甘氏曰：“客星犯輿鬼，國有非次自立者，必敗亡。”石氏曰：“有星入輿鬼，有詛盟鬼神祠祀之事於國內。”（《南官候》曰：於國外。）夏氏曰：“客星入天尸，帝王亡，天下多病。”郄萌曰：“客星入天尸，民多死；一曰：有大喪。客星入輿鬼，人相食。他星入輿鬼，鈇鑕用，大臣誅。客星入天尸，金玉府中，三日一環之，有赦。”

The Gan school says: A guest star invading the 'Yugui' mansion — Yugui is also called Guixu, the second mansion of the Southern Vermilion Bird, consisting of four stars, with a cluster of white gas in the middle called 'Jishei qi', which presides over death, mourning, and worship. Its corresponding territory is the state of Qin — within the country, there will be someone who ascends the throne without following the proper order, and this person will certainly perish. The Shi school says: An unusual star entering Yugui indicates that there will be events involving curses, oaths, and worship of ghosts and spirits within the country. (Original note: The Southern Officials' Observations say, this event occurs abroad.) The Xia school says: A guest star entering the 'Tianshi' star indicates the death of the emperor and widespread illness throughout the land. Xie Meng says: A guest star entering Tianshi indicates many deaths among the people; another interpretation suggests there will be a great mourning. A guest star entering Yugui indicates people starving to the point of eating each other. Other unusual stars entering Yugui indicate the use of铡刀 and chopping blocks, and ministers being executed. A guest star entering Tianshi and the treasury of gold and jade, circling around once every three days, indicates a great amnesty.

陳卓曰：“有星入輿鬼，有軍，若大人憂。”《百二十占》曰：“他星入輿鬼，有祀事於國內；出鬼，有祀事於國外。”巫咸曰：“客星出輿鬼，其國有喪；出南，為人君；出北，為女主；左，為太子；右，為庶子；若守四星，隨其所犯發之，期不出三年。”《荊州》曰：“客星入輿鬼，留三十日以上，天下金玉用易錢。”

Chen Zhuo said: If an unusual star enters the Ghost Mansion, there will be military actions, or the person in a high position will have worries. The "One Hundred and Twenty Divinations" said: If another unusual star enters the Ghost Mansion, there will be worship activities within the country; if it exits from the Ghost Mansion, there will be worship activities outside the country. Wu Xian said: If a guest star exits from the Ghost Mansion, the state will have mourning events; if it exits from the south, it will affect the ruler; if it exits from the north, it will affect the female ruler; if it exits from the left, it will affect the crown prince; if it exits from the right, it will affect the younger son; if it stays on the four stars of the Ghost Mansion, then it should be judged according to the star it invades, and the prediction will not be verified within three years. The "Jingzhou Divination" said: If a guest star enters the Ghost Mansion and stays for more than thirty days, the whole country will exchange gold and jade for currency.

黃帝曰：“客星守輿鬼，人君有大憂；一曰：貴人有大憂。”《孝經章句》曰：“客星守輿鬼，在其中央，主喪亡，棺木貴，倍其價。”石氏曰：“客星守輿鬼，秦有奸臣欲危其主。”甘氏曰：“客星守輿鬼，五十日不去，國有大喪，兵大起，將軍戰于野，多有死者，期不出一年。”

The Yellow Emperor's divination says: If a guest star remains in the Ghost Mansion without departing, the sovereign will face great calamity; another interpretation says that a prominent person will suffer great misfortune. The Commentary on the Classic of Filial Piety states: If a guest star stays in the Ghost Mansion and is precisely located at the central 'Accumulated Corpse Cloud' in the Ghost Mansion, it indicates death and mourning, and the price of coffins will double the usual amount. The Shi school says: If a guest star remains in the Ghost Mansion, the region of Qin—where the Ghost Mansion corresponds to Qin—will have a minister plotting to harm the sovereign. The Gan school says: If a guest star remains in the Ghost Mansion for fifty days without leaving, the country will experience great mourning, large-scale military mobilization, generals fighting in the field, and many casualties, and these events will occur within a year.

巫咸曰：“客星守輿鬼。南，男子多死；守北，女子多死；守西，長老貴人多死；守東北一星，棺木貴，鐵器、魚鹽大貴，皆三倍。”郄萌曰：“客星守輿鬼，馬貴；一曰牛貴；又曰多土功事。皆變易更政。男子不得耕。女子不得織。”《荊州》曰：“客星守輿鬼東北星，棺木貴；守東南星，五穀貴；守西南星，金錢貴；守西北星，鐵器、魚鹽百倍。”

Wu Xian said: A guest star lingering south of the Ghost Mansion indicates many men will die; lingering north of it indicates many women will die; lingering west of it indicates many elderly and prominent people will die; lingering on the star in the Northeast indicates coffin prices will rise, as well as ironware and fish salt, all rising to three times their usual prices. Xie Meng said: A guest star lingering in the Ghost Mansion indicates horse prices will rise; another account says cattle prices will rise; another says there will be much construction activity. These will bring about changes and alterations in government decrees. Men will not be able to rest contentedly in farming, and women will not be able to rest contentedly in weaving. The "Jingzhou Divination" says: A guest star lingering on the star in the Northeast of the Ghost Mansion indicates coffin prices will rise; lingering on the star in the Southeast indicates grain prices will rise; lingering on the star in the Southwest indicates money prices will rise; lingering on the star in the Northwest indicates ironware and fish salt will rise to a hundred times their usual prices.

《玉曆》曰：“客星守輿鬼，秦有疾。”《南官候》曰：“客星守輿鬼，入鈇鑕，有兵罷；客星守輿鬼，陣兵不戰。”黃帝曰：“客星出若守輿鬼西，若從西入輿鬼，老人死；出，若守東，若從東入，丁少年死。”黃帝曰：“客星出若守輿鬼南，若從南入輿鬼，男子死；出，若守北，若從北入，女子死。”荊州曰：“客星干犯守輿鬼，天下有大喪，陽為君，陰為後，左為太子，右為貴臣；又隨所守主闕，王者發之，不出七十日。”

The Jade Calendar says: If a guest star stays in the Ghost Mansion, there will be an epidemic in the state of Qin. The Southern Officials' Observations say: If a guest star stays in the Ghost Mansion and enters the 'Fuzhi' star, there will be an end to military campaigns; if a guest star stays in the Ghost Mansion with two armies facing each other but not engaging in battle. The Yellow Emperor's divination says: If a guest star exits from the west of the Ghost Mansion, stays there, or enters from the west, the elderly will die; if it exits from the east, stays there, or enters from the east, young men and boys will die. The Yellow Emperor's divination also says: If a guest star exits from the south of the Ghost Mansion, stays there, or enters from the south, men will die; if it exits from the north, stays there, or enters from the north, women will die. The Jingzhou Divination says: If a guest star invades and stays in the Ghost Mansion, there will be great mourning throughout the land; the southern yang position corresponds to the monarch, the northern yin position corresponds to the empress, the left corresponds to the crown prince, and the right corresponds to the high minister; it also follows the palace corresponding to where the guest star stays to make a judgment; the monarch issues orders accordingly, and the prediction will be verified within seventy days.

