《黃帝占》曰：“客星入天庫，以飢兵起。”石氏曰：“客星入天庫，糴大貴，為後年。”《天官書》曰：“客星入天庫，邊郡之兵起，此為外夷之事。”郄萌曰：“客星犯天庫，五穀大貴，入庫中，糴石百；處其旁，石五十。”郄萌曰：“客星入天庫，牛馬有行。”郄萌曰：“客星入天庫，兵起，十年亂。”
The Huangdi Zhan says: A guest star entering the "Tianku" indicates that warfare will arise due to famine. The ten stars of Kulu are located south of Juxu, governing military vehicles and the military storehouse. Tianku is one of these stars. The Shi school says: When a guest star enters Tianku, the price of rice will rise sharply, and this should be expected in the second year. The Shiji·Tianguan Shu says: When a guest star enters Tianku, warfare will arise in the border regions, which is related to foreign tribes. Xie Meng says: When a guest star confronts Tianku, the prices of grain will rise; if the star enters Tianku, the price of rice will reach one hundred coins per stone; if it stops near Tianku, the price will be fifty coins per stone. Xie Meng says: When a guest star enters Tianku, cattle and horses will be driven and transported. Xie Meng says: When a guest star enters Tianku, warfare will arise, and turmoil will last for ten years.
《荊州占》曰：“客星入天庫，有兵發行。”《黃帝占》曰：“客星出庫樓，兵車用，若守之，邊兵大起，庫兵出，車騎行，期二年，遠三年。”《荊州占》曰：“客星入若守之天庫，外夷兵起；一曰：官兵憂。”《黃帝占》曰：“客星入若乘守天庫，兵車出用。”
The "Jingzhou Divination" says: A guest star entering the Heavenly Repository indicates that troops will be mobilized for military campaigns. The "Yellow Emperor's Divination" says: If a guest star appears in the Kulu region, military vehicles will be deployed; if it remains there, there will be a great military conflict at the borders, weapons from the armory will be taken out, and chariots, horses, and cavalry will be mobilized, with the duration being two years, and possibly three years if it is more distant. The "Jingzhou Divination" also says: If a guest star enters or stays in the Heavenly Repository, foreign tribes will launch military actions; another interpretation suggests that the official army will face troubles. The "Yellow Emperor's Divination" says: If a guest star enters, dominates, or stays in the Heavenly Repository, military vehicles will be deployed and used.
A guest star invades the southern gate, second instance.
石氏曰：“客星出南門，若守之，關梁塞，道路不通，人民憂。”石氏曰：“南門中有小星三芒者，則兵車出。”
The Shi school says: If a guest star appears at or stays at the 'South Gate', there will be blockages at passes and bridges, roads will be cut off, and the people will suffer hardship. The two stars of the South Gate are located south of Kulu, representing the heavenly outer gate, which oversees the guarding of passes. The Shi school says: If three-beamed small stars appear within the South Gate, war chariots will be dispatched.
司馬彪《天文志》曰：“孝靈中平二年十月癸亥，客星出南門中，大如半筵，五色喜怒稍小。至後年六月，乃消。占曰：為兵。至六年，司隸校尉袁紹誅滅中官大將軍部曲將吳匡，攻煞車騎將軍何苗，死者合數千人。”
Simao Biao's "Continued Book of Han: Astronomical Records" says: In the second year of Zhongping during the reign of Emperor Ling of Han, on the day of Guihai in the tenth lunar month, a guest star appeared in the middle of the Southern Gate. It was as big as half a bamboo mat, with light of five colors changing constantly and brightness fluctuating. Then it gradually became smaller, and disappeared in June of the following year. The divination text says this is an omen of military calamity. By the sixth year of Zhongping, the commander of the司隶 region, Yuan Shao, exterminated the eunuchs, and the general-in-chief He Jin's soldiers, Wu Kuang and others, attacked and killed the Grand General of the Carriage, He Miao. The number of dead reached several thousand.
A guest star invades the plain star three times.
石氏曰：“客星出平星，賦斂之臣憂而有退罪者，若庫吏不忠，當有廢出，期不出一年。”
The Shi school says: When the guest star appears in the 'Ping Star', the officials in charge of tax collection will have worries, among whom some will be punished and dismissed; or the warehouse clerks will be unfaithful to their duties and should be dismissed and expelled, the effect will not be seen within a year. The two Ping stars are located north of the Ku Lou, governing the regulation of standards and the collection of taxes. Therefore, the change will manifest in officials responsible for taxation and grain.
