellow Emperor's Divination says: When Mars enters the Tian Gao Star and stays for twenty days, a minor amnesty is issued; if it stays for thirty days, a major amnesty is issued. Xi Meng said: When Mars does not move through the Tianmen but through the Tianque Gate, it indicates mourning. Another divination says: When Mars movesretrograde in the Tian Gao Star, it certainly indicates that the army will be defeated, generals will die, the country will collapse, and the king will flee.