荊州曰：“客星干犯柳，周國當之，期九十日。”黃帝曰：“客星入柳，道路不通。”郄萌曰：“客星入柳，兵從澤起。又曰：大師有喪，色黃有喜。”《荊州》曰：“客星入柳，兵大起，人大恐，布帛綿絮貴。”《南官候》曰：“客星入柳，有兵發行；色赤，怒，左右。地大動。”《百二十占》曰：“他星入柳。名木有來入者。”

The *Jingzhou Divination* says: A guest star invading the "Willow Mansion" — the Willow Mansion is the third of the seven southern constellations of the Vermilion Bird, consisting of eight stars, shaped like the mouth of the Vermilion Bird, governing grasses and woods as well as royal food and drink, and corresponding to the territory of the Zhou dynasty — the territory of the Zhou dynasty must bear this omen, and it will be verified within ninety days. The *Yellow Emperor's Divination* says: A guest star entering the Willow Mansion will cause roads to be blocked and unpassable. Xie Meng says: A guest star entering the Willow Mansion will lead to warfare starting from marshy areas. It also says: The military commander in the army will suffer a death; if the guest star appears yellow, there will be good news. The *Jingzhou Divination* says: A guest star entering the Willow Mansion indicates large-scale military mobilization, causing great panic among the people, and the prices of silk and cotton will rise. The *Nan Gao Hou* says: A guest star entering the Willow Mansion indicates the movement of armies; if the color is red, it signifies anger, which will manifest among the monarch's close attendants; and also a major earthquake will occur. The *Bai Er Shí Divination* says: If another strange star enters the Willow Mansion, there will be the arrival of valuable timber.

《孝經章句》曰：“蒼星出柳，諸侯有死者。”郄萌曰：“赤星出柳，執法者遇賊；蒼星出柳，殺邊諸侯。”《荊州》曰：“客星出柳，兵大起，諸侯有死者，其國當之；一曰有大水，人主遊船，天下大飢，人民流亡，不出年，遠二年。”《百二十占》曰：“他星出柳，名木有出者。”

The "Chapter-by-Chapter Interpretation of the Classic of Filial Piety" says: A green guest star emerging from the Willow Mansion portends the death of a prince. Xie Meng says: A red guest star emerging from the Willow Mansion indicates that officials in charge of laws and orders will be harmed by thieves; a green guest star emerging from the Willow Mansion indicates that the vassal lords in the border regions will be killed. The "Jingzhou Divination" says: A guest star emerging from the Willow Mansion indicates a large-scale military campaign, with the death of a prince, and this omen will be borne by their state; another interpretation suggests there will be a great flood, the ruler will travel by boat for pleasure, there will be a great famine across the land, and the people will be displaced, this will come to pass within a year, at the latest within two years. The "One Hundred and Twenty Divination" says: If another strange star emerges from the Willow Mansion, there will be the transport of valuable timber.

郄萌曰：“客星出入柳，人多移徙；又曰：出入天相，天子變更其令。柳中有奇星，臣蔽主明，有北軍之恥。客星舍柳，天下有大兵，期二月，若五月。”《荊州》曰：“客星經柳，山林有不伐者。”黃帝曰：“客星守柳，庫兵大發，天下人為王者治道。”

Xie Meng said: A guest star entering and exiting the Willow Mansion indicates that the people will undergo large-scale migration; he also said that when a guest star enters and exits the "Seal Star and Star of Livelihood," the sovereign will have to change his policies. If a strange star appears in the Willow Mansion, ministers will obscure the sovereign's wisdom, and the court will suffer the disgrace of the Northern Army's defeat. When a guest star stays in the Willow Mansion, there will be great warfare across the land, and the prophecy will be fulfilled within two months or five months. The "Jingzhou Divination" says: When a guest star crosses the Willow Mansion, there will be areas in the mountains and forests where cutting down trees is prohibited. The Yellow Emperor's Divination says: When a guest star remains in the Willow Mansion, the weapons in the military storehouse will be issued in large quantities, and all people across the land will be conscripted to help the sovereign build roads.

《孝經章句》曰：“客星守柳，庫兵發，諸侯有死者。”郄萌曰：“客星守柳，南宮有變；一曰牛貴，又曰羌夷起，變天下，弓弩聚。”《荊州》曰：“客星守柳。天下絲麻羊貴。”《百二十占》曰：“客星守柳，大人棄其糧。”郄萌曰：“客星舍柳，先得地，後失之；又曰：犯守柳，王者賜邊客。”

The "Commentary on the Classic of Filial Piety" says: When the guest star stays in the Willows Mansion, weapons from the military storehouse are distributed, and there will be deaths among the princes. Xie Meng says: When the guest star stays in the Willows Mansion, there will be disturbances in the southern palace; another interpretation says that cattle prices will rise; yet another says that the Qiang and other foreign tribes will rise in rebellion, causing turmoil throughout the land, and a large number of bows and crossbows will be gathered. The "Jingzhou Divination" says: When the guest star stays in the Willows Mansion, the prices of silk, hemp, and sheep throughout the land will rise. The "One Hundred and Twenty Divinations" says: When the guest star stays in the Willows Mansion, the person in a high position will abandon his grain reserves. Xie Meng also says: When the guest star stays in the Willows Mansion, first land will be obtained, but later it will be lost; another interpretation says that when the guest star invades and stays in the Willows Mansion, the king will reward foreign envoys who come to pay homage.