A guest star invades the area of the chariot official, the fourth position.
石氏曰：“他星入騎官，有喜。”《玉曆》曰：“客星出騎官星，若守之，有兵起，將軍有出者。”石氏曰：“客星守騎官，將出有憂。”《荊州占》曰：“客星守騎官，士卒發用。”
The Shi school says: other variable stars entering the 'Qi Guan' constellation indicate there will be joy. The twenty-seven stars of Qi Guan are located south of the Root Mansion, representing the imperial bodyguards of the Son of Heaven. The Jade Calendar says: if a guest star appears in or remains in Qi Guan, there will be military affairs arising, and among the generals, some will lead troops on campaigns. The Shi school says: if a guest star stays in Qi Guan, generals will go on campaigns and face troubles. The Jingzhou Divination says: if a guest star stays in Qi Guan, soldiers will be conscripted and mobilized.
A guest star invades the accumulated soldiers of five.
石氏曰：“他星守積卒，主兵臣誅。”石氏曰：“客星出守積卒，兵士為亂，近臣有誅，士卒多死。”
The Shi school says: Other abnormal stars stopping at 'Ji Zu' indicate that a minister in charge of military affairs will be executed. The twelve stars of Ji Zu are located south of Fang Xu, representing gathered guards, and they oversee guarding duties. The Shi school says: A guest star appearing and stopping at Ji Zu indicates soldiers causing disturbances, with an execution among the close attendants and many soldiers dying.
A guest star has invaded the turtle star six times.
郄萌曰：“客星入龜星，小憂，無傷也；又曰：天下大倉發。”甘氏曰：“客星出龜星，珠玉貴，寶物不入；若守之，君臣不和，上下乖離。”
Xie Meng said: A guest star entering the 'turtle star' indicates only minor troubles, not major harm; it is also said that the granary of the whole country will open to release grain. The turtle star, among the five stars, is located south of the Tail mansion. Since the turtle is an aquatic creature and is also used in divination, its divination covers both water-related affairs and treasures. Gan Shi said: When a guest star appears in the turtle star, pearls and jade become expensive, and treasures cannot be transported in. If the star remains and stays there, there will be discord between the sovereign and ministers, and mutual estrangement between superiors and inferiors.
A guest star invades the position of Fu Yue Qi.
聖洽符曰：“客星守傅說，王者後宮少子孫，若有絕後者。”
The Shengqie Fu says: A guest star lingering at "Fuyue" indicates that the king's harem will have few offspring, possibly even no descendants at all. The star Fuyue is located after the Tail mansion. Fuyue was originally a virtuous minister of Yin Gaozong, and it is said that after his death he ascended to heaven and became this star. It oversees matters of seeking offspring and the continuation of the lineage, so its divination is specifically related to descendants.
A guest star invades the Fish Star in the eighth position.
齊伯曰：“客星出魚星，鹽魚貴再倍；若守之，搖動，大貴五倍；一曰：有大水，期不出一年。”
Qi Bo said: If a guest star appears in the 'Fish Star,' the prices of salt and fish will double. If the star remains there and its light flickers, the prices will rise fivefold. Another view suggests a great flood will occur, but this will not be verified within a year. The Fish Star is located after the Tail Mansion, in the middle of the Milky Way, symbolizing aquatic creatures. Therefore, its divination focuses on fish and salt as well as water disasters.
A guest star invades the star of the ladle nine times.
《甄曜度》曰：“客星出杵星而守之，天下兵起，有稅米粟之事。”
The Zhen Yaodu states: When a guest star appears at the 'Chu Star' and remains there, warfare will arise throughout the land, and there will be levies of grain and taxes. The Chu Star consists of three stars located south of the Ji Xu mansion, symbolizing the wooden pestle used for pounding grain. Since it oversees the process of pounding grain, its change will manifest in the collection of grain and taxes.
A guest star has invaded the turtle star ten times.
《黃帝占》曰：“客星守鱉星，有白衣之會。”石氏曰：“有星入鱉星，有水令。”《海中占》曰：“客星出守鱉星，有白衣之眾聚，若天下有水，水物不成，期百八十日，遠一年。”
The Yellow Emperor's Divination says: If a guest star stops at the 'Turtle Star,' there will be gatherings for funerals of people wearing white clothes. The Turtle Star consists of fourteen stars located south of the Southern Dipper, and it governs aquatic creatures. The Shi school says: If a star enters the Turtle Star, there will be policies concerning water management. The Sea Divination says: If a guest star appears and stops at the Turtle Star, there will be gatherings of people wearing white clothes for funerals, or great floods will occur, causing aquatic produce to fail to grow. The duration is one hundred and eighty days, or as long as a year.
A guest star invades the Nine Pits, the eleventh position.
郄萌曰：“有星入九坎，天下有憂。”《玄冥》曰：“客星出九坎，有水旱之災。出陽則旱，出陰則水。”
Xie Meng said: When a star enters the Nine Pits, there will be troubles throughout the land. The Nine Pits and nine stars are located to the south of the Ox mansion, governing matters of ditches, irrigation, and water storage and discharge. The "Xuan Ming" states: When a guest star appears in the Nine Pits, there will be drought or flood disasters. If it emerges from the yang side, it indicates drought; if it emerges from the yin side, it indicates flood.
A guest star invades the broken mortar, twelve times.
《文曜鉤》曰：“客星守敗臼，天下兵起，有軍糧之急，米粟之憂，期二年。”石氏曰：“他星守敗臼，以飢兵起。”
The Wen Yao Gou says: A guest star stopping at "Bai Jiu" indicates that military conflicts will arise throughout the country, military provisions will be in urgent need, and there will be a serious shortage of grain and rice, with the fulfillment of this omen occurring within two years. The four stars of Bai Jiu are located south of Xu Xu and Wei Xu. A mortar is the tool used for pounding rice, and the term "Bai" (failure) applied to a mortar itself signifies an omen of disaster and famine. The Shi school says: When other abnormal stars stop at Bai Jiu, warfare will be initiated due to famine.
A guest star invades the thirteen wings of the Feather Forest.
郄萌曰：“客星守羽林，若天陣，兵大起。”郄萌曰：“客星守天陣，將兵吏憂。”郄萌曰：“赤星守羽林二十日，臣弒主。”
Xie Meng said: A guest star stopping at "Wu Lin" or stopping at "Tian Zhen" indicates great military action. Wu Lin consists of forty-five stars located south of Ying Shi, representing the heavenly imperial guards; Tian Zhen, which is the "Lai Bi Zhen," is located north of Wu Lin, symbolizing military camps and fortifications. Xie Meng said: If a guest star stops at Tian Zhen, officials in charge of military forces will face troubles. Xie Meng said: If a red star remains at Wu Lin for twenty days, a minister will kill the sovereign.
郄萌曰：“客星入壘壁，有兵。”石氏曰：“黃白星入天軍南，天子立后。”巫咸曰：“客星出羽林，兵大起，有亡國，若守之久，將軍有謀主者，有憂，期不出三年。”
Xie Meng said: A guest star entering the encampment formation indicates military affairs. The Shi school said: A yellow and white star entering the southern part of the Heavenly Army indicates the emperor will appoint a queen consort. The Heavenly Army is a general term for the Yu Lin stars. Wu Xian said: A guest star appearing in the Yu Lin indicates great military upheaval, with the possibility of a state's downfall; if the star remains for a long time, there will be plots among generals against the sovereign, leading to troubles, and this prediction will not come true within three years.
A guest star invades the northern falling star of the fourteenth position.
石氏曰：“黃白星入北落，天子有喜。”石氏曰：“黃星出北落，天子使出。”石氏曰：“赤星出北落，中兵起。”
The Shi school says: A yellow and white star entering the 'Bei Luo' indicates the Son of Heaven will have good fortune. Bei Luo, also known as Beiluoshi Men, is a single star located in the southwest of Yu Lin, serving as the gate of the heavenly army, responsible for monitoring extraordinary changes. The Shi school says: A yellow star appearing in Beiluo indicates the Son of Heaven will send envoys on an expedition. The Shi school says: A red star appearing in Beiluo indicates military actions will arise within the country.