《荊州》曰：“客星干犯七星，其國有大兵，不出百八十日。”石氏曰：“有星入七星，有客以急事來使者；出七星，君使人以急事出者；星色青，言憂色；赤，言兵；黃，言土；白，言義；黑，皆使者凶。”郄萌曰：“客星入七星，有立太子者，若有奇令。又曰：色青為疾，白為喪。”

The *Jingzhou Divination* says: A guest star intruding upon the "Seven Stars" mansion — the Seven Stars are the Star mansion, the fourth among the seven southern constellations of the Vermilion Bird. The Seven Stars form the neck of the Vermilion Bird, and they presage urgent matters and affairs concerning clothing and embroidered patterns. Their corresponding territory is the state of Zhou — if a state has major military conflicts, it will be verified within 180 days. The Shi school says: If an unusual star enters the Seven Stars, there will be envoys coming urgently for matters of importance; if the unusual star exits from the Seven Stars, it signifies that the sovereign will send envoys on urgent matters. If the unusual star appears red, it indicates military affairs; if yellow, it indicates construction or earthwork; if white, it indicates a major political movement; if black, it indicates that all envoys will meet with misfortune. Xie Meng says: If a guest star enters the Seven Stars, there will be matters concerning the appointment of a crown prince or extraordinary decrees. He also says: If the color is blue, it indicates illness; if white, it indicates mourning.

《玉曆》曰：“客星守七星，布帛麻臬貴，津樑絕。”《南官候》曰：“客星守天都，山水會，河水決，水且至，人流亡，去其鄉。”《百二十占》曰：“他星守柳，天下變更。”郄萌曰：“客星出入天都，人多流亡。一曰：止水溢。又曰：黑星結，若就七星，大人憂。”司馬彪《天文志》曰：“客星居七星，為死喪。”

The "Yulu" says: A guest star stays at the Seven Stars, and the prices of cloth, silk, hemp, and flax rise, while ferry crossings and bridges are cut off. The "Nanguan Hou" says: A guest star stays at the "Tian Du" star, causing mountain floods and rivers to converge, river dikes to break, and great floods to come, leading to the people being displaced and leaving their homes. The "Bai Er Shi Zhan" says: Another strange star stays at the Willow Mansion, indicating that there will be changes throughout the world. Xie Meng says: A guest star enters and exits the Tian Du star, leading to a large number of people fleeing. One interpretation says it is accumulated still water overflowing. Another says: A black guest star condenses into a mass, or approaches the Seven Stars, indicating that the high-ranking officials will have worries. Sima Biao's "Xu Han Shu · Tianwen Zhi" says: A guest star stays at the Seven Stars, indicating deaths and funerals.

郄萌曰：“客星舍七星，留不去，左右宮中以火為憂。”（一本云：國家喜，天雨五穀在宮中。）郄萌曰：“客星舍天都，五穀不成。”黃帝曰：“客星守七星三十日，天下變更，水大出，道路不通。”石氏曰：“客星守七星，周有大賢。”

Xie Meng said: The guest star stays at the Seven Stars, lingering without moving, and the king's close ministers and the palace will worry about a fire. (Original note: Another version says, the country has a joyful event, and five grains fall from the sky into the palace.) Xie Meng also said: The guest star stays at the 'Tian Du' star, and the five grains cannot mature. The Yellow Emperor divined: If the guest star stays at the Seven Stars for thirty days, the world will have a change, great floods will emerge, and roads will be blocked. The Shi school said: If the guest star stays at the Seven Stars, the Zhou region will have a great virtuous person.

郄萌曰：“客星守七星三十日，天子憂，廷中有賊，必易政。一曰：有德令。又曰：其國顯。一曰：必有客事，有土功，菽麻不收，若小豆貴。一曰：馬貴。一曰：鹽貴。客星守七星，天子必易政。一曰：兵大起。又曰：道路多水潦。又曰：溝渠道路不通。一曰：水大出。”《荊州》曰：“客星守七星三十日，河水決，人去其鄉。”石氏曰：“客星出七星而守之，（甘氏曰：守三十日。）族欲自立王者，不親其子。客星若不時去，人主有憂，大臣有誅，期不出年。”

Xie Meng said: The guest star remains at the Seven Stars for thirty days, the Son of Heaven is anxious, there are thieves hidden in the court, and the government will certainly change its policies. Another interpretation says there will be lenient policies. It also says that the state will become prominent. Another interpretation says there will be foreign guests, and there will be construction projects, with poor harvests of beans and hemp, or the price of small beans will rise. Another interpretation says the price of horses will rise. Another says the price of salt will rise. The guest star remaining at the Seven Stars indicates that the Son of Heaven will certainly change his policies. Another interpretation says there will be large-scale military campaigns. It also mentions that there will be water accumulation on the roads. Another says that ditches and roads will be blocked. Another says there will be great flooding. The "Jingzhou Divination" says: The guest star remains at the Seven Stars for thirty days, the river embankments break, and the people leave their homes. The Shi school says: The guest star emerges from the Seven Stars and remains there (note from the original text: the Gan school says it remains for thirty days). There is someone in the clan who wants to establish himself as a king and no longer respects the prince's son. If the guest star stays for a long time without departing on time, the ruler will have worries, and there will be ministers who will be executed, and this will not be verified within a year.

《孝經章句》曰：“黃星出張中，君且獵；黑星就之，君死。”石氏曰：“有星入張，有賜客之事；出張，軍使賜諸侯。又曰：入張，國治宗廟，期二十日，國有憂，男子有急。”巫咸曰：“客星入張，人遷徙，天下變，更令，糴貴。”郄萌曰：“客星入張，諸侯有來賜吾君近臣者；出張，賜諸臣。”

The "Commentary on the Classic of Filial Piety" says: A yellow guest star appearing in the mansion of Zhang, which is the fifth of the seven southern mansions of the Vermilion Bird, consisting of six stars, shaped like the crop of a Vermilion Bird, governing treasures and royal feasts and rewards, corresponding to the territory of the Zhou dynasty — the king will soon go hunting; if a black guest star approaches it, the king will die. The Shi school says: if an unusual star enters the mansion of Zhang, there will be matters of rewarding guests; if it exits from the mansion of Zhang, it signifies envoys from the army bestowing rewards upon the princes. It also says: if an unusual star enters the mansion of Zhang, the country will renovate its ancestral temples, and within twenty days, there will be calamities in the country, and men will have urgent matters. Wu Xian says: if a guest star enters the mansion of Zhang, the people will migrate, the world will change, new decrees will be issued, and grain prices will rise. Xie Meng says: if a guest star enters the mansion of Zhang, a prince will come to reward the king's close ministers; if it exits from the mansion of Zhang, the king will reward his ministers.