石氏曰：“客星出北落，邊夷虜兵起，來入關塞，若關吏有憂。”郄萌曰：“客星中犯乘守若北落星，斗，光芒相及者，為兵覆軍，煞大將。”
The Shi school says: When a guest star appears in the northern sky, there will be military movements by the border tribes, who will cross the passes and invade. There may also be worries for the officials guarding the passes. Xie Meng says: If the guest star passes through, collides with, dominates, or stays at the northern star, and fights with it, with their lights intersecting, this indicates a military disaster, the complete annihilation of the army, and the death of a general.
A guest star invades the earth official and the earth void, fifteen.
《荊州占》曰：“客星入土司空，多土功，男不得耕，女不得織，天下大疾。”韓楊曰：“客星入土司空，有土徭之事。”
The *Jingzhou Divination* says: If the guest star enters the "Earth Official" mansion, there will be a great deal of earth and wood construction work, men will be unable to go out to farm, and women will be unable to stay at home weaving, causing great suffering throughout the land. The Earth Official star is located south of the Legs mansion and oversees matters related to water and earth construction. Han Yang says: If the guest star enters the Earth Official mansion, there will be conscription for earth and wood construction labor.
《玉曆》曰：“客星出土司空，外臣有憂，夷狄兵起，若土功之事，人民飢苦、多病。”郄萌曰：“客星守土司空，宮有土功，若哭泣之事。”石氏曰：“客星入守土司空，旱。”
The Yulü says: If the guest star appears at the Earth Officer, there will be worries for officials outside the court, the barbarians will raise armies, or there will be great construction projects, leading to people's hunger, hardship, illness, and suffering. Xie Meng says: If the guest star stops at the Earth Officer, there will be construction projects in the palace, or there will be mourning and weeping events. The Shi school says: If the guest star enters and stops at the Earth Officer, it indicates a drought.
A guest star invades the Heavenly Granary at the sixteenth position.
《黃帝占》曰：“客星入天倉，糴石一千五百，谷如玉。”郄萌曰：“客星入天倉，糴石千，歲大飢，五穀如金玉，能有谷，為君卿。”郄萌曰：“客星入天倉，匈奴王且操奇物來進中國。”郄萌曰：“周伯星流入天倉，糴賤。以春入，夏賤；以夏，入秋賤；秋入，冬賤；冬入，春賤。”
The Yellow Emperor's Divination says: When a guest star enters the Heavenly Granary, rice priced at one thousand five hundred coins per stone, and millet becomes as valuable as jade. The six stars of the Heavenly Granary are located south of the Bond Mansion, representing granaries for storing grain. Xie Meng says: When a guest star enters the Heavenly Granary, rice costs one thousand coins per stone, and there will be great famine that year, with grain as valuable as gold and jade. Those who can store grain will become as wealthy as officials. Xie Meng also says: When a guest star enters the Heavenly Granary, the king of the Xiongnu will bring rare treasures to present to the Central Plains. Xie Meng further says: The auspicious star known as the Zhou Bo Star flowing into the Heavenly Granary causes grain prices to be low. If it flows in during spring, prices are low in summer; if it flows in during summer, prices are low in autumn; if it flows in during autumn, prices are low in winter; if it flows in during winter, prices are low in spring.
郄萌曰：“老人星流入天倉，糴大貴。春入，夏貴；夏入，秋貴；秋入，冬貴；冬入，春貴。”石氏曰：“客星入天倉，粟發，出兵滿野，期三年。”《黃帝占》曰：“客星出入天倉，有發粟之事；出之，有出粟；入之，有入粟；不出其年，必有兵。”
Xie Meng said: "The star of the old man" entering the Heavenly Granary indicates a rise in grain prices; if it enters in spring, it becomes expensive in summer; if it enters in summer, it becomes expensive in autumn; if it enters in autumn, it becomes expensive in winter; if it enters in winter, it becomes expensive in spring. This is exactly the opposite of the Zhou Star entering the Heavenly Granary. The Shi school said: if a guest star enters the Heavenly Granary, the granary will have to release its grain, and armies will be deployed throughout the outskirts, with a duration of three years. The "Yellow Emperor's Divination" states: if a guest star appears and disappears in the Heavenly Granary, there will be an event of opening the granary and distributing grain; if it leaves the Heavenly Granary, it signifies the transportation of grain; if it enters the Heavenly Granary, it signifies the collection of grain; if it does not occur in the same year, there will certainly be military affairs.