《荊州》曰：“客星入張，政急，人民苦，死邊。”《春秋圖》曰：“客星出張，白衣同姓有自立者，天下更令，有徙人，若使人於諸侯。”郄萌曰：“客星出入張，兵起，期百八十日。一曰：天子改政令。客星舍張，留不去，前將軍謀，有陰兵起。”黃帝曰：“客星守張，天下人遠去。一曰：人有千里之行。”

The book Zhongjiao Zhan says: When a guest star enters the mansion of Zhang Xu, government orders become harsh and urgent, common people suffer hardship, and people die in distant lands. The book Chūnqiū Tú says: When a guest star exits from the mansion of Zhang Xu, common people or members of the same surname royal family may raise armies and proclaim themselves, the world will change its laws and regulations, there will be people who are relocated, or envoys will be sent to the feudal lords. Xie Meng says: When a guest star enters and exits the mansion of Zhang Xu, wars will arise, and the prediction will be fulfilled within 180 days. Another interpretation says the Son of Heaven will change his government policies. When a guest star stays in the mansion of Zhang Xu, lingering without moving, the commander-in-chief in front will secretly plot, and there will be a sudden mobilization of troops. The Yellow Emperor's divination says: When a guest star remains in the mansion of Zhang Xu, people across the land will have to leave their homeland. Another interpretation says someone will undertake a journey of a thousand miles.

《孝經章句》曰：“客星守張，在其中，糴石三百，遊在其旁，石百，有急令。”石氏曰：“客星守張，楚周有隱士。”《海中占》：“客星守張不去，滿三十日，有亡國，死亡，臣殺其主，小人謀貴，禍及嗣子，期三年。”郄萌曰：“客星守張，小人有欺君者，禍及嗣子。又曰：先起兵者利，後起兵者不利。一曰：食中有毒，鄰國有來獻食物者，天子酒大出，天子以為憂敗。一曰：客有憂。又曰：弓大貴。一曰：糴大貴。一曰：粟貴。一曰：人憂食，國大飢。”

The "Chapter by Chapter Interpretation of the Classic of Filial Piety" says: When a guest star stays in the mansion of Extended Net, the grain price rises to three hundred coins per stone; if it moves around the mansion of Extended Net, the grain price rises to one hundred coins per stone, and there will be urgent imperial edicts. The Shi school says: When a guest star stays in the mansion of Extended Net, there will be virtuous men who live in seclusion and refuse to take official posts in the regions of Chu and Zhou. The "Sea Divination" says: When a guest star stays in the mansion of Extended Net without moving, after thirty days, there will be the downfall of states, casualties, ministers killing their sovereigns, petty men gaining power, and calamities affecting the crown prince, which will come to pass within three years. Xie Meng says: When a guest star stays in the mansion of Extended Net, there will be petty men deceiving the sovereign, and calamities affecting the crown prince. It also says: The side that starts the rebellion will have advantage, while the side that follows later will be at a disadvantage. Another saying is that there is poison in food, and a neighboring state sends food as a tribute, the emperor spends a lot on wine, and the emperor worries about ruining affairs. Another saying is that there are worries among the court attendants. It also says that the price of bows rises greatly. Another saying is that grain prices rise. Another saying is that millet becomes more expensive. Another saying is that people worry about food, and the country suffers a great famine.

《玉曆》曰：“客星守張，邑多變在外。”《南官候》曰：“客星守張，五穀貴，有賜之事。”甘氏曰：“客星出張，若守之，白衣同姓自立者。”郄萌曰：“客星入若守張，有亡國，死王。又曰：相憂。一曰：相大疾。”陳卓曰：“客星犯守張，天子以酒為憂。”

The *Yu Li* says: A guest star lingering in the mansion of Zhang indicates many disturbances in cities, and these disturbances occur in distant places. The *Nan Gao Hou* says: A guest star lingering in the mansion of Zhang causes grain prices to rise and there will be matters of rewards. The Gan school says: If a guest star exits from or lingers in the mansion of Zhang, there will be common people or members of the same surname royal family who take up arms and establish their own authority. Xie Meng says: If a guest star enters or lingers in the mansion of Zhang, there will be the downfall of states, the death of kings, and worries for the prime minister. Another account says the prime minister will suffer from a serious illness. Chen Zhuo says: If a guest star invades and lingers in the mansion of Zhang, the emperor will have worries caused by alcohol.

《荊州占》曰：“客星干犯翼，國有用兵，大臣有憂，遠百八十日。”《孝經章句》曰：“蒼星出翼，五穀風雕。”石氏曰：“有星出翼，使人於負海之國；有星入翼，負海客有來使者，皆以鳥為幣。色黃白，無故；青，道病；黑，死不至。”

The *Jingzhou Divination* says: A guest star invades the mansion of Yi — Yi is the sixth of the seven southern mansions of the Vermilion Bird, consisting of twenty-two stars, shaped like the wings of a Vermilion Bird, governing music and dance and foreign guests, with its corresponding territory being the land of Chu — within the country, there will be military movements, and ministers will suffer misfortunes, with the effect occurring after the longest period of one hundred and eighty days. The *Xiaojing Zhangju* says: A blue guest star emerges from the mansion of Yi, causing great wind to damage and wither the five grains. The Shi school says: An unusual star emerging from the mansion of Yi indicates that the sovereign sends envoys to a country bordering the sea; an unusual star entering the mansion of Yi indicates that envoys from a coastal country come to pay homage, with both sides exchanging birds as gifts. If the unusual star is yellow or white, the mission will proceed smoothly without incident; if it is blue, the envoys will fall ill on the way; if it is black, the envoys will die halfway and not arrive.

巫咸曰：“客星出翼，將軍謀反，兵大起，必有戰，邊有大急，同姓諸侯有自立者，若大水，五穀傷，人民飢，去其鄉，期三年。”《百二十占》曰：“他星出翼，倍海國有受賜者。”郄萌曰：“客星出入翼，多風雨，河決，水且至，道路不通。一曰：五穀不成，人多流亡。”《孝經章句》曰：“客星守翼，人多流亡，水且至，道塗不通，兵大起。”

Wu Xian said: A guest star emerging from the Wings mansion indicates that a general will rebel, mobilize a large army, and there will certainly be warfare, with urgent military situations at the borders, and some of the same-surname feudal lords will seize power for themselves; or there will be a great flood, damaging the five grains, causing famine among the people, forcing them to leave their homes, and this will come true within three years. The "One Hundred and Twenty Divination" says: If another strange star emerges from the Wings mansion, "Bei Hai" meaning the countries that rely on the sea, will receive imperial rewards. Xie Meng said: A guest star entering and exiting the Wings mansion will bring frequent storms and rains, break the river dikes, and cause a great flood, blocking the roads. Another view is that the five grains will not mature, and the people will suffer large-scale displacement and homelessness. The "Commentary on the Classic of Filial Piety" says: If a guest star remains in the Wings mansion, there will be a large number of people fleeing, a great flood will come, the roads will be blocked, and there will be a large-scale military mobilization.

石氏曰：“客星守翼，君弱臣強，四夷王。”郄萌曰：“客星守翼，將軍謀反，兵大起。一曰：國更其服。又曰：有大令，若邊有大急。一曰：有一國之戰。一曰：名山有崩者。一曰：五穀雨傷。一曰：歲大風大水。一曰：有大令。”《荊州》曰：“客星守翼，歲大飢。”《南官候》曰：“客星守翼，有自立者，同姓王侯必有權臣。客星明大守翼，大水，江河決溢，道路不通，魚龍游於陸道。客星守翼，羽毛旗幟貴。”

The "Jingzhou Divination" says: A guest star lingering in the Wings mansion indicates a great famine during the year. The "Nan Gao Hou" says: A guest star lingering in the Wings mansion indicates people gathering troops to establish their own authority, and among the same-surname kings and marquises, there will certainly be ministers who seize power. If the guest star is bright and large and lingers in the Wings mansion, there will be great flooding, rivers breaking their banks and overflowing, roads blocked, and fish and dragons appearing on the land. A guest star lingering in the Wings mansion will cause the prices of feathers and banners to rise.

《海中占》：“客星干犯軫，近期百八十日，遠期一年。”黃帝曰：“赤星入軫，輕車入；出軫，輕車出。”石氏曰：“有星入軫，諸侯有來使者，以車為幣；出軫，君使人之諸侯，皆車為幣。”郄萌曰：“客星入軫，有土功，若五穀大貴。”《百二十占》曰：“他星入軫，有使者以車為幣，貴人多係者。一曰：無處車繫馬。或曰：野無車馬。”

The Shi school says: An unusual star entering the Chariot mansion indicates that princes send envoys, bringing chariots as gifts; a star exiting the Chariot mansion indicates that the sovereign sends envoys to the states of the princes, also bringing chariots as gifts. Xie Meng says: A guest star entering the Chariot mansion will lead to construction projects or a sharp rise in the price of grain. The One Hundred and Twenty Divination says: Another unusual star entering the Chariot mansion will result in envoys bringing chariots as gifts, and many prominent people will be detained. Some say there will be no place to park or tether horses. Others say there will be no chariots or horses visible in the fields.

《文耀鉤》曰：“客星出軫，若有白衣自立者，大國多害，若有喪，兵革起天下，有逃主，近期不出一年，遠三年。”《荊州》曰：“赤星出軫，軍出。”《百二十占》曰：“他星出軫，有使者以車馬為幣，以冬三月視軫中。”黃帝曰：“赤星守軫，車馬有急行。客星守軫，車馬貴。”石氏曰：“客星守軫，川谷不通而車貴。一曰：守軫轄若長沙，車官使有憂。”

The Bai Er Shi Divination says: Other strange stars emerging from the Chariot Mansion indicate envoys arriving with carriages and horses as gifts, and one should observe the condition of the Chariot Mansion during the three winter months. The Yellow Emperor's Divination says: A red guest star remaining in the Chariot Mansion indicates urgent movement of carriages and horses. A guest star remaining in the Chariot Mansion indicates rising prices of carriages and horses. The Shi school says: A guest star remaining in the Chariot Mansion indicates blocked rivers and valleys, and rising prices of carriages and horses. Another account says: If the guest star remains in the 'Axle' star or the 'Changsha' star in the Chariot Mansion, officials responsible for chariots will face troubles.

甘氏曰：“客星守軫，國有自立者，大國多害。”郄萌曰：“有星守軫，為車事。客星守軫，兵大起，邊境尤甚。一曰：名山有崩者。一曰：若白黃，有外憂；蒼，為臣。一曰：赤黃，外憂；黑蒼，讒臣。一曰：有土功之事。一曰：五穀大貴。”石氏曰：“客星犯守軫，天下有山崩，若水溢，出之地中。”郄萌曰：“客星入長沙，天下無處士。一曰：天下有逃王。一曰：兵盡散出之。”

The Gan school says: A guest star lingering in the Chariot mansion indicates there are people within the country who hold troops and claim independence, and large states will suffer much harm. Xie Meng says: An unusual star lingering in the Chariot mansion relates to matters concerning the royal carriage. A guest star lingering in the Chariot mansion indicates a large-scale military mobilization, especially severe on the borders. Another interpretation says there will be an earthquake in a famous mountain. Another says if the guest star appears white-yellow, it indicates external troubles; if it appears green, it relates to ministers. Another says if it appears red-yellow, it indicates external troubles; if it appears black and green, it indicates a minister spreading false information. Another says there will be construction projects. Another says the price of grain and miscellaneous goods will rise sharply. The Shi school says: A guest star invading and lingering in the Chariot mansion indicates that there will be mountain collapses or great floods, or water gushing out from underground. Xie Meng says: A guest star entering the 'Changsha' star indicates that there will be no hermits who refuse to serve the state. Another interpretation says there will be a fleeing king. Another says all military forces will be dispersed.

郄萌曰：“客星入攝提座，謀臣在側，聖人受制。”郄萌曰：“客星當攝提口，將受主俸，不為主用。”郄萌曰：“客星舍攝提角，不去，國家有喜。一曰：天下必有開倉者。”《河圖聖洽符》曰：“客星出攝提，若守之，天下大亂，人君自將兵，君臣謀，兵起宮中，不出其年。”

Xie Meng said: When the guest star enters the constellation of "She Ti," which consists of six stars, three on each side, flanking the Big Dipper, it indicates that ministers with cunning strategies are stationed near the sovereign, and a wise sovereign is instead restrained by them. Xie Meng also said: When the guest star is exactly at the opening of the She Ti constellation, generals although receiving the sovereign's salary, are unwilling to serve the sovereign. Xie Meng also said: When the guest star stays on the angular part of the She Ti constellation without departing, the country will have joyous events. Another interpretation says that there will certainly be an action of opening the granary and distributing grain. The "He Tu Sheng Qie Fu" says: When the guest star exits from the She Ti constellation or stays there, the whole country will be in great disorder, the sovereign will personally lead the army, there will be mutual scheming between the sovereign and ministers, and a military mutiny will arise in the palace, which will come to pass within this year.