郄萌曰：“客星在天倉，天下貧，倉粟出。”《黃帝占》曰：“客星當天倉戶，將吏受主俸，不為主用。”石氏曰：“客星守天倉，馬大貴。”郄萌曰：“客星入若守天倉，有兵，道不通。”
Xie Meng said: A guest star stopping at the Heavenly Granary indicates that the whole country will be poor, and the grain stored in the granary should be released to relieve the people. The Yellow Emperor's Divination says: When a guest star is directly facing the entrance of the Heavenly Granary, officials who receive the sovereign's salary are unwilling to serve the sovereign. The Shi school said: When a guest star stays at the Heavenly Granary, the price of horses will rise greatly. Xie Meng said: When a guest star enters or stays at the Heavenly Granary, there will be military affairs and blocked roads.
A guest star invades the celestial granary, seventeen times.
郄萌曰：“客星入天囷，匈奴且操奇物來進中國。”齊伯曰：“客星出天囷，若守之，天下大旱，民飢，人相食，若有粟令，期二年。”
Xie Meng said: A guest star entering the "Tian Qin" indicates that the Xiongnu will bring rare and precious treasures to present to the Central Plains. A circular granary is called Qin. The thirteen stars of Tian Qin are located south of the Wei Xu mansion, representing a storage granary. Qi Bo said: If a guest star appears in Tian Qin or stays there, there will be a great drought across the land, people will suffer from hunger, and even eat each other. Alternatively, the court will issue orders to transport grain, and the fulfillment period is two years.
A guest star invades the celestial granary, the eighteenth position.
石氏曰：“有星入天廩中，色青，天下多憂；赤，大旱，有火；黃白，歲熟。”甘氏曰：“客星出天廩，天下粟貴，民以飢流亡，去其鄉，粟當出廩，期一年，遠二年。”
The Shi school says: If a star enters the "Heavenly Granary," and the star is green, there will be many troubles throughout the land; if the star is red, there will be a great drought and fires will occur; if the star is yellow or white, the harvest will be abundant. The Heavenly Granary consists of four stars located to the south of the Hairy Head mansion, which store millet and other grains, specifically for use in worship and sacrificial offerings. The Gan school says: If a guest star appears in the Heavenly Granary, the price of millet will rise sharply, and people will suffer from famine, leaving their homes in search of food. The granaries should release grain for relief, and the duration should be one year, or two years if the situation is more distant.
石氏曰：“客星守天廩，馬大貴。”石氏曰；“他星犯天廩，天下亂。”郄萌曰：“客星守天廩，粟發用。”
The Shi school said: The guest star stops at Tian Lin, and horse prices rise sharply. The Shi school said: Other abnormal stars conflict with Tian Lin, causing chaos throughout the land. Xie Meng said: The guest star stops at Tian Lin, and the grain stored in Tian Lin will be mobilized and used.
A guest star invades the celestial garden at the nineteenth position.
郄萌曰：“客星入天苑，畜多傷。”《荊州占》曰：“客星入天苑，禽獸多死。”《玉曆》曰：“客星守天苑，畜物不孳，禽獸多死，以馬起兵，邊賊入境；一曰：牧馬多死，期三年。“石氏曰：”他星犯守天苑，兵起，馬死。“
Xie Meng said: A guest star entering the "Tian Yuan" causes much damage to livestock. The Tian Yuan consists of sixteen stars located south of the Maosu and BiSu constellations, and it is the place where the Son of Heaven keeps his domestic animals and horses. The "Jingzhou Divination" says: When a guest star enters Tian Yuan, there will be a large number of deaths among birds and beasts. The "Jade Calendar" says: When a guest star remains in Tian Yuan, livestock cannot reproduce, and there will be a large number of deaths among birds and beasts. This is because of matters concerning horses that lead to military actions, and bandits from the border regions invade the territory. Another interpretation is that there will be many deaths among the horses used for breeding, and the fulfillment of this prediction will occur within three years. The Shi school says: When other abnormal stars collide with and remain in Tian Yuan, military conflicts arise, and horses die.