甘氏曰：“客星出大角，大兵起，天下亂，若守之二十日以上，王者惡之，國易政，期三年。”《海中占》曰：“客星出入大角，天下亂，兵大起，臣謀其主，不則天下出水，入城郭，煞人民，期百日。” （郄萌曰：期三十日。）

The Gan school says: When a guest star emerges from the 'Dajue' star, which is the horn of the eastern Azure Dragon, regarded by ancients as the imperial throne of the heavenly king and symbolizing the virtue and authority of the sovereign, it indicates large-scale military campaigns and chaos throughout the land. If the guest star remains in Dajue for more than twenty days, the king will regard this as an ominous sign, leading to changes in state policies, which will be fulfilled within three years. The "Sea of Divination" states: When a guest star enters or exits Dajue, there will be chaos across the land, large-scale military campaigns, and ministers plotting against the sovereign; otherwise, there will be great floods that flood city walls and drown the people, with the event occurring within one hundred days. 郄萌曰：“客星入中大角，天角，天子之席，有奇令。”郄萌曰：“客星舍抵大角，留不去，國家有大責。”石氏曰：“他星守大角，諸侯有謀上者。”郄萌曰：“客星守大角，天下有憂。”郄萌曰：“客星守大角，太子耗衰。”郄萌曰：“客星入座，謀臣在側，聖人受制。”

Xie Meng said: A guest star entering the center of Da Jiao, which is also called "Tian Jiao," the seat of the Son of Heaven, will bring extraordinary imperial edicts. Xie Meng also said: When a guest star stops and remains at Da Jiao without departing, the state will face major troubles. The Shi school said: Other strange stars remaining at Da Jiao indicate that among the feudal lords, there are those who plot against the sovereign. Xie Meng said: When a guest star remains at Da Jiao, the world will experience calamity. Xie Meng also said: When a guest star remains at Da Jiao, the vitality of the crown prince will be diminished. Xie Meng also said: When a guest star enters Di Zuo, it signifies that a cunning minister will be close to the sovereign, and a wise sovereign will be constrained by him.

《海中占》曰：“客星干犯梗河，天子慎邊，四裔不靖。”《荊州占》曰：“有星入天矛，天下兵起。”陳卓曰：“客星入梗河，天下兵起。”石氏曰：“黃白星出天矛，天子用兵。”《玉曆》曰：“客星出梗河，北兵為亂，侵陵中國，人主有憂，期二年。”（按司馬《天文志》曰：孝明帝永平四年八月辛酉，客星出梗河西北，指貫索，七十日去梗河，為北兵至。五年十一月北匈奴七千騎，入五原塞，又入雲中，至原陽也。）

The Shi school says: a yellow-white guest star emerges from Tianmo, and the Son of Heaven will have to use military force. The Jade Calendar says: a guest star emerges from Genghe, northern troops cause chaos, invade the Central Plains, the sovereign will have worries, and this will be fulfilled within two years. In the eleventh month of the fifth year of Yongping, seven thousand northern Xiongnu cavalry entered the Wuyuan pass, and then attacked Yunzhong, advancing all the way to Yuanyang.)

石氏曰：“黃白星走天矛，正中之，有軍，兵罷；無軍，天子有獻兵者；星赤，兵內起，大將為亂；蒼白，將有疾；黑，將死；三夜不去，天子多戮者。”石氏曰：“客星舍梗河，主在東之君，人民相師長，強者為虎狼，小民為魚肉。”《海中占》曰：“客星舍梗河，陰陽不和，天下大風，樹木皆倒。”《天官書》曰：“客星守天矛，若出之，北兵大動，有喪。”石氏曰：“客星出入，若守梗河，朔兵大起。”

The Shi school says: If a yellow or white guest star rushes toward Tian Mao, it will exactly match the fate. If there are armies outside, they will cease hostilities; if there are no armies outside, the Son of Heaven will have someone come to present weapons. If the guest star turns red, there will be a rebellion within the country, and a general will rebel; if it is green or white, the generals will fall ill; if it turns black, the generals will die; if it remains for three consecutive nights without leaving, the Son of Heaven will execute many people. The Shi school also says: If the guest star stays in Geng He, it will affect the eastern ruler, and the people will follow the strong as their elders, the strong will become tigers and wolves, and the common people will become fish and meat at the mercy of others. The "Sea of Divination" says: If the guest star stays in Geng He, yin and yang will be out of balance, the whole country will have great winds, and trees will be blown down. The "Book of Celestial Officials" says: If the guest star stays at Tian Mao or passes through Tian Mao, northern armies will move in great force, and there will be mourning. The Shi school says: If the guest star enters or exits Geng He, or stays in Geng He, northern armies will launch a large-scale campaign.

石氏曰：“客星干犯招搖，朔兵大來，不出一年。”韓楊曰：“客星入招搖，南夷王且操奇物來降國者。”《黃帝占》曰：“客星出招搖，朔兵來。一曰：夷狄勝，若旱多風。”石氏曰：“客星出招搖，兵革大起，朔兵為亂，若單于死，期一年。”黃帝曰：“客星當天庫，天下兵革。”石氏曰：“客星當天庫，將受主命，不為主用。”

The Shi school says: A guest star approaching and pressing upon the 'Zhaoyao' star — the Zhaoyao star is located north of Genghe, indicating northern barbarian troops and northern border affairs — northern troops will launch a major attack, and this will come to pass within a year. Han Yang says: When a guest star enters Zhaoyao, the king of southern foreign tribes will bring rare treasures to submit. The Yellow Emperor's Divination says: When a guest star emerges from Zhaoyao, northern troops will invade. Another interpretation says that foreign tribes will win, or there will be drought and frequent winds. The Shi school says: When a guest star emerges from Zhaoyao, there will be great warfare, northern troops will rebel, or the chanyu will die, and this will come to pass within a year. The Yellow Emperor's Divination says: When a guest star is exactly at the 'Tianku' star, warfare will arise throughout the land. The Shi school says: When a guest star is exactly at Tianku, generals although having received the monarch's orders, will not be willing to serve the monarch.

石氏曰：“客星走招搖，北兵來。”黃帝曰：“客星居招搖間，北兵起。”郄萌曰：“客星舍匈奴星，（按招搖無匈奴之名，郄萌曰此，當以招搖主北兵，以入招搖占中國，兼錄之也。）人面龍身，留十餘日不去，占主內相賊，國家兵起，敵人來降。”石氏曰：“客星守招搖，北主死，其民亂。”石氏曰：“客星守招搖，蠻夷君死民亂。”班固《天文志》曰：“客星守招搖，蠻夷有亂。”

The Shi school said: The guest star rushes toward Zhao Yao, indicating northern troops will invade. The Yellow Emperor interpreted: The guest star remains between Zhao Yao, meaning northern armies will mobilize. Xie Meng said: The guest star stays at the 'Xiongnu' star (note: according to the original text, Zhao Yao does not have the name Xiongnu, but Xie Meng made this reference because Zhao Yao is associated with northern military affairs, so he used the guest star entering Zhao Yao to predict events in the Central Plains, hence this is included). That star has a human face and a dragon body, lingering for more than ten days without departing, indicating internal strife among the host side, the country mobilizes its armies, and enemies come to surrender. The Shi school said: The guest star remaining at Zhao Yao indicates the northern ruler's death and his people's rebellion. The Shi school also said: The guest star remaining at Zhao Yao indicates the death of the ruler of the barbarians and rebellion among his people. Ban Gu's "Book of Han: Records of Astronomy" said: The guest star remaining at Zhao Yao indicates unrest in the barbarian lands.

陳卓曰：“客星干犯玄戈，占單于大敗，期二年。”《黃帝占》曰：“客星出玄戈，敵兵大敗，若有死王，期二年。”《荊州占》曰：“客星守玄戈，天子死。”石氏曰：“客星守玄戈，北兵來。”

Chen Zhuo said: A guest star invading and pressing upon the 'Xuan Ge' star - the Xuan Ge star is located north of Zhao Yao, representing heavenly weapons, indicating warfare in the north - the divination concludes that the Xunyu will suffer a great defeat, which will come to pass within two years. The Yellow Emperor's Divination says: When a guest star emerges from Xuan Ge, the enemy's army will suffer a great defeat, or a king will die, which will come to pass within two years. The Jingzhou Divination says: When a guest star remains at Xuan Ge, the Son of Heaven will die. The Shi school says: When a guest star remains at Xuan Ge, northern troops will invade.

郄萌曰：“客星入天槍，天下有飢兵。”《荊州占》曰：“客星入天槍，有大戰。”石氏曰：“客星出天槍，邊外有急，機槍用，有兵起，大將出，期一年。”

Xie Meng said: A guest star entering the "Tian Qiang" star —— the Tian Qiang consists of three stars located to the northeast of the北斗's handle, and it is a heavenly weapon —— there will be military disturbances caused by famine throughout the land. The "Jingzhou Divination" said: When a guest star enters Tian Qiang, there will be large-scale battles. The Shi school said: When a guest star exits from Tian Qiang, there will be urgent military situations beyond the borders, and weapons such as crossbows and spears will be used, warfare will start, generals will be sent out for campaigns, and the prediction will be fulfilled within a year.

石氏曰：“客星干犯天棓，兵大起，期二年。”焦延壽曰：“有星入天棓，大兵當起。”《玉曆》曰：“客星出天棓，兵大起，下謀上，大人有戮者，期二年。”

The Shi school says: A guest star invades and approaches the star Tian Bang, which consists of five stars located north of the Female Bed. This star represents a heavenly staff and weapon, governing defense against external calamities. There will be large-scale military campaigns, which will come to pass within two years. Jiao Yanshou says: An unusual star entering Tian Bang will herald a major conflict. The Jade Calendar says: A guest star emerging from Tian Bang indicates large-scale military campaigns, with ministers plotting against the sovereign. Among those in high positions, some will be executed. This will come to pass within two years.

石氏曰：“客星干犯女床，貴人暴誅，期百八十日。”郄萌曰：“有星入女床，有異女來誤我王。”《荊州占》曰：“客星入女床，若動搖，女有大行，若天下女子有憂。”甘氏曰：“客星出女床，若守之，強臣執政，貴人有暴誅者，期百八十日。”《荊州占》曰：“客星守女床，後宮女凶。”

The Shi school says: A guest star intruding upon the "Nucrue" star — the three stars of Nucrue are located in the Northeast of Tianji, presaging the concubines and palace women of the later palace — prominent people will be suddenly executed, and this will come to pass within 180 days. Xie Meng says: If an unusual star enters Nucrue, there will be a foreign woman coming to mislead our king. The Jingzhou Divination says: If a guest star enters Nucrue or flickers there, palace women will travel far away; or women throughout the land will suffer misfortune. The Gan school says: If a guest star emerges from Nucrue or remains there, powerful ministers will seize control of the government, and among the prominent people, some will be suddenly executed, and this will come to pass within 180 days. The Jingzhou Divination says: If a guest star remains in Nucrue, the palace women will face calamity.

《河圖聖洽符》曰：“客星出七公，及守之，將相有憂，御臣受戮，若議人有罪，直言者凶。”《黃帝占》曰：“客星守七公，為饑民，君不安。”

The River Chart Sacred Harmony Symbol says: A guest star following the 'Seven Elders' star and emerging from it, or remaining there — the Seven Elders star cluster is located in the northwest of the Chain of Stars, representing the heavenly position of the Three Princes, governing political deliberations — ministers and generals will suffer calamities, attendants will be executed; or during the process of determining guilt, those who speak frankly will instead face misfortune. The Yellow Emperor's Divination says: If a guest star remains at the Seven Elders, there will be starving refugees and the sovereign will not rest in peace.

石氏曰：“客星干犯貫索，不有大赦，必有大獄，民叛，篡弒君，不過三年。”石氏曰：“客星入貫索，天下多死人。”石氏曰：“他星入貫索二日，有喪。”《荊州占》曰：“黃星入貫索，諸侯有以地坐法者。”《黃帝占》曰：“有星出貫索中，有救。星大，大赦；星小，小赦。”《荊州占》曰：“客星出貫索，其國亡土邑。”

The Shi school says: A guest star invading the 'Guan Suo' star —— Guan Suo consists of nine stars connected in a ring, which is the heavenly prison, specifically governing the imprisonment of noblemen —— if there is no great amnesty, there must be a major case, with people rebelling, and someone usurping the throne and killing the king, which will come to pass within three years. The Shi school also says: If a guest star enters Guan Suo, many people will die throughout the country. The Shi school also says: If other strange stars enter Guan Suo for two days, there will be mourning events. The Jiangzhou Divination says: A yellow guest star entering Guan Suo indicates that among the feudal lords, some will violate laws concerning territorial matters. The Huangdi Divination says: If a strange star emerges from within Guan Suo, it signifies aid; if the star is large, there will be a great amnesty; if the star is small, there will be a minor amnesty. The Jiangzhou Divination also says: If a guest star emerges from Guan Suo, the country will lose its land and cities.