（按司馬彪《天文志》曰：孝順陽嘉元年閏月戊子，客星氣白，廣二尺，長五尺，起天苑西南，東北指，歷天苑，抵參伐。天苑主馬牛，為外軍；色白為兵。
(Original commentary: According to the records in Sima Biao's "Continued Book of Han: Records of Astronomy," in the first year of Yangjia during the reign of Emperor Shun of Han, on the leap month, on the Wuzi day, a guest star appeared with a white color, two chi wide and five chi long, rising from the southwest of Tianyuan, its bright edge pointing to the northeast, passing through Tianyuan, and reaching the star Fa in the Three Stars mansion. Tianyuan governs horses and cattle, and also symbolizes foreign armies; a white color of the star indicates military affairs.)
是時敦煌大守徐由使疏勒王磐等二萬人入於關界，虜獲斬首三百餘級，烏桓校尉耿畢使烏桓親僕都尉戎朱魔等出寨，抄鮮卑，斬首，獲生口、財物，鮮卑怨恨，抄遼東代郡，殺傷吏民。是後西戎北狄為寇害，以馬牛起兵，馬牛亦死傷於兵中，十餘年乃息也。）
At that time, the governor of Dunhuang, Xu You, sent the king of Shule, Pan, and two thousand men into the pass, capturing and beheading more than three hundred enemies. The commander of the Wuhuan garrison,耿晔, sent the Wuhuan close attendant general, Duyi, and others to cross the border, raiding the Xianbei, capturing heads, taking prisoners, and seizing property. The Xianbei thus harbored resentment and retaliated by raiding Liao Dong and Daidian, killing officials and civilians. Afterwards, the Western Rong and Northern Di continuously caused trouble, all because of the advantage of horses and cattle, and the horses and cattle themselves also suffered casualties in the warfare. It took over ten years before the situation was calmed down.
A guest star invades the constellation Shenqi twenty times.
郄萌曰：“客星入天宮，天下有變，弓弩皆張。”《黃帝占》曰：“星出入天弓，必有削主。”《河圖聖洽符》曰：“客星出守參旗，天下兵起，大將軍行出，弓弩用，人主憂，期百八十日，遠期一年。”石氏曰：“客星守參，負海不安，兵起。”
Xie Meng said: A guest star entering the heavenly palace indicates turmoil in the world, and bows and crossbows will be ready for use. The nine stars of Cen Qi are located west of Cen Xiu, also called Tian Qi and Tian Gong, which oversee the use of bows and crossbows in military campaigns. The Yellow Emperor's Divination says: if a star appears and disappears in Tian Gong, there will certainly be a prince who loses his territory. The Yellow River Chart's Sacred Harmony Symbol says: if a guest star appears and stays in Cen Qi, military conflicts will arise throughout the world, the general will lead troops on campaign, bows and crossbows will be used, the sovereign will have worries, and the duration will be one hundred and eighty days, or even up to a year. The Shi school says: if a guest star stays in Cen Xiu, the coastal areas will be restless, and military conflicts will arise.
A guest star invades the second十一 of the Jade Well.
《黃帝占》曰：“客星入玉井中者，皆為強國失地；出玉井，強國得地。”郄萌曰：“客星入玉井，天下有喪。”《荊州占》曰：“客星出玉井，將出。”齊伯曰：“客星出玉井，其軍已出，為憂，若有水敗；若入守之三日，其歲大水。”
The Yellow Emperor's Divination says: When a guest star enters the 'Jade Well,' it indicates a strong country losing territory; when it leaves the Jade Well, a strong country gains territory. The four stars of the Jade Well are located beneath the left foot of the Three Stars mansion, and they oversee the provision of water, wine, and food. Xie Meng says: When a guest star enters the Jade Well, there will be mourning events throughout the land. The Jingzhou Divination says: When a guest star appears in the Jade Well, generals will go to war. Qi Bo says: When a guest star appears in the Jade Well, if the army has already set out, there will be calamity, or it may be defeated by flooding; if the guest star enters the Jade Well and stays for three days, there will be a great flood that year.
A guest star has invaded the screen star, twenty-two times.

The two stars of the Screen are located south of the Heavenly Toilet, serving as a barrier to block the toilet, so its divination often relates to matters of disease and filth. The "Sea in the Middle Divination" states: When a guest star appears in the Heavenly Screen, the prime minister assisting in governance will face calamity, or the people will suffer from many diseases, and many four-legged domestic animals will die. The Shi school says: When a guest star appears and disappears in the Heavenly Screen, the sovereign will fall ill and also suffer from disgrace. Xie Meng says: When a guest star appears and disappears in the Heavenly Screen, an epidemic will spread among the people.

The Yellow Emperor's Divination says: When a guest star enters the "Heavenly Toilet," the whole country experiences great famine, people eat each other, commoners flee their homeland, scholars sell their clothes, and common people sell their wives and concubines; another account says people sell their children to get food. The four stars of the Heavenly Toilet are located north of the Screen Star. Ancients observed the signs of the toilet to detect diseases, so this star official also governs epidemics and famine. 郄萌曰：“老人星流入天廁，為飢。以春入，夏飢；夏入，秋飢；秋入，冬飢；冬入，春飢。”郄萌曰：“客星入天廁，若有流水，水大出。”《玄冥》曰：“客星出有天廁，王者有憂，廁中有謀兵，若大人陷廁，宜防備之。”

Xie Meng also said: A guest star entering the celestial toilet, if there is also an image of flowing water, great floods will emerge. The "Xuan Ming" says: A guest star appearing in the celestial toilet indicates the king has worries, there are concealed weapons in the toilet plotting to assassinate, or the sovereign may fall into the toilet, and one should be prepared in advance.

The fortune or misfortune is determined by the five colors: if the star is yellow, it indicates good fortune; if it is green or white, it indicates illness; if it is black, it indicates death. The star Tian Shi is located below Tian Ce. In ancient times, people observed excrement to detect illness, so this star specifically indicates epidemic diseases.

The military market, consisting of thirteen stars, is located to the southeast of the Three Stars mansion, and it oversees the military supplies and provisions. The "Jingzhou Divination" states: if other abnormal stars stop at the military market, military affairs will arise. The "Jade Calendar" states: if a guest star appears in or stops at the military market, people in the military market will suffer from hunger, soldiers will disperse, and soldiers will die, and the fulfillment period is one year.

Xie Meng says: When the guest star remains at the Wang and Hu stars, the country will lose its ministers; if the star color is red, it can be preserved, but if it is dark blue, it will result in loss. The "Jingzhou Divination" says: When the guest star remains at the Wang star, the price of dogs will rise sharply. The "Jingzhou Divination" also says: When the guest star remains at the Wang star, if the star color is yellow and moist, there will be great joy; if the star color is black, there will be great sorrow.
《荊州占》曰：“客星守狼星，有圍城之急，以入日占何國。”甘氏曰：“客星出狼星，若守之，天下起兵，多盜賊，將相多死，若有千里之行，期一年，中二年，遠三年。”
The *Jingzhou Divination* says: When the guest star stops at the Wolf Star, there will be an urgent crisis of being surrounded by enemies. According to the heavenly stem and earthly branch of the day the guest star enters, one can determine which state it will affect. The Gan school says: When the guest star appears at or stays at the Wolf Star, there will be warfare, many bandits, and many deaths among generals and ministers. There may also be a military campaign over a thousand miles. The effects will be evident within a year, or in two years, or in three years.

Xie Meng said: A guest star entering the arc star indicates that the southern barbarians will come to submit to the Central Plains, or it may relate to the Shu region. The Shi school said: Other abnormal stars stopping at the arc star indicate that a general leading troops in the wild will die. The Shi school said: A guest star stopping at the arc star indicates the decline of the commander's power. Xie Meng said: A guest star stopping at the arc star indicates great famine among the barbarians abroad. He also said: When there is military action, if the arc and zhang stars spread out and point to something, the side that acts first will have advantage, while the side that acts later will be at a disadvantage.
郄萌曰：“客星出弧，兵出；入弧兵，入。”郄萌曰：“客星舍弧，秋雨，五穀不成。”又曰：“舍弧左右，群臣有伺其君者。”巫咸曰：“客星出弧，若入之，其國有兵，大人驚，貴人多死，士卒出行，不出其年。”
Xie Meng said: The guest star leaving the arc star indicates that troops are departing the country; when the guest star enters the arc star, troops are entering the country. Xie Meng also said: If the guest star stays in the arc star, there will be much rain in autumn, and the five grains will not mature. He also said: If the guest star is located to the left or right of the arc star, there are ministers who secretly plot against their sovereign. Wu Xian said: When the guest star appears in the arc star or enters the arc star, the country corresponding to that division will have military affairs, the sovereign will be startled, many noblemen will die, and soldiers will be sent on long journeys, but these predictions will not be fulfilled in the same year.