齊伯曰：“客星入貫索，大臣有謀，下有反者，貴人多下獄，一日守之，十日有大赦，期一年。”（按司馬彪《天文志》曰：孝明皇帝永平四年八月辛酉，客星出梗河西北，指貫索，七十日去。貫索，貴人之牢。陵鄉侯梁松怨望，懸飛書誹謗朝廷，下獄死，妻子家屬徙九真也。）

Qi Bo said: A guest star entered the constellation Guansuo, indicating that high officials were secretly plotting, and subordinates were rebelling, with many prominent people being imprisoned; the guest star remained for one day, and within ten days there would be a great amnesty, which should be verified within a year. 《黃帝占》曰：“客星入天紀，有拘主。”《黃帝占》曰：“客星入天紀，諸侯舉兵，國政亂。”《甄耀度》曰：“客星出天紀，大臣執權，兵宮中，人主有憂，若強臣相戮，期不出二年。”郄萌曰：“客星行紀星，有饑民，君不安。”石氏曰：“他星守紀星，君不安，有饑民。”

The Yellow Emperor's Divination says: A guest star entering the "Tian Ji" star — Tian Ji consists of nine stars located to the northeast of Guansuo, which presides over the principles and laws, as well as the names and numbers of all things — indicates that a ruler will be imprisoned. The Yellow Emperor's Divination also says: A guest star entering Tian Ji leads to princes raising armies and the state's affairs becoming chaotic. The Zhen Yaodu says: A guest star emerging from Tian Ji indicates ministers seizing power, fighting within the palace, and the ruler facing troubles; or powerful ministers killing each other, with the event occurring within two years. Xie Meng says: When a guest star passes through the constellation of Jing stars, there will be hungry refugees, and the ruler will not be at peace. The Shi school says: When other strange stars remain in the constellation of Ji stars, the ruler will not be at peace, and there will be hungry refugees.

石氏曰：“客星犯織女，天子女誅死。”陳卓曰：“客星干犯織女，后族為亂，貴女有誅者，期三年。”郄萌曰：“客星入織女，為旱。”郄萌曰：“客星入織女、貫索、須女者，皆等。須女主帛絮，貫索主麻縷，織女主布帛及五彩，皆貴，各守其價，十日一倍，二十日再倍，三十日三倍，皆以四時相執。守南，南方貴；守北，北方貴；守西，西方貴；守東，東方貴；守中，中貴。所守，其國皆貴。其餘星皆仿此。”

The Shi school says: A guest star invading the 'Zhi Nu' star — the three stars of Zhi Nu are located at the eastern end of Tian Ji, they are the heavenly goddesses of weaving, governing fruits, silk, and treasures — the daughter of the emperor will be executed and die. Chen Zhuo says: A guest star invading Zhi Nu indicates rebellion by the maternal relatives of the empress, and among the prominent women, some will be executed, and this will be fulfilled within three years. Xie Meng says: A guest star entering Zhi Nu indicates drought. Xie Meng also says: A guest star entering Zhi Nu, Guan Suo, and Xu Nu follows the same interpretation. Xu Nu governs silk and flax, Guan Suo governs hemp and thread, and Zhi Nu governs cloth and colorful materials; when a guest star approaches these, the prices of these items will rise. The price increase should be calculated according to the number of days the guest star remains: if it stays for ten days, the price doubles; twenty days, it doubles again; thirty days, it triples. These should be referenced according to the seasonal changes of the four seasons. If the guest star remains in the south, goods in the south will be expensive; if it remains in the north, goods in the north will be expensive; if it remains in the west, goods in the west will be expensive; if it remains in the east, goods in the east will be expensive; if it remains in the center, goods in the center will be expensive. Wherever the guest star stops, the prices of goods in that region will rise. Other stars should be interpreted in the same way.

《荊州占》曰：“奇星入織女，有兵，十年乃解。一曰：人主攻一家、一國，若族之。”石氏曰：“赤星入織女，主攻一國，殘之。又曰：接客來，黃星入，女子受地者；黑星入，淫婦憂；青星入，以憂來者。”石氏曰：“客星入織女，有女使者，若中守棄犯之，女君誅，若有婦女之事。”石氏曰：“黑星出織女，女子多懷子死。”

The *Jingzhou Divination* says: If an unusual star enters the Weaving Lady constellation, there will be warfare, and it will take ten years to remove the calamity. Another interpretation says that the monarch will attack a particular family or state, even exterminating its entire clan. The Shi school says: If a red guest star enters the Weaving Lady constellation, the monarch will attack a state and destroy it. It also says: There will be visitors coming; if a yellow guest star enters, a woman will be granted land; if a black guest star enters, there will be troubles for immoral women; if a green guest star enters, the people coming will be bringing sorrow. The Shi school also says: If a guest star enters the Weaving Lady constellation, there will be female envoys. If the star stays in the Weaving Lady constellation, abandons it, and then invades it, the female ruler will be executed, or there will be incidents related to women. The Shi school also says: If a black guest star emerges from the Weaving Lady constellation, many women will die from pregnancy.

《海中占》曰：“客星出織女，若入之，后族為亂，若誅臣；一曰貴女有誅者，各以五色占。白為喪，赤為兵，黑為水，黃為旱，青為飢。”《荊州占》曰：“客星出織女，宮人逃。”（一書曰：青星。）《黃帝占》曰：“客星出入織女，絲絮布帛貴，在後年。”石氏曰：“客星出入（郄萌曰：守）織女，有誅臣降王。”郄萌曰：“客星在織女下，兵起，必戰，不出十日。”

The Yellow Emperor's text says: If a guest star enters or exits the Weaver Star, the prices of silk, cotton, cloth, and silk fabric will rise, and this will occur in the following year. The Shi school says: If a guest star enters or exits the Weaver Star (original note: Xie Meng writes 'stays'), there will be execution of ministers and submission of kings. Xie Meng says: If a guest star stops beneath the Weaver Star, warfare will arise, and battle will definitely occur, with the event happening within ten days.

郄萌曰：“客星舍織女，後宮有以梁死者。”石氏曰：“他星守織女，女有憂，若有嫁娶之事。”石氏曰：“他星守織女，乍出乍入，前後左右，回惑其色，色青為飢，赤為兵，黃為旱，白為喪，黑為水。”郄萌曰：“客星守織女，山搖地動，若牛疾。”《荊州占》曰：“客星守織女，有女子使來者。色青，憂以來；赤，有奇客來；黃白，宮女有喜。”

Xie Meng said: A guest star stopping at the Weaving Girl constellation indicates mountain shaking and earth movement, or cattle getting sick. The "Jingzhou Divination" said: A guest star stopping at the Weaving Girl constellation indicates that a female messenger will come. If the color is blue, the visitor brings sorrow; if red, there will be strange guests arriving; if yellow or white, palace women will have joyous events.
